山口(kou)巖(yan)水(shui)(shui)利樞(shu)紐工程(cheng)(cheng)地處贛江一級支流袁河上游蘆溪縣(xian)境內,壩址位于蘆溪縣(xian)上埠鎮山口(kou)巖(yan)村(cun)上游約1公里(li)處,距(ju)蘆溪縣(xian)城(cheng)7.6公里(li),距(ju)萍鄉市約30公里(li),是一座以供水(shui)(shui)、防洪為主,兼(jian)顧發電、灌溉(gai)等綜合利用的大型(xing)水(shui)(shui)利樞(shu)紐工程(cheng)(cheng)。
工程規模
山口(kou)(kou)(kou)巖(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利樞紐工(gong)(gong)程主(zhu)要建筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)為(wei)(wei):大(da)壩(ba)(ba)、溢洪道、放空洞(dong)、供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)兼發電(dian)(dian)及灌溉進水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)(kou)、引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)、發電(dian)(dian)廠房、供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)線等(deng)。大(da)壩(ba)(ba)為(wei)(wei)碾壓砼(tong)雙曲拱壩(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)頂高程247.6米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)高99.1米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)底最大(da)寬度(du)32米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂寬5.0米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂長287.94米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),大(da)壩(ba)(ba)主(zhu)體采用(yong)R90200三級配碾壓混(hun)凝土。引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)建筑(zhu)物(wu)(wu)包括進水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)(kou)及引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong),布置在大(da)壩(ba)(ba)左岸。進水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)(kou)為(wei)(wei)岸塔(ta)式(shi)結構(gou),根據(ju)城市供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)及灌溉供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)要求,采用(yong)分層(ceng)取(qu)(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)方式(shi),取(qu)(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)(kou)(kou)共分四層(ceng),取(qu)(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)孔口(kou)(kou)(kou)尺寸均為(wei)(wei)3×10米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)(寬×高),引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)洞(dong)徑3.0米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),全長378.65米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)。發電(dian)(dian)廠房為(wei)(wei)引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)式(shi)地面廠房,布置于大(da)壩(ba)(ba)下游河道約220米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)處。安裝兩(liang)臺單機(ji)容量(liang)為(wei)(wei)6000千瓦的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)輪發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu),多年平均發電(dian)(dian)量(liang)2912萬度(du)。山口(kou)(kou)(kou)巖(yan)供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)程供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)干(gan)管(guan)線總長11.4公里,支管(guan)線長3.24公里,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)從發電(dian)(dian)引(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞(dong)引(yin)(yin)出后(hou)進入(ru)混(hun)凝土預(yu)應力供(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)干(gan)管(guan)(D=1.6米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)),過農田沿(yan)320國道至白(bai)源水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)廠。
建設意義
建(jian)設山口(kou)(kou)巖(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)萍(ping)鄉市(shi)開源的重(zhong)大(da)舉措(cuo),是(shi)該市(shi)最大(da)的城(cheng)市(shi)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)和(he)民生(sheng)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。因為萍(ping)鄉市(shi)地處贛西湘江流域和(he)贛江流域分水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)嶺(ling),是(shi)江西省重(zhong)要工(gong)業(ye)城(cheng)市(shi),城(cheng)市(shi)用水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)需求大(da),境(jing)內無(wu)大(da)的河(he)流,全市(shi)人均(jun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)資(zi)(zi)源擁有量不足(zu)2000立方(fang)米,低于全省和(he)全國(guo)人均(jun)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)平;資(zi)(zi)源型(xing)、工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質型(xing)缺水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)并(bing)存(cun),嚴(yan)重(zhong)制約了該市(shi)經濟(ji)社會可持續發展。萍(ping)鄉市(shi)把解決水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)資(zi)(zi)源問(wen)題的出路放在節流和(he)開源上,建(jian)設山口(kou)(kou)巖(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利樞紐工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)萍(ping)鄉市(shi)開源的重(zhong)大(da)舉措(cuo)。
水(shui)庫建成(cheng)后(hou),可使下游蘆溪(xi)縣城的(de)(de)防洪能力(li)從(cong)現在(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)不(bu)足(zu)5年(nian)一遇提高(gao)到(dao)20年(nian)一遇,可改善下游10.12萬(wan)(wan)畝(mu)農(nong)田的(de)(de)灌溉(gai),將灌溉(gai)保證率提高(gao)到(dao)90%,促進蘆溪(xi)縣農(nong)業經濟持續(xu)穩(wen)定(ding)發(fa)展;每年(nian)可為萍(ping)鄉市城區(qu)及蘆溪(xi)縣城提供優(you)質原水(shui)7300萬(wan)(wan)方,有效緩解萍(ping)鄉市城區(qu)及蘆溪(xi)縣城生活、工業用水(shui)的(de)(de)緊張狀況;可在(zai)(zai)蘆溪(xi)縣電(dian)力(li)系統內承擔調峰任務,為蘆溪(xi)縣電(dian)力(li)系統提供年(nian)電(dian)量2912萬(wan)(wan)度(du)。工程建設進度(du)
2007年(nian)(nian)11月(yue)開(kai)工典禮隆重舉行,2008年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)水庫大壩成功截流,2009年(nian)(nian)9月(yue)金屬結(jie)構(gou)安裝(zhuang)開(kai)工,2010年(nian)(nian)2月(yue)進水口處閘(zha)(zha)室完建,2011年(nian)(nian)9月(yue)部分工程通過(guo)驗收,2012年(nian)(nian)6月(yue)水庫正式下閘(zha)(zha)蓄水。
