創作背景

2012年初，班(ban)尼(ni)·布蘭(lan)科以及星(xing)(xing)門團隊在(zai)紐約城工作(zuo)(zuo)室創(chuang)作(zuo)(zuo)歌(ge)(ge)曲，同時(shi)他(ta)(ta)們在(zai)工作(zuo)(zuo)室完成(cheng)了(le)《Diamonds（In The Sky）》的初始版本(ben)。然而(er)班(ban)尼(ni)和星(xing)(xing)門團隊并沒有考(kao)慮(lv)將《Diamonds（In The Sky）》由蕾哈娜演唱(chang)，他(ta)(ta)們考(kao)慮(lv)由說(shuo)唱(chang)歌(ge)(ge)手坎耶·維(wei)斯特進(jin)行(xing)演唱(chang)。在(zai)歌(ge)(ge)曲譜曲完畢后，Sia加入了(le)歌(ge)(ge)曲的創(chuang)作(zuo)(zuo)并在(zai)14分鐘內(nei)完成(cheng)了(le)歌(ge)(ge)詞撰寫。歌(ge)(ge)曲創(chuang)作(zuo)(zuo)完畢后，蕾哈娜接受了(le)歌(ge)(ge)曲并進(jin)行(xing)試唱(chang)。歌(ge)(ge)曲先后在(zai)紐約城工作(zuo)(zuo)室以及洛杉(shan)磯的西湖工作(zuo)(zuo)室完成(cheng)錄制(zhi)。
