順德(de)莘(xin)村中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)坐落于順德(de)北滘莘(xin)村,環境優(you)雅,交通便利(li),是一所規(gui)模(mo)大(da)、質量高(gao)、現(xian)代(dai)化的(de)(de)完全中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)建(jian)筑面積120930平方米(mi),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)有(you)初、高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)4500人(ren),莘(xin)村中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)是佛山市學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)人(ren)數較多的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)之一。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)現(xian)代(dai)化教學(xue)(xue)設施(shi)完備,有(you)先(xian)進的(de)(de)、開放式的(de)(de)多媒體教室和計算機(ji)技術教學(xue)(xue)樓,有(you)設施(shi)齊(qi)全的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)公(gong)寓(yu)和學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)宿舍,空調、電(dian)話、衣物柜(ju)、熱水供應(ying)系統齊(qi)全。有(you)容(rong)納6000名師生(sheng)同時就餐的(de)(de)大(da)飯堂,標(biao)(biao)準的(de)(de)400米(mi)塑膠跑道(dao)、12輛接(jie)送學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)車隊和醫療救護車等。2013年(nian)斥巨資建(jian)設了(le)(le)標(biao)(biao)準的(de)(de)50m*25m規(gui)格游(you)泳(yong)(yong)池,設置了(le)(le)泳(yong)(yong)道(dao)和跳水臺,可用于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)游(you)泳(yong)(yong)課(ke)和學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)游(you)泳(yong)(yong)隊成員的(de)(de)專業訓練。

莘村中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)初、高中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)主要(yao)來自農村,部分學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)素質(zhi)較差,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)困生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、行為差異生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)比較多(duo)。經過(guo)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)踐(jian),莘村中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)探索出有特色、適合校情且(qie)行之有效的德(de)育模式(shi)——“全(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理”。全(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理要(yao)求(qiu)全(quan)(quan)(quan)體老(lao)師(shi)(shi)都是“班主任(ren)”,每(mei)個老(lao)師(shi)(shi)都要(yao)參(can)與到全(quan)(quan)(quan)面管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理教(jiao)育學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)中來。每(mei)個教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)分管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)十多(duo)個學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),既管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)課(ke)內(nei),又(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)課(ke)外;既管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)課(ke)堂,又(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)宿舍(she);既管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)校內(nei),又(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)校外。為完善全(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校制訂了《全(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理條(tiao)例》,采取了一系(xi)列(lie)措施(shi)保證管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理的到位。為更好落實(shi)全(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理,建(jian)立(li)了每(mei)天德(de)育10分鐘、每(mei)周1次分管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)會,加強與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的溝通。分管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)老(lao)師(shi)(shi)還要(yao)輪流到飯堂值日、查(cha)看(kan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)宿舍(she)、負責學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校周邊(bian)巡查(cha)、定期做好家訪或電訪、開主題班會、每(mei)月定期匯報全(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理的情況。
