簡介
昭通(tong)(tong)機(ji)場(chang)(ICAO:ZPZT;IATA:ZAT ),建于1935年(nian),位于金沙江(jiang)南(nan)岸的昭通(tong)(tong)壩子(zi)東部,現在主要以昭通(tong)(tong)直飛重(zhong)慶(qing)為(wei)主再(zai)由重(zhong)慶(qing)中轉聯程(cheng)(cheng)飛往各地為(wei)輔,其次(ci),昭通(tong)(tong)直飛昆明、重(zhong)慶(qing),每天均有不同航(hang)班。已通(tong)(tong)航(hang)城市:昭通(tong)(tong)至昆明/重(zhong)慶(qing)/成都(dou)/貴陽(yang)/北京(jing)/上海/廣州/深(shen)圳(zhen)/杭州/南(nan)京(jing),除直飛航(hang)線外,可以實行中轉聯程(cheng)(cheng)。
昭(zhao)通(tong)機(ji)場位于昭(zhao)通(tong)市(shi)城東4公里處(chu)。
歷史沿革
昭通(tong)(tong)(tong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)始建(jian)(jian)于(yu)1935年(nian)(nian)(nian),1935年(nian)(nian)(nian)4月動工(gong)(gong)修(xiu)建(jian)(jian),1939年(nian)(nian)(nian)8月29日(ri)竣工(gong)(gong)。抗(kang)日(ri)戰(zhan)(zhan)爭(zheng)時(shi)期(qi)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)后方戰(zhan)(zhan)備機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang),起(qi)(qi)降(jiang)過(guo)(guo)B-29型(xing)(xing)(xing)輕型(xing)(xing)(xing)轟炸機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。1950年(nian)(nian)(nian)3月昭通(tong)(tong)(tong)解(jie)放(fang)(fang)后,機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)由(you)部隊控(kong)制,航(hang)空站受部隊指揮(hui),長(chang)(chang)期(qi)停用(yong)(yong)。1959年(nian)(nian)(nian)民(min)航(hang)成(cheng)(cheng)都管理(li)局(ju)組(zu)織擴(kuo)建(jian)(jian),延長(chang)(chang)南(nan)端(duan)跑(pao)(pao)道(dao)50米,1960年(nian)(nian)(nian)2月26日(ri)又修(xiu)一條泥(ni)結碎(sui)石跑(pao)(pao)道(dao)長(chang)(chang)1700米,于(yu)1961年(nian)(nian)(nian)6月開(kai)辟了(le)(le)昆(kun)明—昭通(tong)(tong)(tong)—昆(kun)明航(hang)線,起(qi)(qi)降(jiang)過(guo)(guo)立二(er)和伊(yi)(yi)爾14等(deng)小(xiao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)客(ke)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。1970年(nian)(nian)(nian)人民(min)解(jie)放(fang)(fang)軍(jun)空軍(jun)第十(shi)航(hang)校(xiao)二(er)團在此進行(xing)飛行(xing)員初級(ji)訓(xun)練,對機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)進行(xing)了(le)(le)平整(zheng)維修(xiu),增加(jia)了(le)(le)草皮跑(pao)(pao)道(dao)兩條。1981年(nian)(nian)(nian)擴(kuo)建(jian)(jian)了(le)(le)候(hou)(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)樓(lou)和停車場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)。由(you)于(yu)該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)較小(xiao)和使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的小(xiao)型(xing)(xing)(xing)運輸機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)蘇式伊(yi)(yi)爾14型(xing)(xing)(xing)客(ke)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)時(shi)間長(chang)(chang),性能減(jian)退,不能繼續(xu)運行(xing),國(guo)家民(min)航(hang)總局(ju)于(yu)1983年(nian)(nian)(nian)11月3日(ri)決定(ding)停航(hang)。部隊繼續(xu)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)訓(xun)練基地使(shi)用(yong)(yong)。1985年(nian)(nian)(nian)在機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)興修(xiu)了(le)(le)武警部隊營房,擴(kuo)建(jian)(jian)了(le)(le)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)公(gong)安派(pai)出所。1986年(nian)(nian)(nian)初航(hang)校(xiao)撤銷,機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)停止使(shi)用(yong)(yong),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)保護備用(yong)(yong)。停航(hang)期(qi)間,胡(hu)耀邦同志視察(cha)昭通(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi),座(zuo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)仍使(shi)用(yong)(yong)該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)。同時(shi)每年(nian)(nian)(nian)昭通(tong)(tong)(tong)、威寧(ning)等(deng)地區(qu)播種造林、飛播牧草等(deng)起(qi)(qi)降(jiang)也使(shi)用(yong)(yong)該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)。 為(wei)擴(kuo)大改革開(kai)放(fang)(fang),加(jia)速經濟發展,中共(gong)昭通(tong)(tong)(tong)地委(wei),行(xing)署(shu)經過(guo)(guo)長(chang)(chang)期(qi)不懈地艱苦努力,一九(jiu)九(jiu)零年(nian)(nian)(nian)十(shi)一月中央(yang)軍(jun)委(wei)、總參和國(guo)家計委(wei)批準擴(kuo)建(jian)(jian)為(wei)雙向起(qi)(qi)降(jiang)波音737-300型(xing)(xing)(xing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)的國(guo)家二(er)級(ji)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang),新征土地696畝,跑(pao)(pao)道(dao)長(chang)(chang)2720米,寬48米。昭通(tong)(tong)(tong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)擴(kuo)建(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)規模為(wei):國(guo)家標準二(er)級(ji)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang),機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)型(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)波音B737—300型(xing)(xing)(xing)飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),由(you)昆(kun)明往返昭通(tong)(tong)(tong),備降(jiang)成(cheng)(cheng)都,道(dao)面為(wei)鋼性道(dao)面,子項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)有場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、供(gong)電助航(hang)燈光工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、通(tong)(tong)(tong)信導航(hang)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、氣象工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、售票處和招待所、油庫建(jian)(jian)筑工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、候(hou)(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)樓(lou)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、航(hang)管樓(lou)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、及其它建(jian)(jian)筑工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。設計具有現(xian)代化(hua)水平,符合民(min)航(hang)局(ju)頒發的《民(min)用(yong)(yong)航(hang)空運輸機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)飛行(xing)區(qu)技術標準》的規定(ding)。
擴(kuo)建(jian)工(gong)程(cheng)于一九(jiu)九(jiu)一年十(shi)(shi)一月二(er)十(shi)(shi)日破(po)土(tu)動(dong)工(gong)。在(zai)地(di)委、行署領導下,指揮部與設計施工(gong)單(dan)位和其它建(jian)設者們一道,發(fa)揚團結(jie)、創新、拼搏、實(shi)干的(de)(de)精神(shen),艱苦(ku)奮斗(dou)兩(liang)年,于一九(jiu)九(jiu)三年十(shi)(shi)一月二(er)十(shi)(shi)日竣工(gong)復航(hang)。在(zai)昭通(tong)地(di)區基本建(jian)設史上,創造(zao)了工(gong)期短、投資省、質量(liang)好的(de)(de)優良工(gong)程(cheng),云南省委、省政府給(gei)予了高度評價。機場復航(hang)為昭通(tong)的(de)(de)經濟發(fa)展起到(dao)了一定的(de)(de)推動(dong)作用,為昭通(tong)人民的(de)(de)出行提供(gong)更快、更安全(quan)的(de)(de)便利。
