海(hai)(hai)豐(feng)縣梅(mei)隴中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)的前身(shen)是(shi)海(hai)(hai)豐(feng)縣私立(li)梅(mei)峰初(chu)級中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),創(chuang)辦(ban)于1942年(nian),1952年(nian)改為公(gong)辦(ban),更名(ming)為海(hai)(hai)豐(feng)縣第三(san)初(chu)級中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),1953年(nian)學(xue)校搬遷至現校址,1958年(nian)創(chuang)設高中(zhong)(zhong)部,正式命名(ming)為海(hai)(hai)豐(feng)縣梅(mei)隴中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)。2005年(nian)1月被評(ping)為汕尾市綠色學(xue)校。2006年(nian)8月
通過等級評(ping)估,成為汕尾市一級學校。2008年12月,在汕尾市高中(zhong)教學水平評(ping)估中(zhong)被評(ping)為優秀等級。2009年12月,獲得(de)汕尾市首家硬筆(bi)書法名校的(de)稱號。
梅(mei)(mei)隴中學(xue)(xue)質量(liang)立校(xiao)創特(te)色(se)面對(dui)競(jing)爭越來越嚴峻的辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)形勢和生源綜合素質較差的實際,海豐梅(mei)(mei)隴中學(xue)(xue)提出“不(bu)求人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)上大學(xue)(xue),先求個(ge)個(ge)健康成長”的教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)思路,加(jia)(jia)強師德教(jiao)育,加(jia)(jia)強常規管理,加(jia)(jia)大教(jiao)研的力(li)度,對(dui)內挖潛,外爭生源,分(fen)層教(jiao)學(xue)(xue),分(fen)類培養,努力(li)提高(gao)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量(liang)。
該(gai)校強(qiang)化(hua)“質量立(li)校”的(de)(de)(de)意識,實施教(jiao)研(yan)興校戰略,每(mei)位(wei)行政(zheng)領導(dao)下到(dao)(dao)各科組掛點(dian)指導(dao)工作。每(mei)次教(jiao)研(yan)活(huo)動都做到(dao)(dao)有(you)計劃(hua)、有(you)內容、有(you)記錄、期末有(you)總(zong)結。學(xue)校實行每(mei)學(xue)期的(de)(de)(de)公開(kai)課、優質課比賽(sai)(sai)、說(shuo)課比賽(sai)(sai)、優秀論(lun)文(wen)評(ping)選、課件(jian)制(zhi)作評(ping)比制(zhi)度化(hua)。同時運用激勵(li)機制(zhi),規定凡在(zai)市級(ji)以上刊物發表論(lun)文(wen)或(huo)參加(jia)市級(ji)以上比賽(sai)(sai)獲獎的(de)(de)(de)優質課、優秀課件(jian)等,均給(gei)予獎勵(li),對(dui)獲獎的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育科研(yan)成果(guo)給(gei)予獎勵(li)。截止2013年12月,學(xue)校教(jiao)師在(zai)省市級(ji)或(huo)縣級(ji)獲得的(de)(de)(de)獎項總(zong)共(gong)達200多項。

學(xue)校積極組織課(ke)題科(ke)研(yan)活動,陳騰聲主(zhu)(zhu)持(chi)的汕尾市十二(er)五課(ke)題《農村高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)物理(li)學(xue)困生的成因及轉化(hua)對策探索》順利(li)結題;黃昌爐主(zhu)(zhu)持(chi)的《高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)物理(li)“問題—互動—探究”教學(xue)的研(yan)究》和葉(xie)佐森(sen)主(zhu)(zhu)持(chi)的《新(xin)課(ke)標背景下農村面上(shang)高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)作文(wen)教學(xue)有效(xiao)策略研(yan)究》獲得汕尾市十三五課(ke)題立項(xiang)。
海豐縣梅隴中學舉(ju)行了(le)系(xi)列心理健康(kang)教育活(huo)動,調適師生(sheng)疫情后的心理,引(yin)導師生(sheng)健康(kang)生(sheng)活(huo),陽光工(gong)作(zuo)。學校(xiao)邀請了(le)汕(shan)尾市蘭(lan)艷菊名班主任工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)顧問、深圳(zhen)吉斯維教育專家和工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)主持人等舉(ju)行了(le)兩場心理健康(kang)教育講座。
廣東省(sheng)汕尾(wei)市依據教(jiao)育現代化發(fa)展的時(shi)代需求,探索(suo)適(shi)合汕尾(wei)教(jiao)育質量均(jun)衡(heng)發(fa)展的有效途(tu)徑,積極引(yin)入(ru)了“北京師范(fan)大學(xue)助力(li)汕尾(wei)基礎教(jiao)育質量提升”項(xiang)目。海豐縣(xian)梅隴中學(xue)在發(fa)現推進問(wen)題后及時(shi)調整(zheng)推進方(fang)案,推進效果顯(xian)著。
