普(pu)定(ding)水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)位(wei)于烏江(jiang)上游(you)南源三岔河的中游(you)、貴(gui)州省(sheng)普(pu)定(ding)縣(xian)境內(nei),距貴(gui)陽(yang)市131km。本工程以 發(fa)電(dian)為主(zhu),兼有供水(shui)、灌溉、養(yang)殖及旅游(you)等(deng)綜(zong)合(he)效益(yi)。電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)裝機容量(liang)7.5萬kW(3×2.5),保證出(chu)力(li)1.5萬kW,年平均發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)3.4億kW·h,主(zhu)要滿足普(pu)定(ding)、織金等(deng)地區用電(dian),還可增加下游(you)東風、烏江(jiang)渡等(deng)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)保證出(chu)力(li)約4萬kW。

介紹
普(pu)(pu)定(ding)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)于1995年(nian)(nian)建成發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),裝(zhuang)有3臺(tai)(tai)25MW水(shui)(shui)輪發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組。設計(ji)(ji)多年(nian)(nian)平均發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)3.16kW.h,年(nian)(nian)利(li)用小時(shi)約4,213h。從普(pu)(pu)定(ding)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)1996年(nian)(nian)至(zhi)2003年(nian)(nian)運行情(qing)況看,8年(nian)(nian)間水(shui)(shui)庫累計(ji)(ji)來(lai)(lai)(lai)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)327.8億(yi)立(li)方米,其中發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)用水(shui)(shui)195.66億(yi)立(li)方米,占總來(lai)(lai)(lai)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)的59.7%,泄洪棄水(shui)(shui)132.14億(yi)立(li)方米,占總來(lai)(lai)(lai)水(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)的40.3%。為提高水(shui)(shui)能資源的利(li)用率,有利(li)于上下游電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的協調運行,董事會建議,開展普(pu)(pu)定(ding)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)擴(kuo)機(ji)1臺(tai)(tai)50MW發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組的前期準備工作。

普(pu)定(ding)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)下(xia)游為引(yin)(yin)(yin)子(zi)渡(du)(du)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan),該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)裝有(you)3臺(tai)120MW水(shui)(shui)(shui)輪發(fa)(fa)動機(ji)(ji),已于2003年(nian)實現投(tou)(tou)(tou)產(chan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。引(yin)(yin)(yin)子(zi)渡(du)(du)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)具(ju)有(you)季調(diao)節性能,正常蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)1,086m,死(si)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)1,052m,裝機(ji)(ji)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)360MW,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)最(zui)大引(yin)(yin)(yin)用(yong)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)435立(li)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米/秒(miao)(miao)。普(pu)定(ding)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)最(zui)大引(yin)(yin)(yin)用(yong)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)為188立(li)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米/秒(miao)(miao),兩者相差247立(li)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米/秒(miao)(miao),而(er)普(pu)定(ding)至引(yin)(yin)(yin)子(zi)渡(du)(du)的(de)(de)區間流(liu)量(liang)(liang)僅18.8立(li)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米/秒(miao)(miao)。 普(pu)定(ding)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)擴(kuo)機(ji)(ji)后,將增加電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)引(yin)(yin)(yin)用(yong)流(liu)量(liang)(liang),提高引(yin)(yin)(yin)子(zi)渡(du)(du)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)水(shui)(shui)(shui)頭和發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效益,有(you)利于引(yin)(yin)(yin)子(zi)渡(du)(du)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)日運行方(fang)(fang)(fang)式,同時有(you)利于提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)。擴(kuo)機(ji)(ji)規模裝機(ji)(ji)1臺(tai)50MW,年(nian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)約5,000萬(wan)kwh以上,單位(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)度投(tou)(tou)(tou)資約1.6元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)/kwh左右。經初步測算,擴(kuo)機(ji)(ji)工(gong)程投(tou)(tou)(tou)資約10,000萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),資金(jin)來(lai)源于自有(you)資金(jin)。工(gong)程于1991年(nian)列(lie)入國(guo)家年(nian)度基建計劃開(kai)工(gong)項(xiang)目,工(gong)程由國(guo)家能源投(tou)(tou)(tou)資公司與貴(gui)州省電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力局(ju)合資建設。由貴(gui)州省電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力局(ju)負責(ze)工(gong)程建設及(ji)籌集資金(jin),并(bing)履行業主(zhu)職責(ze)。 主(zhu)體工(gong)程量(liang)(liang):土石方(fang)(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖為27萬(wan)余立(li)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米,混凝土為21萬(wan)余立(li)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米,總工(gong)期4年(nian),總投(tou)(tou)(tou)資1.93億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。
庫區地形地質
庫區地處灰巖地區,巖溶發育。庫區兩岸有相對隔水層包圍,且北與六沖河、南與北盤江均有地下分水嶺存在,水位高程均遠高于正常蓄水位,不會產生鄰谷滲漏。岸坡基巖成層分布,傾角平緩,不存在岸(an)坡坍滑問題。壩(ba)址位于灰巖和白云(yun)巖地(di)段(duan),兩岸(an)陡峻,巖層走向N35°~40°E,傾向NW,傾角18°~20°。壩址主要(yao)斷層(ceng)有20條,大(da)多為高角度平移斷層(ceng),斷距小(xiao),影響帶窄,規模不大,延伸不遠,且大多膠結良好。大壩帷(wei)幕采用懸掛(gua)布置,處理深度以單位吸(xi)水率小于3Alu(呂容)的界限為下限。壩(ba)區(qu)地震烈(lie)度為6度。
設計
壩址控制流域(yu)面(mian)積5871平(ping)方(fang)(fang)公里。流域(yu)內雨量(liang)(liang)(liang)豐沛(pei),多(duo)年平(ping)均(jun)年降水量(liang)(liang)(liang)1181mm。壩址實測最(zui)大流量(liang)(liang)(liang) 為(wei)3380立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒,實測最(zui)小流量(liang)(liang)(liang)為(wei)8.8立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒,壩址多(duo)年平(ping)均(jun)年徑流量(liang)(liang)(liang)為(wei)38.8億立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi),多(duo)年平(ping)均(jun)流量(liang)(liang)(liang)為(wei) 123立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒,多(duo)年平(ping)均(jun)年輸沙(sha)量(liang)(liang)(liang)為(wei)406萬t,多(duo)年平(ping)均(jun)懸沙(sha)量(liang)(liang)(liang)為(wei)1.042kg/立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)。
庫區(qu)(qu)地(di)(di)處(chu)(chu)灰巖(yan)(yan)地(di)(di)區(qu)(qu),巖(yan)(yan)溶發育(yu)。庫區(qu)(qu)兩(liang)岸(an)(an)有(you)相(xiang)對隔水(shui)(shui)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)包圍(wei),且(qie)(qie)北(bei)與六沖河、南(nan)與北(bei)盤江均有(you) 地(di)(di)下(xia)分水(shui)(shui)嶺存(cun)(cun)在,水(shui)(shui)位高程(cheng)均遠高于(yu)正(zheng)常蓄水(shui)(shui)位,不會(hui)產生鄰谷(gu)滲漏。岸(an)(an)坡(po)基巖(yan)(yan)成(cheng)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)分布,傾角平(ping)緩,不存(cun)(cun)在岸(an)(an)坡(po)坍滑問題。壩(ba)址(zhi)位于(yu)灰巖(yan)(yan)和白云巖(yan)(yan)地(di)(di)段,兩(liang)岸(an)(an)陡峻,巖(yan)(yan)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)走向N35°-40°E,傾向NW,傾角18°-20°。壩(ba)址(zhi)主要斷層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)有(you)20條,大多為高角度(du)平(ping)移斷層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),斷距小,影響帶窄,規模不大,延伸不遠,且(qie)(qie)大多膠(jiao)結良(liang)好。大壩(ba)帷(wei)幕(mu)采用懸掛布置,處(chu)(chu)理(li)深度(du)以單位吸水(shui)(shui)率小于(yu)3Alu(呂容)的界限(xian)為下(xia)限(xian)。壩(ba)區(qu)(qu)地(di)(di)震烈(lie)度(du)為6度(du)。
水庫正常蓄水位為1145m,總庫容4.2億立方米(mi),庫區淹沒面積為14平方公里,遷移人口5466人,淹沒耕地7600畝。整個樞紐由碾(nian)壓混凝(ning)(ning)土拱(gong)壩(ba)(ba)、壩(ba)(ba)頂溢洪道、沖沙孔、右(you)(you)岸(an)引水式地面廠(chang)房等建筑(zhu)物組成。大(da)壩(ba)(ba)采(cai)用(yong)單心(xin)圓(yuan)拱(gong)壩(ba)(ba),呈不對稱布置,右(you)(you)岸(an)設有30m長(chang)的(de)重力墩(dun)。中部設有4孔寬12.5m、高16m的(de)表孔,采(cai)用(yong)高低(di)坎分流對撞消能。最(zui)大(da)壩(ba)(ba)高75m,壩(ba)(ba)頂弧長(chang)165.67,壩(ba)(ba)頂總長(chang)195.67,壩(ba)(ba)頂寬6.3,厚高比(bi)為1∶0.386。筑(zhu)壩(ba)(ba)采(cai)用(yong)高摻(chan)粉煤灰低(di)水泥用(yong)量(liang)干硬(ying)性碾(nian)壓混凝(ning)(ning)土,并由碾(nian)壓混凝(ning)(ning)土自(zi)身防滲。壩(ba)(ba)體(ti)混凝(ning)(ning)土量(liang)13萬余立方米(mi)。
右岸引(yin)水系統由(you)進(jin)水塔、引(yin)水隧洞(dong)(dong)、壓(ya)力(li)(li)斜井和壓(ya)力(li)(li)管(guan)道(dao)組(zu)(zu)成,全長290m,最(zui)大洞(dong)(dong)徑8m。岔管(guan)采用鋼筋混(hun)凝土岔管(guan)。廠房位于壩下游160m處(chu),由(you)主(zhu)機(ji)間、安裝間、上游副廠房、左副廠房,進(jin)廠交通洞(dong)(dong)及電梯塔組(zu)(zu)成。
由于河谷狹窄,洪枯水(shui)位變幅大,廠(chang)房采用(yong)(yong)半封閉(bi)式(shi)布置(zhi)。長(chang)(chang)76.6,最大寬(kuan)32.6。開關站布置(zhi)在廠(chang)房后坡,長(chang)(chang)120m,寬(kuan)38m。施工導流(liu)采用(yong)(yong)隧洞(dong)導流(liu)方(fang)案(an),導流(liu)設計流(liu)量為560立方(fang)米/秒。上(shang)、下游圍堰為土石過(guo)水(shui)圍堰,最大堰高19.5。導流(liu)洞(dong)全長(chang)(chang)470m,洞(dong)身不襯砌。
運行發電
由國電(dian)紅楓水力發(fa)(fa)電(dian)廠代管的普定水電(dian)站發(fa)(fa)電(dian)量已達到3.141548億(yi)千瓦(wa)時,提前67天圓滿完成年計劃3.14億(yi)千瓦(wa)時的發(fa)(fa)電(dian)任務(wu)。
三岔河流(liu)域降雨相對平穩,來水(shui)(shui)基本接近(jin)正常(chang)年份,水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)運(yun)(yun)行情況(kuang)正常(chang)。水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)來水(shui)(shui)量共計320413.7萬立方(fang)米(mi),比(bi)去年同期多75475.2萬立方(fang)米(mi)。汛期,電站與水(shui)(shui)工值班人員密切配合(he),合(he)理調(diao)度水(shui)(shui)庫(ku),充分利用(yong)發電“消(xiao)水(shui)(shui)”,合(he)理利用(yong)沖沙底孔泄水(shui)(shui),采用(yong)“多開少放(fang)”的(de)方(fang)法(fa),將水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)維持在(zai)較高水(shui)(shui)位(wei)運(yun)(yun)行,在(zai)多蓄了(le)水(shui)(shui)的(de)同時,也提高了(le)水(shui)(shui)能利用(yong)率,為電站多發電奠定(ding)了(le)基礎(chu)。
在總(zong)廠的(de)統一安(an)排和指(zhi)導下(xia),電(dian)站(zhan)配合(he)機電(dian)公司在汛前完成了(le)1號機大(da)修、1號蝶閥大(da)修等大(da)型工(gong)作,消(xiao)除了(le)影響安(an)全生產的(de)重大(da)缺陷,確(que)保了(le)主設(she)備的(de)安(an)全可靠性;通過全站(zhan)職工(gong)共同努力(li),認真開(kai)展以“加(jia)強(qiang)管(guan)理(li)、確(que)保安(an)全、提高(gao)效益(yi)(yi)”為(wei)目標的(de)“管(guan)理(li)效益(yi)(yi)年(nian)活(huo)動(dong)”,高(gao)度重視(shi)安(an)全生產及計(ji)量(liang)管(guan)理(li)工(gong)作,加(jia)強(qiang)設(she)備消(xiao)缺及運行維護管(guan)理(li),為(wei)發電(dian)任務(wu)的(de)完成提供了(le)有力(li)的(de)保證(zheng)。
技術維修
水(shui)電(dian)站對液(ye)壓啟(qi)閉機(ji)進行了改造和(he)維修(xiu)。有(you)關專家結合普定水(shui)電(dian)站液(ye)壓啟(qi)閉機(ji)改造和(he)維修(xiu)工作的經驗(yan),解決了液(ye)壓啟(qi)閉機(ji)閘門(men)開啟(qi)至工作高位時啟(qi)閉機(ji)不能鎖定、閘門(men)下滑量很(hen)大的原因,并介(jie)紹相應(ying)解決問題的措施。
