大石門水電站
克(ke)什(shen)克(ke)騰(teng)旗大石(shi)門(men)水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)位于由沙里(li)漠河與(yu)薩嶺河匯合形成的西拉木(mu)(mu)倫河干流上游,上距兩河口(kou)匯合處(chu)下游13公里(li),是(shi)西拉木(mu)(mu)倫河水(shui)電(dian)梯級開(kai)發中(zhong)調節能力最強、裝機(ji)容量(liang)最大、發電(dian)量(liang)最多的龍頭(tou)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)。
起源
西拉木倫河發源(yuan)于(yu)克(ke)(ke)(ke)什(shen)克(ke)(ke)(ke)騰旗(qi)(qi)境(jing)內浩來(lai)呼熱鄉(xiang)源(yuan)水(shui)頭,橫貫(guan)克(ke)(ke)(ke)旗(qi)(qi)中部(bu),在該旗(qi)(qi)境(jing)內長達(da)130公(gong)里,是遼河一級支流,水(shui)能資源(yuan)非常豐富,具備建設(she)水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)的優越條件。為(wei)加(jia)快克(ke)(ke)(ke)旗(qi)(qi)水(shui)電(dian)農村電(dian)氣化縣建設(she),增加(jia)調(diao)峰能力、改善供電(dian)質(zhi)量、為(wei)地方工業發展(zhan)提(ti)供穩定的地表水(shui)供水(shui)水(shui)源(yuan),促進地區(qu)經(jing)濟的可持(chi)續發展(zhan),克(ke)(ke)(ke)什(shen)克(ke)(ke)(ke)騰旗(qi)(qi)擬建設(she)大石門水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)工程。
修建過程
經過赤峰市(shi)、克(ke)什克(ke)騰旗(qi)(qi)和項目(mu)單位(wei)的積極努力(li)爭取,2007年(nian)4月自治區發(fa)(fa)改委對克(ke)什克(ke)騰旗(qi)(qi)大(da)(da)石(shi)門水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)進行(xing)了(le)核準批(pi)復(內發(fa)(fa)改農字[2007]670號文)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)總投資(zi)36124.84萬元(yuan),資(zi)金(jin)由大(da)(da)唐(tang)國(guo)際自籌(chou)和銀行(xing)貸(dai)款解決。項目(mu)建設總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)為(wei)3年(nian),主(zhu)要(yao)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)任務是供水(shui)(shui)(shui)、發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian),兼顧旅游等綜合(he)利用功能。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)大(da)(da)(2)型,正常蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)1072米(mi),汛(xun)限(xian)水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)1072米(mi),死水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)1056.4米(mi),水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫總庫容1.9億立方米(mi),電(dian)(dian)站裝機(ji)6000千瓦。樞紐工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)主(zhu)要(yao)由大(da)(da)壩(ba)、溢洪道、發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)引水(shui)(shui)(shui)洞(dong)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站系統(tong)組成。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)等級為(wei)Ⅱ級,大(da)(da)壩(ba)、溢洪道、發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)引水(shui)(shui)(shui)洞(dong)等主(zhu)要(yao)建筑(zhu)(zhu)物為(wei)2級,電(dian)(dian)站廠房等次要(yao)建筑(zhu)(zhu)物為(wei)3級,臨時(shi)建筑(zhu)(zhu)物為(wei)4 級。主(zhu)要(yao)建筑(zhu)(zhu)物100年(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)標準設計,2000年(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)標準校(xiao)核;水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站按50年(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)標準設計,200年(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)校(xiao)核。壩(ba)址位(wei)于克(ke)什克(ke)騰旗(qi)(qi)政府(fu)所在地經棚(peng)鎮(zhen)西南44公里(li)處,距下游已建成的龍口(kou)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站17公里(li)。壩(ba)型為(wei)瀝(li)青混(hun)凝土心墻堆石(shi)壩(ba),最大(da)(da)壩(ba)高(gao)72米(mi),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)區地震基本裂(lie)度為(wei)Ⅵ度。
規模規劃
克什克騰旗大(da)石門(men)水電(dian)(dian)站其(qi)壩址(zhi)以上控(kong)制流(liu)域(yu)面(mian)積3606平(ping)方(fang)公里,壩址(zhi)處多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均徑流(liu)量2.24億立方(fang)米,電(dian)(dian)站多(duo)年(nian)平(ping)均發電(dian)(dian)量 1460萬千瓦(wa)(wa)時。目前,克旗已在(zai)西拉木倫河流(liu)域(yu)建(jian)設了9座小(xiao)型水電(dian)(dian)站,總裝機容量17160千瓦(wa)(wa),年(nian)平(ping)均發電(dian)(dian)量4400萬千瓦(wa)(wa)時。大(da)石門(men)水電(dian)(dian)站是自治區 “十(shi)五”、“十(shi)一五”水電(dian)(dian)農村電(dian)(dian)氣化建(jian)設規劃(hua)擬建(jian)項(xiang)目,符合國家開發可再(zai)生清潔能源的產(chan)業政策(ce)和相關規劃(hua)。
功能用途
大石門(men)水(shui)(shui)電站(zhan)建(jian)成后(hou),年(nian)可(ke)(ke)供水(shui)(shui)6000萬立(li)方米,多年(nian)平(ping)均發電量(liang)1460萬千瓦時,增加調(diao)峰能力、改(gai)善供電質量(liang)、為地方工業(ye)發展(zhan)提供穩定的地表水(shui)(shui)供水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)源,對(dui)克(ke)旗農村(cun)水(shui)(shui)電電氣化縣建(jian)設和當地經濟可(ke)(ke)持(chi)續發展(zhan)都具有重要(yao)意義(yi)。
