功能作用
東(dong)江水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)是一個(ge)以(yi)(yi)發電為(wei)主,兼有防洪(hong)、航(hang)運(yun)、城鎮工(gong)業(ye)及生活(huo)用水(shui)(shui)等綜合(he)利(li)用的(de)大型水(shui)(shui)電工(gong)程(cheng)。水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)壩高庫(ku)(ku)(ku)大,調節性能好。總庫(ku)(ku)(ku)容91.5億(yi)(yi)立(li)(li)米(mi),當正常(chang)高水(shui)(shui)位285 米(mi)時(shi),相應庫(ku)(ku)(ku)容有 81.2億(yi)(yi)立(li)(li)米(mi)(其中(zhong)有效庫(ku)(ku)(ku)容56.7億(yi)(yi)立(li)(li)米(mi))。庫(ku)(ku)(ku)容系數1.25,為(wei)多年調節水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)。電站(zhan)(zhan)多年平均發電量(liang)13.2億(yi)(yi)千瓦小時(shi),在華中(zhong)電力系統中(zhong)主要擔負調峰任務;水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)建(jian)成后(hou)可使(shi)耒(lei)水(shui)(shui)下游1.07萬畝農田(tian)免除洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)危害,同(tong)時(shi)可以(yi)(yi)提高下游已建(jian)白(bai)漁潭、遙田(tian)等水(shui)(shui)電站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)保證(zheng)出(chu)力和京廣鐵路的(de)防洪(hong)標準;水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)回水(shui)(shui)總長 150公里(li)對改善上下游航(hang)運(yun)都(dou)十分有利(li)。為(wei)避免機(ji)組停機(ji)或長時(shi)間(jian)低(di)負荷(he)運(yun)行影響下游工(gong)農業(ye)用水(shui)(shui),在其下游9 公里(li)處(chu)修建(jian)一座(zuo)小東(dong)江水(shui)(shui)電站(zhan)(zhan),進(jin)行反(fan)調節。
建設時間
東江水庫工(gong)(gong)程曾于1958年(nian)(nian)動(dong)工(gong)(gong),至1961年(nian)(nian)初(chu)停(ting)建。1978年(nian)(nian)4月復(fu)工(gong)(gong),1980年(nian)(nian)11月截流合龍(long),1986年(nian)(nian)8月下閘蓄水,1987年(nian)(nian)11月第一臺(tai)機投產發(fa)電(dian),1992年(nian)(nian)樞(shu)紐工(gong)(gong)程全面竣工(gong)(gong)。
