1985年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)于長春地質(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院巖(yan)礦分(fen)析專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(現吉林大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue))獲(huo)(huo)工學(xue)(xue)(xue)學(xue)(xue)(xue)士學(xue)(xue)(xue)位,后(hou)在中國(guo)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院海洋研(yan)究所獲(huo)(huo)海洋化學(xue)(xue)(xue)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)碩士和(he)海洋地球化學(xue)(xue)(xue)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)博士學(xue)(xue)(xue)位。1998年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),他(ta)被中共中央組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)部、國(guo)家人(ren)事(shi)部、中國(guo)科(ke)(ke)協授予“中國(guo)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)科(ke)(ke)技獎”,同年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)獲(huo)(huo)山東(dong)(dong)省委組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)部、山東(dong)(dong)省人(ren)事(shi)廳、省科(ke)(ke)協授予的“山東(dong)(dong)省青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)科(ke)(ke)技獎”,1999年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)獲(huo)(huo)國(guo)家杰出青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)基金、國(guo)務院政府(fu)(fu)特殊津貼,同年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)被中共青(qing)(qing)島市委、市政府(fu)(fu)評為“青(qing)(qing)島市青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)術(shu)(shu)、工程技術(shu)(shu)帶頭人(ren)”。2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),他(ta)入(ru)選(xuan)中國(guo)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院“百(bai)人(ren)計劃”、當選(xuan)“青(qing)(qing)島市十大(da)杰出青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)”。2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),入(ru)選(xuan)青(qing)(qing)島市首批科(ke)(ke)技將才(cai)(cai)專項計劃,當選(xuan)青(qing)(qing)島市專業(ye)(ye)(ye)技術(shu)(shu)拔尖人(ren)才(cai)(cai)。2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),入(ru)選(xuan)國(guo)家百(bai)千(qian)萬人(ren)才(cai)(cai)工程國(guo)家級(ji)人(ren)選(xuan),當選(xuan)山東(dong)(dong)省首屆研(yan)究生(sheng)優(you)秀導師。2007年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)當選(xuan)山東(dong)(dong)省有突出貢獻的中青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)專家。2010年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)再次當選(xuan)青(qing)(qing)島市專業(ye)(ye)(ye)技術(shu)(shu)拔尖人(ren)才(cai)(cai)。2002-2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)以高級(ji)訪問學(xue)(xue)(xue)者身份在University of British Columbia進行合作研(yan)究,留學(xue)(xue)(xue)加(jia)拿大(da)。
