作用
水(shui)(shui)布埡水(shui)(shui)利(li)樞(shu)紐(niu)工程(cheng)由長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)水(shui)(shui)利(li)委員會長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)勘測(ce)規(gui)劃設計研究院勘測(ce)、設計,壩址位于巴(ba)東縣境內,上(shang)距(ju)恩(en)施市117km,下距(ju)隔河巖(yan)(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)利(li)樞(shu)紐(niu)92km,是(shi)清(qing)江(jiang)(jiang)梯級(ji)開(kai)發的(de)(de)(de)(de)龍頭(tou)樞(shu)紐(niu)。水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)正(zheng)常蓄水(shui)(shui)位400m,相應庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)(rong)43.12億立方(fang)米(mi),總45.8億立方(fang)米(mi)庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)(rong),裝機容(rong)(rong)量1600MW,是(shi)以發電、防洪、航運為主,并(bing)兼(jian)顧其他的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)利(li)樞(shu)紐(niu)工程(cheng)。據初步測(ce)算,水(shui)(shui)布埡電站(zhan)投產(chan)后,將顯(xian)著增加清(qing)江(jiang)(jiang)下游已建隔河巖(yan)(yan)(yan)和高壩洲(zhou)(zhou)兩座電站(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)調峰(feng)調頻能(neng)力,屆時清(qing)江(jiang)(jiang)流(liu)域的(de)(de)(de)(de)3座電站(zhan)(水(shui)(shui)布埡、隔河巖(yan)(yan)(yan)、高壩洲(zhou)(zhou))將可承擔華中電網10%左右的(de)(de)(de)(de)調峰(feng)任務,清(qing)江(jiang)(jiang)流(liu)域成(cheng)為華中電網清(qing)潔、可靠(kao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)調峰(feng)調頻電源基地。水(shui)(shui)布埡水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)是(shi)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)中下游防洪體系的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要組(zu)成(cheng)部分,水(shui)(shui)布埡水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)預留的(de)(de)(de)(de)5億立方(fang)米(mi)防洪庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)(rong)與隔河巖(yan)(yan)(yan)水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)已預留的(de)(de)(de)(de)5億立方(fang)米(mi)防洪庫(ku)(ku)容(rong)(rong)聯合調度運行(xing),可有效減(jian)輕荊(jing)江(jiang)(jiang)河段的(de)(de)(de)(de)防洪壓力,提高長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)中下游地區的(de)(de)(de)(de)防洪標準。
主體建筑
簡介
水布埡(wu)(wu)水利樞紐工程(cheng)為一(yi)等大(da)(da)型水利水電工程(cheng)。主體(ti)建筑物有(you):混凝土(tu)(tu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)堆石壩(ba)、河岸式溢(yi)洪道、右岸地下式電站廠房(fang)和(he)放空洞(dong)等。水布埡(wu)(wu)水利樞紐混凝土(tu)(tu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)堆石壩(ba)為目(mu)前世界(jie)上(shang)最(zui)高(gao)(gao)的面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)壩(ba),壩(ba)頂高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)409m,壩(ba)軸線長660m,最(zui)大(da)(da)壩(ba)高(gao)(gao)233m,壩(ba)頂寬(kuan)12m。大(da)(da)壩(ba)上(shang)游(you)壩(ba)坡(po)1:1.4,下游(you)平(ping)均壩(ba)坡(po)1:1.4。大(da)(da)壩(ba)填(tian)筑量包括上(shang)游(you)鋪蓋在(zai)內(nei)共1526萬立方(fang)米。面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)厚0.3m-1.1m,受(shou)壓區(qu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)寬(kuan)16.0m,受(shou)拉區(qu)寬(kuan)8.0m,面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)面(mian)(mian)(mian)積13.84萬平(ping)方(fang)米。趾板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)采(cai)用(yong)壩(ba)前設(she)標準板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban),下接(jie)防滲板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)的結構(gou)型式,標準板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)寬(kuan)6m-8m,厚0.6m-1.2m。防滲板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)寬(kuan)4m-12m,趾板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)與基巖(yan)間設(she)有(you)錨筋聯接(jie)。周邊(bian)縫(feng)結構(gou)在(zai)高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)275m以(yi)下采(cai)用(yong)底、中、頂三(san)道止(zhi)(zhi)水,高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)275m以(yi)上(shang)取消中部止(zhi)(zhi)水,設(she)底、頂兩道止(zhi)(zhi)水;面(mian)(mian)(mian)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)垂(chui)直(zhi)縫(feng)設(she)有(you)底、頂兩道止(zhi)(zhi)水。
環境
河岸式溢(yi)洪(hong)道布(bu)置在左岸,由(you)引水(shui)(shui)渠、控制(zhi)段(duan)(duan)、泄槽(cao)段(duan)(duan)(含(han)(han)挑(tiao)流鼻坎(kan))和(he)下(xia)游(you)防沖(chong)(chong)段(duan)(duan)組成。下(xia)游(you)防沖(chong)(chong)段(duan)(duan)采(cai)用防淘墻的結構型(xing)式。放空(kong)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)布(bu)置在右岸,其主要作(zuo)用為水(shui)(shui)庫放空(kong),中、后期導流和(he)施(shi)工(gong)期向下(xia)游(you)供水(shui)(shui)等。由(you)引水(shui)(shui)渠、有(you)(you)壓(ya)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)(含(han)(han)喇叭(ba)口)、事(shi)故檢修閘門井、工(gong)作(zuo)閘門室、無壓(ya)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、交通洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、通氣洞(dong)(dong)(dong)以及出口段(duan)(duan)(含(han)(han)挑(tiao)流鼻坎(kan))等組成。有(you)(you)壓(ya)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)長(chang)530.24m,洞(dong)(dong)(dong)徑11.0m-9.0m。無壓(ya)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)段(duan)(duan)長(chang)532.63m,底板(ban)坡度(du)為i=0.2-0.055,洞(dong)(dong)(dong)室凈(jing)空(kong)尺寸為7.2m×12.0m,為城門洞(dong)(dong)(dong)型(xing)。
引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)式(shi)地(di)下電站(zhan),布置于壩址NE30°河段(duan)的右岸山體內(nei),電站(zhan)安裝4臺(tai)混流式(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)輪發(fa)電機(ji)組(zu),單機(ji)容量(liang)400MW,總裝機(ji)容量(liang)1600MW。保證(zheng)出(chu)力310MW,每年平均(jun)發(fa)電量(liang)39.2×108KW·H。電站(zhan)建筑(zhu)物包括:引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)渠、進水(shui)(shui)(shui)口、引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、主廠房、安裝場、母線(xian)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、尾水(shui)(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、尾水(shui)(shui)(shui)平臺(tai)、尾水(shui)(shui)(shui)渠、500kV變電所、交(jiao)通洞(dong)(dong)(dong)、通風洞(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)廠外排水(shui)(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)等。引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)采用一機(ji)一洞(dong)(dong)(dong),平均(jun)長387.9m,圓形(xing)斷面內(nei)徑為(wei)(wei)8.5m-6.9m;地(di)下廠房尺寸(cun)為(wei)(wei)168.5m×23m×67m(長×寬×高(gao)),裝機(ji)高(gao)程187.2m;尾水(shui)(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)亦(yi)采用一機(ji)一洞(dong)(dong)(dong),平均(jun)長313.18m,圓形(xing)斷面內(nei)徑為(wei)(wei)11.3m。

水布(bu)埡水利樞(shu)紐兩岸(an)地形陡峻(jun),庫(ku)首近壩(ba)(ba)地段及壩(ba)(ba)區(qu)環(huan)境地質問題比較(jiao)復雜,壩(ba)(ba)址區(qu)環(huan)境地質條(tiao)件(jian)較(jiao)差,有(you)較(jiao)多(duo)的(de)(de)危巖(yan)體(ti)廣泛(fan)分布(bu),在這種地形地質條(tiao)件(jian)下,修建230多(duo)米高(gao)的(de)(de)大(da)壩(ba)(ba),長江委(wei)設計院(yuan)進(jin)行了多(duo)項專題研究,主要有(you):
研究
砼面板(ban)堆石(shi)壩(ba)與心墻堆石(shi)壩(ba)兩種(zhong)壩(ba)型的比(bi)選(xuan)研究(jiu)
國外已有多座(zuo)200m-300m左右(you)的(de)心(xin)墻(qiang)(qiang)堆石(shi)壩建設經驗,在(zai)中國建設227m的(de)高心(xin)墻(qiang)(qiang)堆石(shi)壩還屬首次,通過大量的(de)筑壩材料室內(nei)試(shi)驗,現場碾壓試(shi)驗以及壩體應(ying)力應(ying)變,水力劈(pi)裂和(he)滲流控制等分析研究論證(zheng),在(zai)采取適當工(gong)程措施后技術上是可行(xing)的(de)。
砼面板堆石(shi)(shi)壩(ba)在(zai)國內均(jun)有(you)較快發展,但(dan)要修建當今(jin)世界最高的233m的砼面板堆石(shi)(shi)壩(ba)具(ju)有(you)一定的難(nan)度,通過(guo)筑壩(ba)材料特(te)性(xing),堆石(shi)(shi)體(ti)(ti)變形控制,壩(ba)體(ti)(ti)應力(li)應變分(fen)析,面板砼的防裂與(yu)耐久性(xing),周邊縫的止水材料和結構型(xing)式等研究表明,在(zai)采(cai)取適當的工程措施后技術(shu)上是可行的。
滑坡治理
庫首近壩地(di)段大(da)(da)壩上(shang)游河(he)段9km范圍內分布有(you)18個滑(hua)(hua)坡(po)(po)組(zu)成(cheng)的滑(hua)(hua)坡(po)(po)群體,總(zong)方(fang)量8342萬(wan)(wan)立方(fang)米(mi)(mi),5個危巖(yan)體總(zong)方(fang)量357萬(wan)(wan) 立方(fang)米(mi)(mi),1個穩定(ding)性差的斜(xie)坡(po)(po),方(fang)量為385萬(wan)(wan)立方(fang)米(mi)(mi)。壩后滑(hua)(hua)坡(po)(po),在大(da)(da)壩下(xia)游分布有(you)大(da)(da)巖(yan)淌、馬(ma)巖(yan)灣、臺子上(shang)、古(gu)樹包四個大(da)(da)滑(hua)(hua)坡(po)(po),設(she)計研究分別采用開挖減載,地(di)下(xia)地(di)表排水,前緣護(hu)坡(po)(po)、抗滑(hua)(hua)支擋等(deng)措(cuo)施。右(you)岸(an)(an)峽口馬(ma)崖高陡自然邊坡(po)(po),坡(po)(po)高達(da)360余米(mi)(mi),巖(yan)性為上(shang)硬下(xia)軟,且上(shang)部硬巖(yan)中還(huan)夾有(you)多層軟弱(ruo)夾層,處理措(cuo)施為卸荷開挖,邊坡(po)(po)錨固,坡(po)(po)面噴護(hu),排水坡(po)(po)腳護(hu)岸(an)(an)等(deng)。
軟巖成洞問題
由于壩型為當地(di)材料壩,故地(di)下洞室相對較多,壩址區巖體中的(de)軟(ruan)層甚多,如泥(ni)(ni)盆(pen)系寫經寺(si)組(zu),二迭(die)系馬鞍(an)組(zu)與棲霞組(zu)─極薄層含泥(ni)(ni)質生物(wu)碎(sui)屑灰巖、泥(ni)(ni)巖、泥(ni)(ni)灰巖及頁巖等均屬軟(ruan)巖。軟(ruan)巖大多遭受了不同(tong)程度的(de)剪切破(po)壞(huai),工程性狀較差,加(jia)之產狀平緩,軟(ruan)巖成洞問題突出。
志留系強風化頁巖作為防滲材料的問題
志留系砂(sha)頁巖具有明顯的垂直(zhi)風化(hua)(hua)(hua)分(fen)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)性(xing),風化(hua)(hua)(hua)程度(du)劃(hua)分(fen)為(wei)全風化(hua)(hua)(hua)帶(dai)(dai)(dai),強(qiang)(qiang)風化(hua)(hua)(hua)上帶(dai)(dai)(dai)、下(xia)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)、弱(ruo)風化(hua)(hua)(hua)及微(wei)風化(hua)(hua)(hua)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)。經(jing)研究全風化(hua)(hua)(hua)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)可直(zhi)接作為(wei)防滲材料上壩,而強(qiang)(qiang)風化(hua)(hua)(hua)下(xia)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)及弱(ruo)、微(wei)風化(hua)(hua)(hua)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)不能作為(wei)防滲材料。
消能型式研究
溢(yi)洪(hong)道下游(you)消能區(qu)位于壩(ba)址峽(xia)谷出口(kou)大崖沱深(shen)潭,左(zuo)有大巖(yan)淌滑坡,右有馬崖高陡(dou)邊坡和馬巖(yan)灣滑坡,河床巖(yan)層主(zhu)要是泥盆系上統寫(xie)經(jing)(jing)寺組和志留系砂頁巖(yan),抗沖能力低,而(er)本工程(cheng)泄洪(hong)量(liang)(liang)大,萬(wan)年一遇時最(zui)大下泄流量(liang)(liang)達18280立(li)方米(mi)/秒,相應(ying)單寬流量(liang)(liang)為181 立(li)方米(mi)/秒,汛期水頭在171m-180m以上,經(jing)(jing)計算、試驗(yan)、分析綜(zong)合考慮,最(zui)后(hou)選擇分區(qu)陡(dou)槽接窄縫式(shi)排坎(kan)消能方案,消能區(qu)保護采用防淘墻方案。
歷史發展
簡介
根據(ju)壩(ba)址(zhi)處的(de)地形地質條件、水(shui)文特征和樞紐總(zong)體布置,以及面板堆(dui)石壩(ba)的(de)施工(gong)(gong)特點,施工(gong)(gong)導流采用(yong)圍堰一次攔斷(duan)河床,隧洞導流,枯水(shui)期(qi)圍堰擋水(shui),汛期(qi)淹沒(mei)基(ji)坑的(de)方式。工(gong)(gong)程計劃總(zong)工(gong)(gong)期(qi)8.5年(nian)(nian)。2000年(nian)(nian)以前為(wei)籌建(jian)期(qi),2001年(nian)(nian)-2002年(nian)(nian)為(wei)施工(gong)(gong)準(zhun)備期(qi)。2003年(nian)(nian)-2007年(nian)(nian)為(wei)主體工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)期(qi),2007年(nian)(nian)7月-2009年(nian)(nian)6月底為(wei)工(gong)(gong)程完(wan)建(jian)期(qi)。2002年(nian)(nian)10月26日,水(shui)布埡水(shui)電站在充分(fen)準(zhun)備下完(wan)成各(ge)項施工(gong)(gong)形象進度,成功實(shi)施截流。
勘測設計概況
