1929年,孫震將軍(jun)創(chuang)辦(ban)私(si)立樹(shu)德(de)(de)學校(xiao),提出“樹(shu)德(de)(de)樹(shu)人”的(de)辦(ban)學主張。二十世(shi)紀三十、四十年代,成為全國辦(ban)得最(zui)好的(de)六所私(si)立學校(xiao)之(zhi)一,時稱“北有(you)南(nan)開,西有(you)樹(shu)德(de)(de)”(《大公報(bao)》記載)。
1952年(nian)(nian),改制(zhi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)公(gong)立學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),更名(ming)(ming)為(wei)(wei)(wei)成(cheng)都(dou)九中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),定(ding)為(wei)(wei)(wei)四(si)川(chuan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)辦(ban)好(hao)的(de)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級重點(dian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)。1958年(nian)(nian)被定(ding)為(wei)(wei)(wei)四(si)川(chuan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歸國(guo)華僑子女集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)就讀學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、1959年(nian)(nian)被定(ding)為(wei)(wei)(wei)四(si)川(chuan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高級干部子女集(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)就讀學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。1989年(nian)(nian),恢復樹(shu)德(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)名(ming)(ming)。2000年(nian)(nian),被評為(wei)(wei)(wei)四(si)川(chuan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)國(guo)家級示(shi)范(fan)高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。2004年(nian)(nian),成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)引進(jin)國(guo)際(ji)高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)課(ke)程(VCE)的(de)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。2007年(nian)(nian)~2010年(nian)(nian),實(shi)施名(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)擴建,形(xing)成(cheng)“一校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)三區”的(de)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)格局(ju)。2009年(nian)(nian),組建樹(shu)德(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)教育(yu)(yu)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan),引領幫扶13所成(cheng)員學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),促進(jin)教育(yu)(yu)優質均衡。2010年(nian)(nian),被確定(ding)為(wei)(wei)(wei)教育(yu)(yu)部在四(si)川(chuan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)探(tan)索拔尖(jian)創新人才早(zao)期培(pei)養(yang)的(de)試(shi)點(dian)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。2011年(nian)(nian),成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)西部引進(jin)IB國(guo)際(ji)課(ke)程的(de)公(gong)立高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。同年(nian)(nian),獲北京大學(xue)(xue)“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長實(shi)名(ming)(ming)制(zhi)推薦(jian)”、清(qing)華大學(xue)(xue)“領軍計劃”學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。2013年(nian)(nian),被評為(wei)(wei)(wei)四(si)川(chuan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)首批一級示(shi)范(fan)性(xing)高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。2014年(nian)(nian),成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)全國(guo)首批中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)大學(xue)(xue)先修(xiu)課(ke)程(CAP)試(shi)點(dian)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。現為(wei)(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)教育(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)會(hui)高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專業(ye)委員會(hui)常務(wu)理事學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。
