簡介
紅花爾基(ji)水利(li)樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)是內蒙古自治區“十(shi)五”期間水資源開發項目,位于呼倫貝爾市鄂溫克旗境內,是伊敏河上唯一的控制性(xing)樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)。工(gong)程(cheng)總庫容3.2億立方米,規模為大Ⅱ型。工(gong)程(cheng)由大壩、非常溢洪(hong)道、泄洪(hong)導流洞(dong)、工(gong)業供水洞(dong)、水電站等組(zu)成(cheng),以供水、防洪(hong)為主,兼顧防凌、灌溉、發電、旅游等功能。
參建各方在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)之初(chu)就本著“科學管(guan)理(li)、創造精品(pin)”的原則,制定創優規劃(hua),且通(tong)力合作嚴(yan)格落實規劃(hua)要求(qiu),最終(zhong)打(da)造了這(zhe)個“管(guan)理(li)規范、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)先進、設計優秀、質量優良、運行可靠(kao)、效益(yi)顯(xian)著”的精品(pin)工(gong)(gong)程。
紅花爾基水(shui)(shui)利樞紐工程建設中亮點(dian)紛呈(cheng):針對伊敏河春汛(xun)流凌(ling)(ling)壅冰的(de)(de)特點(dian),設計(ji)前進(jin)行了(le)(le)泄冰模(mo)型試驗(yan),水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)預留了(le)(le)6800萬(wan)立(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)防(fang)凌(ling)(ling)庫(ku)容;大壩上(shang)游(you)護坡(po)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)0.3米(mi)(mi)厚現澆(jiao)(jiao)鋼(gang)筋混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)板,防(fang)止冰凌(ling)(ling)沖撞;非常溢洪道(dao)的(de)(de)溢流堰前的(de)(de)緩沖斜坡(po)和(he)(he)40米(mi)(mi)單跨交通(tong)(tong)橋,確(que)保(bao)了(le)(le)冰凌(ling)(ling)安全(quan)(quan)通(tong)(tong)過;設計(ji)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)先進(jin)的(de)(de)模(mo)塊化(hua)全(quan)(quan)廠計(ji)算機監控系統(tong),實現了(le)(le)電(dian)站運(yun)行的(de)(de)“無人值班(ban),少人值守”目標(biao);設計(ji)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)情自(zi)動測報(bao)系統(tong)速度(du)快、精(jing)度(du)高(gao)(gao)、范(fan)圍大;通(tong)(tong)信(xin)光纜與35千(qian)伏(fu)輸(shu)電(dian)線路(lu)同桿架(jia)設,低(di)造價(jia)、高(gao)(gao)安全(quan)(quan)、易維修;壩基防(fang)滲墻采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)“上(shang)抓下鉆(zhan)”方(fang)法(fa)成(cheng)槽,成(cheng)槽效率(lv)高(gao)(gao),入巖(yan)深度(du)可靠(kao);槽段連(lian)接采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)“接頭管法(fa)”,接頭質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)好,工效高(gao)(gao),避免(mian)了(le)(le)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)浪費;石方(fang)明(ming)挖采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)預裂爆破(po)技術,洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)開挖采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)光面(mian)爆破(po)技術,確(que)保(bao)了(le)(le)邊坡(po)和(he)(he)圍巖(yan)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang),有(you)效控制了(le)(le)超(chao)欠挖;工業(ye)(ye)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)扒渣(zha)機裝梭車出渣(zha),洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)超(chao)前錨桿、系統(tong)錨桿和(he)(he)鋼(gang)拱(gong)架(jia)等噴(pen)錨支(zhi)護措施,確(que)保(bao)了(le)(le)施工安全(quan)(quan);泄洪導流洞(dong)(dong)、發電(dian)引水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)工業(ye)(ye)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)襯(chen)砌(qi),均采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)針梁式鋼(gang)模(mo)臺車全(quan)(quan)斷(duan)面(mian)成(cheng)形,襯(chen)砌(qi)速度(du)快,施工質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)好;內(nei)徑(jing)(jing)2.2米(mi)(mi)、長(chang)3千(qian)米(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)工業(ye)(ye)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong),采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)軌(gui)道(dao)式攪拌運(yun)輸(shu)車進(jin)行洞(dong)(dong)內(nei)運(yun)輸(shu),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)自(zi)制小(xiao)型輸(shu)送(song)泵完成(cheng)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)入倉,有(you)效地解決了(le)(le)小(xiao)洞(dong)(dong)徑(jing)(jing)、超(chao)長(chang)距離運(yun)輸(shu)和(he)(he)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)洞(dong)(dong)身(shen)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)的(de)(de)難題;18米(mi)(mi)跨度(du)鋼(gang)結構暖(nuan)棚、2臺1噸蒸汽(qi)鍋爐和(he)(he)高(gao)(gao)效的(de)(de)骨(gu)料預熱倉,確(que)保(bao)了(le)(le)-40℃左右氣溫下工業(ye)(ye)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)襯(chen)砌(qi)的(de)(de)施工質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)和(he)(he)進(jin)度(du);工業(ye)(ye)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)“小(xiao)洞(dong)(dong)徑(jing)(jing)襯(chen)砌(qi)、長(chang)洞(dong)(dong)線混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)運(yun)輸(shu)、超(chao)低(di)溫混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)”,均創(chuang)造了(le)(le)內(nei)蒙古自(zi)治區之最(zui)。
