北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)聯合出(chu)(chu)版(ban)公司成(cheng)立于(yu)1993年7月,公司注冊地點(dian)為(wei)北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)市(shi)西城區德外(wai)大街83號(hao)樓九層,是(shi)中(zhong)共北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)市(shi)委宣傳部主管、市(shi)文資中(zhong)心主辦的(de)綜合性出(chu)(chu)版(ban)社,同時承(cheng)擔著中(zhong)國北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)創意(yi)產業(ye)園(yuan)區出(chu)(chu)版(ban)服務平(ping)臺的(de)任務,打造(zao)以(yi)園(yuan)區為(wei)依(yi)托、以(yi)資本為(wei)紐帶、覆蓋(gai)全產業(ye)鏈、跨所有制的(de)綜合性出(chu)(chu)版(ban)企業(ye)。
2011年(nian)2月,北京聯合出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)公司完成(cheng)轉企(qi)改制(zhi),轉制(zhi)后公司在(zai)(zai)保持原有(you)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)職能的同(tong)時,承(cheng)擔了中(zhong)國北京出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)創意(yi)產業(ye)園區(qu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)平(ping)臺的任(ren)務(wu)(wu)。中(zhong)國北京出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)創意(yi)產業(ye)園區(qu)是經原新聞出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)總署批準的綜(zong)合性出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)產業(ye)園區(qu)。作(zuo)為園區(qu)的出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)平(ping)臺,公司為園區(qu)企(qi)業(ye)提供編輯出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)服(fu)務(wu)(wu),為首都各種(zhong)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)資源的深度整合與(yu)開發提供平(ping)臺與(yu)渠道。改變了民營(ying)企(qi)業(ye)長期(qi)游離于出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)體制(zhi)之(zhi)外,資源分(fen)散(san)、放任(ren)自由的出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)合作(zuo)方式(shi),探索民營(ying)資本參與(yu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)活動(dong)的通(tong)道,發揮包(bao)括民營(ying)在(zai)(zai)內的多種(zhong)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)資源優勢,推動(dong)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)業(ye)健康有(you)序發展(zhan)。
