簡介
金昌(chang)機場飛行區等級(ji)按(an)4C級(ji)標準建(jian)設,跑道長3000米。2009年4月16日開工建(jian)設。金昌(chang)機場占地3025.5畝,總投資3.65億(yi)元,是國家(jia)和甘肅(su)省(sheng)“十一五”民(min)航規劃的重點項(xiang)目(mu)之一。
金昌機場(chang)(chang)是甘肅省“十一五(wu)”民航(hang)規(gui)劃的重點建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)項目之(zhi)一。飛行(xing)區(qu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)是金昌機場(chang)(chang)項目的重要組成(cheng)部分,按(an)4C級(ji)標準建(jian)設(she)(she)(she),跑道(dao)長3000米。飛行(xing)區(qu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)自2009年(nian)(nian)10月份進場(chang)(chang)以(yi)(yi)來,各參建(jian)單(dan)位通過規(gui)范駐地建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)、完(wan)善管(guan)理體(ti)制、加強工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)控制等(deng)(deng)措施(shi),全力推進現(xian)場(chang)(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質量(liang)、進度安全等(deng)(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作均取得(de)了(le)一定的成(cheng)果。特別是2010年(nian)(nian)以(yi)(yi)來,建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)單(dan)位通過改善施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法、改進施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝、調(diao)整作業時間等(deng)(deng)積極(ji)的措施(shi),順利(li)完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)飛行(xing)區(qu)底(di)基層、水穩(wen)層的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。金昌機場(chang)(chang)飛行(xing)區(qu)道(dao)面混凝土工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),于2010年(nian)(nian)7月20日開(kai)始澆筑,在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單(dan)位、監理單(dan)位、檢(jian)測單(dan)位、建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)單(dan)位的共(gong)同(tong)努力下(xia),歷時57天(tian),共(gong)完(wan)成(cheng)混凝土道(dao)面澆筑17.1萬平(ping)方米,實(shi)現(xian)了(le)跑道(dao)道(dao)面工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)順利(li)封倉。2015年(nian)(nian)12月31日年(nian)(nian)旅客(ke)吞吐量(liang)突破10萬人次(ci)。
機場歷史
金昌機場是甘肅(su)省(sheng)“十一(yi)五”民航規劃(hua)的重(zhong)(zhong)點建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)項(xiang)(xiang)目之一(yi)。飛行(xing)區工(gong)(gong)(gong)程是金昌機場項(xiang)(xiang)目的重(zhong)(zhong)要組成部分,按4C級標準建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she),跑道(dao)(dao)長3000米(mi)。飛行(xing)區工(gong)(gong)(gong)程自2009年10月份進場以來,各參(can)建(jian)(jian)單位(wei)通(tong)過規范駐(zhu)地(di)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)、完善管理體制、加強工(gong)(gong)(gong)程控制等(deng)措施(shi),全(quan)(quan)力推進現場工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),工(gong)(gong)(gong)程質(zhi)量、進度安全(quan)(quan)等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作均取得(de)了一(yi)定的成果。特別是2010年以來,建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)單位(wei)通(tong)過改(gai)善施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法(fa)、改(gai)進施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、調整作業時間等(deng)積極的措施(shi),順(shun)利(li)完成了飛行(xing)區底(di)基層、水穩層的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。金昌機場飛行(xing)區道(dao)(dao)面混(hun)凝(ning)土工(gong)(gong)(gong)程,于2010年7月20日(ri)開始澆(jiao)筑,在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)、監(jian)理單位(wei)、檢測單位(wei)、建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)單位(wei)的共同努力下,歷時57天(tian),共完成混(hun)凝(ning)土道(dao)(dao)面澆(jiao)筑17.1萬平方米(mi),實現了跑道(dao)(dao)道(dao)(dao)面工(gong)(gong)(gong)程順(shun)利(li)封倉(cang)。
開通航線
金(jin)昌(chang)(chang)機場(chang)擬開通(tong)(tong)金(jin)昌(chang)(chang)往返(fan)北(bei)京,成(cheng)(cheng)都,西(xi)(xi)(xi)安,蘭州等(deng)地(di)區的直達航(hang)線。制定了“2011年(nian)5月(yue)20日校飛、6月(yue)底試飛、8月(yue)份通(tong)(tong)航(hang)”的目標(biao)。河西(xi)(xi)(xi)走(zou)廊是古代絲綢(chou)之(zhi)路必經(jing)之(zhi)地(di),現有敦(dun)煌和嘉峪關(guan)兩個民(min)用機場(chang)。甘(gan)肅省(sheng)交通(tong)(tong)廳(ting)介紹廳(ting)長楊詠中說(shuo),同樣位于(yu)河西(xi)(xi)(xi)走(zou)廊的金(jin)昌(chang)(chang)機場(chang),將使金(jin)昌(chang)(chang)、嘉峪關(guan)、敦(dun)煌形成(cheng)(cheng)甘(gan)肅西(xi)(xi)(xi)部(bu)具有三角支撐的機場(chang)群,可大(da)大(da)提升河西(xi)(xi)(xi)走(zou)廊區域綜合運輸體系(xi)功能,并拉(la)動絲綢(chou)之(zhi)路旅游(you)業的發展。
金昌(chang)(chang)(chang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)是(shi)列入國(guo)家、西北地(di)區(qu)和甘肅(su)省(sheng)“十一五”民(min)航(hang)(hang)(hang)規劃的(de)重點項目之一,是(shi)經國(guo)務(wu)院、中央軍(jun)(jun)委批準同(tong)意建設(she)的(de)國(guo)內支線(xian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang),是(shi)省(sheng)政府完善民(min)航(hang)(hang)(hang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)投(tou)(tou)資管理體制后實施的(de)第一個機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)項目,該(gai)項目由歸口(kou)省(sheng)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)廳管理的(de)省(sheng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)投(tou)(tou)資管理有(you)(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)組織實施。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)建成后能(neng)滿足波音737和空客(ke)320等(deng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)型的(de)起(qi)降(jiang),按民(min)航(hang)(hang)(hang)業務(wu)量測算,高峰小時(shi)旅(lv)客(ke)吞吐量為269人次(ci),年飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)起(qi)降(jiang)架(jia)次(ci)2778架(jia)次(ci),高峰小時(shi)起(qi)降(jiang)架(jia)次(ci)4架(jia)次(ci)。機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)建成投(tou)(tou)入使用后由民(min)航(hang)(hang)(hang)局實行(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)業管理,地(di)方(fang)負(fu)責經營管理。金昌(chang)(chang)(chang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)的(de)建設(she),使金昌(chang)(chang)(chang)、嘉峪關(guan)、敦煌(huang)形成甘肅(su)西部具有(you)(you)(you)三(san)角支撐的(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)群(qun),徹底改(gai)變金昌(chang)(chang)(chang)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)封閉的(de)制約,打破單(dan)一的(de)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)格局,可大(da)大(da)提升河西走(zou)廊區(qu)域綜合(he)運輸體系功(gong)能(neng)。2013年7月6日9時(shi)15分,中國(guo)聯合(he)航(hang)(hang)(hang)空公(gong)司(si)一架(jia)執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)KN5333航(hang)(hang)(hang)班任務(wu)的(de)波音737-700型客(ke)機(ji)(ji)(ji)平穩(wen)降(jiang)落在金昌(chang)(chang)(chang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang),標志著金昌(chang)(chang)(chang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)成功(gong)開通(tong)(tong)(tong)了(le)北京(南苑(yuan))=金昌(chang)(chang)(chang)=嘉峪關(guan)航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian),使執(zhi)飛金昌(chang)(chang)(chang)航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)的(de)航(hang)(hang)(hang)空公(gong)司(si)增至兩家,同(tong)時(shi)該(gai)航(hang)(hang)(hang)線(xian)也結(jie)束(shu)了(le)金昌(chang)(chang)(chang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)只運營小型客(ke)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)歷史。金昌(chang)(chang)(chang)、武(wu)威(wei)、張掖、阿右旗等(deng)地(di)政府、駐軍(jun)(jun)單(dan)位及周邊大(da)型企業負(fu)責人應(ying)邀參(can)加了(le)儀(yi)(yi)式(shi),金昌(chang)(chang)(chang)市有(you)(you)(you)關(guan)單(dan)位主要(yao)負(fu)責人和新聞媒體記者共300多人參(can)加了(le)首航(hang)(hang)(hang)儀(yi)(yi)式(shi),甘肅(su)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)集團執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)總(zong)裁(cai)許(xu)惠才蒞(li)臨(lin)金昌(chang)(chang)(chang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)場(chang)參(can)加儀(yi)(yi)式(shi)并(bing)指導首航(hang)(hang)(hang)工(gong)作。
