隨(sui)著(zhu)市場的(de)(de)(de)不斷拓(tuo)展(zhan)和公(gong)(gong)司整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)發展(zhan)規(gui)劃,自2013年(nian)(nian)(nian)起,公(gong)(gong)司在周村化(hua)工(gong)新(xin)材(cai)料產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)園區開始建(jian)設(she)20000噸/年(nian)(nian)(nian)建(jian)材(cai)級纖維素(su)醚項(xiang)目一(yi)(yi)期工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、4000噸/年(nian)(nian)(nian)醫(yi)藥級纖維素(su)醚項(xiang)目及技術研發中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心建(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目,總投資3.34億元。2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)開始,公(gong)(gong)司為適(shi)應市場發展(zhan),建(jian)設(she)20000噸/年(nian)(nian)(nian)纖維素(su)醚改(gai)建(jian)項(xiang)目,項(xiang)目總投資3.6億元。新(xin)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)線的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she),總結了多年(nian)(nian)(nian)來纖維素(su)醚的(de)(de)(de)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)經驗,主要解(jie)決產(chan)(chan)(chan)品在生產(chan)(chan)(chan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)致性及在使用中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)穩定性問題,在生產(chan)(chan)(chan)線設(she)計中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)得以實(shi)現。公(gong)(gong)司引進德國烘粉一(yi)(yi)體(ti)化(hua)設(she)備,建(jian)立DCS控制(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心,整(zheng)(zheng)個生產(chan)(chan)(chan)系(xi)統(tong)全部(bu)由控制(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心實(shi)施監控,使產(chan)(chan)(chan)品生產(chan)(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)加料、計量、溫度、壓力等實(shi)現全過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)控制(zhi),提(ti)高(gao)了生產(chan)(chan)(chan)效(xiao)率(lv),降低勞動(dong)(dong)強度,并保障了安全生產(chan)(chan)(chan)。整(zheng)(zheng)個生產(chan)(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)均在密閉的(de)(de)(de)環境中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)完成,消除了外部(bu)條件及人為干預對產(chan)(chan)(chan)品質量的(de)(de)(de)影響,解(jie)決了國內(nei)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品一(yi)(yi)致性差的(de)(de)(de)技術難題。
