山(shan)口巖水(shui)(shui)利(li)(li)樞紐(niu)工(gong)程地處贛(gan)江一(yi)級支流袁河上(shang)(shang)游蘆溪縣(xian)(xian)境內,壩址位于蘆溪縣(xian)(xian)上(shang)(shang)埠(bu)鎮(zhen)山(shan)口巖村上(shang)(shang)游約1公里(li)處,距蘆溪縣(xian)(xian)城7.6公里(li),距萍鄉市(shi)約30公里(li),是(shi)一(yi)座(zuo)以供(gong)水(shui)(shui)、防洪為(wei)主,兼顧發電(dian)、灌(guan)溉(gai)等綜合利(li)(li)用的大型水(shui)(shui)利(li)(li)樞紐(niu)工(gong)程。
工程規模
山(shan)(shan)口(kou)(kou)(kou)巖水(shui)(shui)(shui)利樞紐工程主要建筑物為:大壩(ba)(ba)、溢洪道(dao)、放空洞(dong)、供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)兼發(fa)電(dian)及灌溉(gai)進水(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)(kou)、引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞(dong)、發(fa)電(dian)廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)、供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)線等。大壩(ba)(ba)為碾壓砼雙曲拱壩(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)頂高程247.6米(mi)(mi)(mi),最(zui)大壩(ba)(ba)高99.1米(mi)(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)底最(zui)大寬(kuan)度32米(mi)(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂寬(kuan)5.0米(mi)(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂長287.94米(mi)(mi)(mi),大壩(ba)(ba)主體采用(yong)R90200三級配碾壓混凝土。引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)建筑物包括進水(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)(kou)及引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞(dong),布(bu)置在大壩(ba)(ba)左岸。進水(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)(kou)為岸塔式結構,根(gen)據城市供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)及灌溉(gai)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)要求,采用(yong)分(fen)層取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方(fang)式,取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)(kou)共分(fen)四層,取(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)孔口(kou)(kou)(kou)尺寸均(jun)為3×10米(mi)(mi)(mi)(寬(kuan)×高),引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞(dong)洞(dong)徑(jing)3.0米(mi)(mi)(mi),全長378.65米(mi)(mi)(mi)。發(fa)電(dian)廠(chang)(chang)房(fang)為引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)式地面廠(chang)(chang)房(fang),布(bu)置于(yu)大壩(ba)(ba)下(xia)游河道(dao)約220米(mi)(mi)(mi)處。安裝兩臺單機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)為6000千瓦的水(shui)(shui)(shui)輪發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)組,多年(nian)平(ping)均(jun)發(fa)電(dian)量(liang)2912萬度。山(shan)(shan)口(kou)(kou)(kou)巖供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)工程供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)干管(guan)線總長11.4公里,支管(guan)線長3.24公里,水(shui)(shui)(shui)從(cong)發(fa)電(dian)引(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞(dong)引(yin)出后(hou)進入(ru)混凝土預應力供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)干管(guan)(D=1.6米(mi)(mi)(mi)),過農田沿(yan)320國道(dao)至白(bai)源水(shui)(shui)(shui)廠(chang)(chang)。
建設意義
建(jian)設(she)山口巖水(shui)(shui)(shui)利樞紐工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)(shi)(shi)萍鄉(xiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)源(yuan)的(de)重大舉措,是(shi)(shi)(shi)該市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)最大的(de)城市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)源(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和民生工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。因為萍鄉(xiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)地處贛(gan)西(xi)湘江(jiang)流(liu)域和贛(gan)江(jiang)流(liu)域分水(shui)(shui)(shui)嶺,是(shi)(shi)(shi)江(jiang)西(xi)省(sheng)重要工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)城市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),城市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)用水(shui)(shui)(shui)需(xu)求大,境內無大的(de)河流(liu),全(quan)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)人均(jun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)資源(yuan)擁有量不足2000立方米(mi),低于(yu)全(quan)省(sheng)和全(quan)國人均(jun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)平;資源(yuan)型(xing)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)質型(xing)缺水(shui)(shui)(shui)并存,嚴(yan)重制約(yue)了該市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)經濟社會可持續(xu)發展(zhan)。萍鄉(xiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)把解決(jue)水(shui)(shui)(shui)資源(yuan)問題的(de)出路放在節流(liu)和開(kai)(kai)源(yuan)上(shang),建(jian)設(she)山口巖水(shui)(shui)(shui)利樞紐工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)(shi)(shi)萍鄉(xiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)源(yuan)的(de)重大舉措。
水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)建(jian)成(cheng)后(hou),可(ke)使(shi)下游(you)蘆溪(xi)縣(xian)城(cheng)(cheng)的防洪(hong)能力(li)從現在(zai)的不足5年一遇提(ti)(ti)高到(dao)(dao)20年一遇,可(ke)改善(shan)下游(you)10.12萬畝農(nong)田的灌(guan)溉,將灌(guan)溉保證率提(ti)(ti)高到(dao)(dao)90%,促(cu)進蘆溪(xi)縣(xian)農(nong)業經濟持(chi)續穩(wen)定(ding)發展(zhan);每(mei)年可(ke)為(wei)(wei)萍鄉市城(cheng)(cheng)區及蘆溪(xi)縣(xian)城(cheng)(cheng)提(ti)(ti)供優質(zhi)原水(shui)(shui)7300萬方,有效(xiao)緩解萍鄉市城(cheng)(cheng)區及蘆溪(xi)縣(xian)城(cheng)(cheng)生活(huo)、工業用水(shui)(shui)的緊張狀(zhuang)況(kuang);可(ke)在(zai)蘆溪(xi)縣(xian)電(dian)力(li)系統內承擔調峰任務,為(wei)(wei)蘆溪(xi)縣(xian)電(dian)力(li)系統提(ti)(ti)供年電(dian)量2912萬度。工程建(jian)設進度
2007年(nian)11月(yue)(yue)開(kai)工典禮隆重舉行(xing),2008年(nian)8月(yue)(yue)水(shui)庫(ku)大(da)壩成功截(jie)流,2009年(nian)9月(yue)(yue)金屬結(jie)構安(an)裝開(kai)工,2010年(nian)2月(yue)(yue)進水(shui)口處(chu)閘室(shi)完建(jian),2011年(nian)9月(yue)(yue)部分工程通過驗收(shou),2012年(nian)6月(yue)(yue)水(shui)庫(ku)正式下閘蓄水(shui)。
