公司(si)先后開發了礦用牽(qian)引逆(ni)變器、地(di)(di)(di)鐵及(ji)輕(qing)軌用應(ying)急通風電(dian)源、100%低地(di)(di)(di)板車牽(qian)引及(ji)輔助(zhu)變流器、能饋(kui)(kui)式(shi)牽(qian)引供電(dian)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(中壓能饋(kui)(kui)裝置(zhi)(zhi))、地(di)(di)(di)鐵A型車牽(qian)引逆(ni)變器、地(di)(di)(di)鐵列(lie)車高(gao)頻輔助(zhu)逆(ni)變器及(ji)充電(dian)機、直線電(dian)機牽(qian)引系統等具(ju)有自主知(zhi)識產權的高(gao)新(xin)技術產品。按IRIS質量(liang)保障體系生產的產品已大量(liang)應(ying)用于(yu)北京(jing)、上(shang)海、天津(jin)、深圳、長春等城市地(di)(di)(di)鐵、輕(qing)軌及(ji)內蒙古煤(mei)礦運輸等應(ying)用領(ling)域。
公司研制的城市軌道交通電氣裝備:
(1)能饋(kui)式(shi)牽引供電裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(中壓(ya)能饋(kui)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置),集牽引供電、制動能量回饋(kui)、改善供電品質、提高系(xi)(xi)統功率因數(shu)等功能于一體,系(xi)(xi)統綜合性價比高,關鍵技術指標處于國際(ji)前(qian)列水(shui)平。該(gai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置已在北京、深(shen)圳、鄭州(zhou)、天津(jin)、成都、南(nan)寧、貴(gui)陽、呼(hu)和浩(hao)特、佛山(shan)等多個城市的近20條地鐵線路上(shang)推廣應用,設(she)備運(yun)行安全穩定;
(2)低地(di)板車(che)(che)牽(qian)引(yin)及(ji)輔(fu)助(zhu)變流器(qi),用于為100%低地(di)板輕(qing)(qing)軌車(che)(che)上的牽(qian)引(yin)電機(ji)及(ji)輔(fu)助(zhu)設備提(ti)供所(suo)需的交直流電源,具有(you)結構緊(jin)湊、模塊化(hua)、輕(qing)(qing)量化(hua)、低噪聲、人(ren)性化(hua)等特點。該設備已通過鐵(tie)道部產品質(zhi)量監督檢驗(yan)(yan)中心機(ji)車(che)(che)車(che)(che)輛(liang)檢驗(yan)(yan)站型式(shi)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),并在長春(chun)輕(qing)(qing)軌完成運(yun)行(xing)(xing)調試(shi),正進行(xing)(xing)中試(shi)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),運(yun)行(xing)(xing)狀態良(liang)好;
(3)直(zhi)線(xian)電機牽引變流(liu)器(qi),用(yong)于為直(zhi)線(xian)電機提供所需交流(liu)電源,采(cai)用(yong)帶邊端(duan)效應補償的矢量控制方法,實現高性能直(zhi)線(xian)電機牽引控制;
(4)地鐵(tie)牽(qian)引變流器(qi),具有自主知識產(chan)權,應用于地鐵(tie)牽(qian)引傳動(dong)(dong)系(xi)統,實現牽(qian)引電機驅動(dong)(dong)及控制,具有模塊化、輕量(liang)化、低噪聲等特點,可(ke)替代國外進口系(xi)統。該設備已通過鐵(tie)道(dao)部產(chan)品質(zhi)量(liang)監督(du)檢(jian)驗(yan)中心機車車輛檢(jian)驗(yan)站(zhan)型式試(shi)驗(yan),并在廣州地鐵(tie)1號線(xian)完成(cheng)裝車試(shi)驗(yan);
(5)地鐵高(gao)頻(pin)輔助(zhu)逆變器(MSIV-77/1500),用于為車載設備提供(gong)所需的交流電源,采(cai)用全數(shu)字控制的高(gao)頻(pin)模式,具有(you)體積小、重量(liang)(liang)輕、效率高(gao)等特點,可替代國外(wai)進(jin)口系(xi)統。該設備已(yi)通過(guo)鐵道部產品質量(liang)(liang)監(jian)督檢(jian)驗(yan)中心機車車輛(liang)檢(jian)驗(yan)站型式試驗(yan),并在(zai)廣州地鐵1號線(xian)完(wan)成裝車試驗(yan);
(6)地(di)鐵(tie)高(gao)頻(pin)充電機(MBCC-30/1500),用于為車載蓄電池充電,采用全數字控(kong)制的(de)高(gao)頻(pin)模(mo)式(shi)(shi),具有體積小(xiao)、重量(liang)輕、效率(lv)高(gao)等特點(dian),可替代(dai)國外進口系統,該設備已通過(guo)鐵(tie)道部產品質(zhi)量(liang)監(jian)督檢驗(yan)(yan)中心機車車輛(liang)檢驗(yan)(yan)站型式(shi)(shi)試驗(yan)(yan),并在廣州地(di)鐵(tie)1號線完成裝(zhuang)車試驗(yan)(yan);
(7)地鐵(tie)車輛應急(ji)通風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)源,它是在(zai)地鐵(tie)通風(feng)(feng)(feng)機主(zhu)電(dian)源發(fa)生故障(zhang)后緊急(ji)啟(qi)用(yong)的(de)(de)備用(yong)電(dian)源,以(yi)保障(zhang)車廂內(nei)通風(feng)(feng)(feng)順(shun)暢(chang)。該應急(ji)通風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)源由蓄電(dian)池供電(dian),采用(yong)降(jiang)壓降(jiang)頻(pin)的(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi)運行,額定工作時間45分(fen)鐘(zhong);
(8)CJ5型(xing)混(hun)(hun)合動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)組(zu)牽引(yin)系統:該車(che)(che)整(zheng)車(che)(che)由中車(che)(che)長春(chun)軌道(dao)客車(che)(che)股份有限公(gong)司制(zhi)(zhi)造,牽引(yin)系統由公(gong)司提(ti)供,該車(che)(che)有兩(liang)種(zhong)車(che)(che)型(xing),蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池-接觸網(wang)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(EEMU)和接觸網(wang)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)-內燃機(DEMU)兩(liang)種(zhong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li)制(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)各(ge)一(yi)列。兩(liang)種(zhong)類(lei)型(xing)的混(hun)(hun)合動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)組(zu)均可在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化和非電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化鐵路不(bu)間(jian)斷跨線運(yun)營。在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化鐵路區段(duan)運(yun)行時,采(cai)用(yong)機車(che)(che)受電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弓受流,由25kV高壓接觸網(wang)提(ti)供動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li)。在(zai)(zai)非電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化鐵路區段(duan)運(yun)行時,采(cai)用(yong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池組(zu)或油電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)混(hun)(hun)合動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li)系統提(ti)供動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)(li)。
