牛路嶺水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)位(wei)于萬(wan)(wan)(wan)泉河干流瓊海(hai)市(shi)會山(shan)鄉境(jing)內,水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)主壩(ba)(ba)為混凝土空腹重(zhong)力壩(ba)(ba),壩(ba)(ba)頂高(gao)程115.5米(mi)(mi)(mi),最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)高(gao)90.5米(mi)(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂長341.2米(mi)(mi)(mi)。水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)校(xiao)核(he)水(shui)位(wei)112.04米(mi)(mi)(mi),相(xiang)(xiang)應(ying)(ying)總庫(ku)(ku)容77790萬(wan)(wan)(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi)(mi);為多(duo)年調節水(shui)庫(ku)(ku),百年設(she)計(ji)水(shui)位(wei)107.94米(mi)(mi)(mi),相(xiang)(xiang)應(ying)(ying)庫(ku)(ku)容62500萬(wan)(wan)(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi)(mi)(百年洪水(shui)下泄流量(liang)7430立(li)方米(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒);正常水(shui)位(wei)105.0米(mi)(mi)(mi),相(xiang)(xiang)應(ying)(ying)庫(ku)(ku)容52975萬(wan)(wan)(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi)(mi);死水(shui)位(wei)80.0米(mi)(mi)(mi),相(xiang)(xiang)應(ying)(ying)庫(ku)(ku)容11255萬(wan)(wan)(wan)立(li)方米(mi)(mi)(mi)。水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)淹沒(mei)耕地(di)406公頃,遷移人(ren)口6220人(ren)。
水電站
牛(niu)路(lu)嶺水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站設(she)(she)計裝機(ji)(ji)2萬(wan)千(qian)瓦×4,采用天津發電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)備廠(chang)生產的(de)混流機(ji)(ji)組,設(she)(she)計水(shui)(shui)頭61米(mi)(mi),單(dan)機(ji)(ji)流量39.0立方米(mi)(mi)/秒,采用HL250-LJ-200水(shui)(shui)輪(lun)機(ji)(ji),TS425/120-20發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji),設(she)(she)計年(nian)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量2.81億千(qian)瓦時。電(dian)(dian)(dian)站屬(shu)壩內(nei)廠(chang)房(fang),尺寸為 68.8×13.9×28.5米(mi)(mi)(長×寬×高)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)站出(chu)線(xian)設(she)(she)三回(hui)(hui)110千(qian)伏(fu)(分別(bie)送瓊(qiong)海(hai)、文昌、陵水(shui)(shui)與屯(tun)昌),三回(hui)(hui)35千(qian)伏(fu)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)工二次設(she)(she)計是(shi)根據海(hai)南區水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)局與廣州電(dian)(dian)(dian)科所于(yu)1974年(nian)簽訂(ding)的(de)在該站采用五項新技(ji)術(shu)協議書(shu)進(jin)行(xing),五項新技(ji)術(shu)是(shi):弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)集控邏(luo)輯電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)、靜止可(ke)控硅勵磁裝置、晶體管(guan)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)保護、自動(dong)巡回(hui)(hui)檢(jian)測裝置、機(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)產品濕熱帶化試(shi)驗。
電站建設
牛(niu)(niu)路(lu)嶺水(shui)(shui)電樞紐(niu)(niu)是(shi)1965年全(quan)島水(shui)(shui)電規(gui)(gui)劃(hua)所(suo)選(xuan)的近期開發工程之一(yi)。從(cong)1969年起,開始(shi)由(you)海南(nan)(nan)區(qu)(qu)水(shui)(shui)電設計室(shi)進行(xing)了大量(liang)選(xuan)壩(ba)和初(chu)步設計的勘測工作(zuo)。1973年3月,海南(nan)(nan)區(qu)(qu)水(shui)(shui)電局(ju)提(ti)出《牛(niu)(niu)路(lu)嶺水(shui)(shui)電站(zhan)初(chu)步設計報告》:選(xuan)用(yong)正常蓄水(shui)(shui)位80米,裝機(ji)3萬千(qian)瓦,大壩(ba)采(cai)用(yong)漿砌(qi)石重力壩(ba)。1973~1975年間,海南(nan)(nan)區(qu)(qu)水(shui)(shui)電局(ju)設計室(shi)補充(chong)設計工作(zuo),最后確定其樞紐(niu)(niu)工程現有規(gui)(gui)模與型式。
1976年(nian)(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)。海南行政區(qu)政府組(zu)建(jian)牛路嶺水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)指(zhi)(zhi)揮(hui)部,區(qu)黨委副(fu)書記黃(huang)文任(ren)指(zhi)(zhi)揮(hui),區(qu)農委主任(ren)黃(huang)進修任(ren)第(di)一副(fu)指(zhi)(zhi)揮(hui),區(qu)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)局(ju)(ju)副(fu)局(ju)(ju)長姜成岱(dai)任(ren)常(chang)駐工(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)主持施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)副(fu)指(zhi)(zhi)揮(hui),此外(wai),副(fu)指(zhi)(zhi)揮(hui)還(huan)有龔照(zhao)勛、郭仁道、黃(huang)強、符氣浩、黃(huang)良超(chao)、陳永韜等,區(qu)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)局(ju)(ju)歐學(xue)濤任(ren)技術(shu)負(fu)責人(ren)。指(zhi)(zhi)揮(hui)部組(zu)織(zhi)以廣東省水(shui)電(dian)(dian)第(di)二工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)局(ju)(ju)和(he)(he)海南區(qu)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(1975年(nian)(nian)(nian)在(zai)小廣壩電(dian)(dian)站施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui))為主,配以部分縣水(shui)利建(jian)設(she)兵團與民工(gong)(gong)(gong)為輔的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍進行建(jian)設(she)。采用圍(wei)堰一次截流,右(you)岸設(she)導流洞方案施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),1號和(he)(he)2號機(ji)組(zu)于1979年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)試機(ji)投(tou)產;3號和(he)(he)4號機(ji)組(zu)分別于1981年(nian)(nian)(nian)1月(yue)和(he)(he)1982年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)相繼發電(dian)(dian)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)全部由國家投(tou)資(zi)1.39億元。1986年(nian)(nian)(nian)6月(yue)正式竣工(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收(shou)。
電(dian)(dian)站運行以(yi)來,各方面(mian)情況良好(hao)。年最高發電(dian)(dian)量超3億(yi)千(qian)瓦時。電(dian)(dian)工(gong)二次回(hui)路新技(ji)術運行正常,經歷1989年10月3日,高水位(107.22米)考(kao)驗(yan)。
