同(tong)濟大學(xue)(xue)(xue)附屬七(qi)一(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)始創(chuang)于(yu)1905年(nian)(nian),是一(yi)所具有百(bai)年(nian)(nian)悠久辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)史(shi)的(de)(de)區重點(dian)完全中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue),地處上海(hai)市中(zhong)(zhong)心城區靜安區,有總分(fen)部兩個校(xiao)區。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)有著優秀辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)傳(chuan)統(tong),在(zai)長期辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)中(zhong)(zhong),歷(li)盡百(bai)年(nian)(nian)風(feng)雨,秉承創(chuang)辦(ban)(ban)之初的(de)(de)“先(xian)事后(hou)得、非(fei)崇德(de)歟(yu)”辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)宗旨,不(bu)斷(duan)凝練而(er)形(xing)成了(le)(le)(le)“學(xue)(xue)(xue)生勤奮好學(xue)(xue)(xue),教(jiao)師嚴謹治學(xue)(xue)(xue),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)勇(yong)于(yu)教(jiao)改”的(de)(de)優良(liang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)風(feng)、教(jiao)風(feng)和(he)校(xiao)風(feng)。 上個世(shi)紀五、六十(shi)年(nian)(nian)代(dai),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)校(xiao)舍擴建了(le)(le)(le)4倍,教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)質量全面提(ti)升,人稱“弄堂(tang)里飛出了(le)(le)(le)金鳳凰”;七(qi)十(shi)年(nian)(nian)代(dai),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)駛入教(jiao)育(yu)改革快車(che)道(dao),被評為(wei)“全國(guo)第二課(ke)堂(tang)先(xian)進集體”;八、九十(shi)年(nian)(nian)代(dai),“七(qi)一(yi)”教(jiao)改結出了(le)(le)(le)豐碩成果,“不(bu)背書包的(de)(de)星期六”在(zai)社(she)會(hui)百(bai)姓中(zhong)(zhong)廣泛傳(chuan)頌。畢業(ye)生普遍受(shou)到高校(xiao)、社(she)會(hui)的(de)(de)歡迎(ying),成為(wei)一(yi)所具有良(liang)好社(she)會(hui)聲(sheng)譽和(he)優秀辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)(de)名校(xiao),現任校(xiao)長周筠。
在區政府、區教(jiao)育局的正確領導(dao)下,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)思想有(you)了進一步(bu)豐(feng)富(fu),優(you)秀的辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)傳統及內涵更(geng)加豐(feng)實, 學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)理念“開(kai)發(fa)潛能、健全人格、和諧發(fa)展”在全體師(shi)生(sheng)中形(xing)成了基本(ben)共(gong)識,把學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)辦(ban)成“黨和政府更(geng)放(fang)心、社(she)會家長更(geng)滿意、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)更(geng)喜愛的靜安區精(jing)品學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)之一”的辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)目(mu)標,已(yi)經且越(yue)來越(yue)指導(dao)著(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)行為(wei)和全體師(shi)生(sheng)的教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)行為(wei),初步(bu)形(xing)成了“人文養育、探究實踐、開(kai)放(fang)合作”的辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)特色(se)。
在(zai)總結和反(fan)思學(xue)(xue)(xue)校辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)經驗(yan)(yan)基礎上,近年來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校將“創(chuang)(chuang)意(yi)(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)項(xiang)目作為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)特(te)(te)色和亮(liang)點,使以往學(xue)(xue)(xue)校注重傳承與(yu)發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)改逐漸形成了(le)(le)(le)自己的(de)(de)(de)品(pin)牌——“創(chuang)(chuang)意(yi)(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校龍頭課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)《創(chuang)(chuang)意(yi)(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)背(bei)(bei)景下(xia)(xia)(xia)普通中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校本課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)開發與(yu)實(shi)(shi)踐的(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu)(jiu)》被列為上海市規劃課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti),創(chuang)(chuang)意(yi)(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)背(bei)(bei)景下(xia)(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)建(jian)設成為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校特(te)(te)色創(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)切(qie)入(ru)點,并且在(zai)推進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)過程(cheng)中(zhong)我(wo)們始終抓住了(le)(le)(le)“課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)”這一韁繩,從校本課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)上進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)精(jing)心設計與(yu)開創(chuang)(chuang)性的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)踐,開展(zhan)(zhan)了(le)(le)(le)比較(jiao)豐(feng)富而有(you)成效的(de)(de)(de)特(te)(te)色活動,全體師生(sheng)對創(chuang)(chuang)意(yi)(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)背(bei)(bei)景下(xia)(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)目標、課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)、實(shi)(shi)施(shi)、機制與(yu)保障體系等方面(mian)作了(le)(le)(le)研究(jiu)(jiu)與(yu)探索,創(chuang)(chuang)意(yi)(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)踐取得了(le)(le)(le)一批(pi)較(jiao)高質量的(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu)(jiu)成果,辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)質量明(ming)顯提(ti)升(sheng)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校《學(xue)(xue)(xue)校構(gou)建(jian)與(yu)運(yun)用中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)個(ge)性化成長評價平臺的(de)(de)(de)行動研究(jiu)(jiu)》課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)還榮獲教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部重點課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)。
