樞紐工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)為(wei)Ⅱ等工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),大(da)(da)壩(ba)(ba)、泄洪(hong)(hong)中孔、泄洪(hong)(hong)隧洞(dong)、發(fa)電引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)進水(shui)(shui)口等主要建筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)為(wei)2級(ji)建筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu),相(xiang)應設(she)計洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)100年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)(yu),校核(he)洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)5000年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)(yu);水(shui)(shui)電站廠房及(ji)發(fa)電引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)為(wei)3級(ji)建筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu),相(xiang)應設(she)計洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)100年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)(yu),校核(he)洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)為(wei)200年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)(yu)。2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue),移民(min)監理及(ji)輔助(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位招標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)結(jie)束,輔助(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)具備開(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)條件(jian),2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)底壩(ba)(ba)區移民(min)征地工(gong)(gong)(gong)作開(kai)(kai)始(shi)實施(shi),水(shui)(shui)準(zhun)(zhun)點進行了移交,2005年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue)導(dao)流(liu)(liu)洞(dong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)開(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。2005年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)23日成功截(jie)流(liu)(liu),2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)2月(yue)(yue)(yue)底完成壩(ba)(ba)基開(kai)(kai)挖,2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue)5日開(kai)(kai)始(shi)大(da)(da)壩(ba)(ba)墊層(ceng)第一(yi)倉砼(tong)澆筑(zhu)(zhu),2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue)(yue)10日開(kai)(kai)始(shi)大(da)(da)壩(ba)(ba)碾壓砼(tong)澆筑(zhu)(zhu),至2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)1月(yue)(yue)(yue)15日大(da)(da)壩(ba)(ba)碾壓砼(tong)全部澆筑(zhu)(zhu)完成。預計2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)底完工(gong)(gong)(gong)。白蓮崖水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)的主要防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)任務是提高下游佛子嶺水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)的防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),使佛子嶺水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)的校核(he)洪(hong)(hong)水(shui)(shui)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)達到5000年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)(yu),從根本上解決佛子嶺水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)防(fang)洪(hong)(hong)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)不足的問題;水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)(ku)(ku)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)有效供水(shui)(shui)量(liang)2.7億立方(fang)米;電站多年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)平均發(fa)電量(liang)10552萬(wan)千瓦時(shi)。
樞紐工程(cheng)由攔(lan)河壩(ba)、泄洪(hong)中孔(kong)、泄洪(hong)隧洞、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)引(yin)水隧洞、電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)廠房(fang)和變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)等建筑物組成。
