在(zai)趙(zhao)元校(xiao)長“學會(hui)做人(ren)(ren)”思想的倡(chang)導下(xia),學校(xiao)在(zai)一(yi)至九年(nian)級每周增設一(yi)節(jie)“人(ren)(ren)格修(xiu)養”課,該課程教(jiao)案全由學校(xiao)老師(shi)自己(ji)編(bian)著(zhu)。如學生中(zhong)午就餐(can)經常出(chu)現(xian)爭搶(qiang)情形(xing),《人(ren)(ren)格修(xiu)養》教(jiao)材(cai)中(zhong)為此專(zhuan)門編(bian)了(le)一(yi)首(shou)詩:“排隊進餐(can)廳,就餐(can)靜無聲,飯(fan)菜按量要,節(jie)約記心中(zhong),碗筷排整(zheng)齊,排隊出(chu)餐(can)廳。”據介紹,餐(can)廳還(huan)專(zhuan)門設置了(le)“剩飯(fan)桶評比欄”,每天(tian)評比出(chu)“節(jie)省之星(xing)”。結合“人(ren)(ren)格修(xiu)養”課,學校(xiao)還(huan)推出(chu)了(le)“百位名(ming)(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren)進校(xiao)園(yuan)”系列(lie)活(huo)動。先(xian)后邀請了(le)首(shou)都國際貿易(yi)學院梁(liang)蓓教(jiao)授(shou)作《成材(cai)與立志(zhi)》報告(gao);中(zhong)國國防科技大學軍事專(zhuan)家胡思遠(yuan)教(jiao)授(shou)作《由“神舟五號”上天(tian)談(tan)腳踏實地求學》報告(gao);著(zhu)名(ming)(ming)(ming)作家高(gao)玉寶先(xian)生作《沒有(you)文化就沒有(you)現(xian)代(dai)化》演講等。在(zai)多(duo)次的專(zhuan)場名(ming)(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren)報告(gao)會(hui)中(zhong),名(ming)(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren)與學生面(mian)對面(mian)懇談(tan),拉(la)近了(le)名(ming)(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren)在(zai)同(tong)學們(men)心目中(zhong)的距離,“學名(ming)(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren),做名(ming)(ming)(ming)人(ren)(ren)”活(huo)動變得親切而生動。
中(zhong)(zhong)文和(he)英(ying)文出(chu)類(lei)拔萃是學(xue)校(xiao)又(you)一(yi)大(da)特色(se)。據學(xue)校(xiao)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)部段(duan)主任介紹,學(xue)校(xiao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)文教(jiao)學(xue)方面,變花樣(yang)讓(rang)學(xue)生(sheng)提(ti)高(gao)讀寫(xie)能(neng)力,如每(mei)周一(yi)的(de)(de)“國(guo)旗(qi)下講(jiang)話”宣(xuan)(xuan)讀自(zi)(zi)己的(de)(de)優秀習(xi)作;作文課(ke)上老(lao)師(shi)提(ti)倡“快樂(le)作文”,在(zai)(zai)(zai)提(ti)供(gong)參考(kao)題目(mu)(mu)后(hou)(hou),讓(rang)學(xue)生(sheng)先(xian)從課(ke)外(wai)閱讀中(zhong)(zhong)搜(sou)集材料,隨后(hou)(hou)由學(xue)生(sheng)隨意抽取題目(mu)(mu),試寫(xie)初稿,最后(hou)(hou)將優秀作文展出(chu)、投稿或參加比賽。已有(you)(you)30多人的(de)(de)作文在(zai)(zai)(zai)《輔導(dao)員》、《演講(jiang)與(yu)口才》、《中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)少年報》和(he)《深圳晚(wan)報》等刊物發(fa)表,有(you)(you)120多人的(de)(de)作品在(zai)(zai)(zai)國(guo)家、省市作文競賽中(zhong)(zhong)獲(huo)獎。在(zai)(zai)(zai)英(ying)文教(jiao)學(xue)中(zhong)(zhong),學(xue)校(xiao)同(tong)樣(yang)要求同(tong)學(xue)們(men)用英(ying)文在(zai)(zai)(zai)國(guo)旗(qi)下講(jiang)話,讓(rang)學(xue)生(sheng)每(mei)天掌(zhang)握一(yi)條老(lao)師(shi)推(tui)(tui)薦的(de)(de)英(ying)文名言,每(mei)學(xue)期掌(zhang)握不(bu)少于10首英(ying)文歌曲,常年組織“英(ying)語在(zai)(zai)(zai)龍嶺”學(xue)生(sheng)自(zi)(zi)編(bian)課(ke)本劇(ju)演出(chu),如獲(huo)獎劇(ju)《新小紅帽(mao)》等。學(xue)校(xiao)還(huan)狠抓英(ying)語誠信考(kao)風建(jian)設(she),每(mei)個(ge)年級開(kai)(kai)設(she)“無(wu)人監考(kao)”考(kao)場,考(kao)前舉(ju)行宣(xuan)(xuan)誓、簽名儀式,還(huan)推(tui)(tui)行“開(kai)(kai)卷、開(kai)(kai)放(fang)、開(kai)(kai)心(xin)”三(san)開(kai)(kai)考(kao)試方式,在(zai)(zai)(zai)增強學(xue)生(sheng)自(zi)(zi)信自(zi)(zi)尊的(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi),培養了他們(men)誠實的(de)(de)個(ge)性。在(zai)(zai)(zai)發(fa)展中(zhong)(zhong)
