概況
磽(qiao)(qiao)磧湖(hu)(hu),也稱磽(qiao)(qiao)磧水庫,位于四(si)(si)川省寶(bao)興縣境內(nei)青衣江主源寶(bao)興河上游(you),系修建磽(qiao)(qiao)磧水電(dian)站,筑建大(da)壩(ba)而成的人工(gong)湖(hu)(hu)。磽(qiao)(qiao)磧湖(hu)(hu)臨磽(qiao)(qiao)磧藏寨(zhai)、神(shen)(shen)木壘風景(jing)區(qu)、達瓦更扎360°觀景(jing)平臺(tai)、以及夾(jia)金山(shan)(shan)森林公(gong)園。磽(qiao)(qiao)磧湖(hu)(hu),一年(nian)四(si)(si)季風景(jing)優(you)美,10-11月風景(jing)尤為漂(piao)亮,從(cong)寶(bao)興出發到磽(qiao)(qiao)磧湖(hu)(hu)沿途(tu)風光秀麗(li),山(shan)(shan)谷兩岸更是五彩繽紛,十分壯觀。是游(you)覽神(shen)(shen)木壘和達瓦更扎必(bi)不可少的又一重要景(jing)點。
磽磧水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)位于(yu)四川省寶(bao)興縣境內青衣江主源寶(bao)興河(he)(he)上游(you),為(wei)(wei)高壩(ba)引水式的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan),是寶(bao)興河(he)(he)流域梯級(ji)(ji)滾(gun)動開發(fa)規劃“一庫八級(ji)(ji)”的(de)(de)龍頭水庫電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan),工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)樞紐由(you)攔河(he)(he)大壩(ba)、泄洪(hong)洞(dong)、放空(kong)洞(dong)、引水隧洞(dong)、調壓(ya)井、壓(ya)力管道和地下廠(chang)房(fang)等(deng)建(jian)筑物組成。電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)共裝(zhuang)機(ji)3臺,單機(ji)容量80MW,總(zong)裝(zhuang)機(ji)容量240MW。工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)主要任務為(wei)(wei)單一發(fa)電(dian)(dian),無航運(yun)、漂木、防(fang)洪(hong)、灌(guan)溉(gai)等(deng)綜合利用要求。

磽磧水電站大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)主要項(xiang)目有:首(shou)部樞紐工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(不包括砼(tong)防滲(shen)(shen)(shen)墻);泄(xie)洪洞(dong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng);導流工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(導流洞(dong)封堵改(gai)建);閘門及起閉(bi)設備安裝工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng);原(yuan)型觀測(ce)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)等(deng)。 攔(lan)河大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)礫石(shi)土直(zhi)心墻堆(dui)石(shi)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba),最大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)123m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)軸線長452.70m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂寬(kuan)(kuan)10.0m,最大底寬(kuan)(kuan)450m,上(shang)(shang)(shang)游壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)坡為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1:2,下游壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)坡為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1:1.8。上(shang)(shang)(shang)游圍(wei)堰與(yu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)體結合布置(zhi),上(shang)(shang)(shang)游圍(wei)堰頂高(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)2040m,設置(zhi)寬(kuan)(kuan)度為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)10m的馬道(dao)(dao)。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)體基礎為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)深厚覆蓋(gai)層,采用(yong)一道(dao)(dao)厚度為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1.2m的混凝(ning)土垂(chui)直(zhi)防滲(shen)(shen)(shen)墻,防滲(shen)(shen)(shen)墻最大深度68m。 泄(xie)洪洞(dong)布置(zhi)在河道(dao)(dao)右岸,全(quan)長1200多米,由開敞式進(jin)(jin)水口(kou)、進(jin)(jin)口(kou)平段、斜段和出(chu)口(kou)平段及出(chu)口(kou)消力系統等(deng)組成,隧洞(dong)斷面采用(yong)0.8m厚的混凝(ning)土襯砌。泄(xie)洪洞(dong)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)高(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)2130.5m,出(chu)口(kou)高(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)2035.88m。
建設
該電(dian)站(zhan)是由華能四(si)川(chuan)水電(dian)開發有(you)限公(gong)司(si)控股,投資20.09億元,安(an)裝3臺8萬千瓦國(guo)內第一高(gao)水頭(550米)混(hun)流式機組(zu)(zu),建設(she)目前國(guo)內在建最高(gao)的堆(dui)石粘土(tu)心(xin)(xin)(xin)墻壩(ba)(壩(ba)高(gao)125米), 2002年(nian)(nian)11月28日,蹺(qiao)磧(qi)水電(dian)站(zhan)大壩(ba)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程開工(gong)(gong)(gong);2007年(nian)(nian)4月30日,大壩(ba)填筑完(wan)成;2007年(nian)(nian)7月31日,大壩(ba)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程完(wan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。 2007年(nian)(nian)磽(qiao)磧(qi)電(dian)站(zhan)礫(li)石土(tu)直心(xin)(xin)(xin)墻施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法被選為四(si)川(chuan)省及國(guo)家(jia)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法,并(bing)被評(ping)為四(si)川(chuan)省用(yong)戶(hu)滿意工(gong)(gong)(gong)程。2008年(nian)(nian)度(du)磽(qiao)磧(qi)項目部礫(li)石土(tu)直心(xin)(xin)(xin)墻填筑施工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量控制(zhi)QC小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)獲得全國(guo)電(dian)力行業優秀QC小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)。磽(qiao)磧(qi)水電(dian)站(zhan)《寬級(ji)配礫(li)石土(tu)心(xin)(xin)(xin)墻堆(dui)石壩(ba)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)技術》科(ke)技項目被評(ping)為水電(dian)七局2006年(nian)(nian)——2007年(nian)(nian)度(du)科(ke)技進步一等獎(jiang)、《礫(li)石土(tu)心(xin)(xin)(xin)墻堆(dui)石壩(ba)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)技術研究與應用(yong)》榮(rong)獲集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)司(si)2008年(nian)(nian)度(du)科(ke)技進步一等獎(jiang),并(bing)被集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)司(si)推薦申報國(guo)家(jia)電(dian)力公(gong)司(si)科(ke)技進步獎(jiang);2008年(nian)(nian)磽(qiao)磧(qi)項目被集(ji)(ji)團公(gong)司(si)授(shou)予“文明工(gong)(gong)(gong)程”稱號。
意義
磽磧水(shui)電站位于(yu)紅軍長(chang)征翻越(yue)的(de)第一座大雪山――夾金(jin)山下(xia)的(de)磽磧場(chang)鎮。華(hua)能按照“建一座電站,保一方水(shui)土(tu),富一方百姓”的(de)開(kai)發理念,投資興建具有藏(zang)族風(feng)(feng)情(qing)(qing)特色的(de)新磽磧場(chang)鎮和環(huan)湖(hu)公路,極(ji)大地方便了當地藏(zang)民的(de)交(jiao)通和生活,為(wei)磽磧人民發展(zhan)藏(zang)鄉風(feng)(feng)情(qing)(qing)旅游事業搭建起寬闊的(de)平臺(tai),被中央電視臺(tai)譽為(wei)“長(chang)征路上(shang)富民工程(cheng)”。
該電站的投產,將發揮良好的社會經濟效益,為促進(jin)四川電源結構優(you)化(hua)、保證(zheng)電網(wang)安全運行(xing)發揮積極作用。
