新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)中學位于新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)市文(wen)(wen)(wen)廟街27號,歷史上(shang)這里(li)曾經是新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)縣文(wen)(wen)(wen)廟、新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)“平(ping)陽書院”所(suo)在地,是新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)一中老(lao)校(xiao)區。這個地方(fang)辦學歷史悠久,文(wen)(wen)(wen)化源遠(yuan)流(liu)長(chang),是新(xin)(xin)泰(tai)人(ren)民心目中的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化圣地。
在(zai)這個校(xiao)(xiao)址,建設了新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國成立后新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)第(di)一處(chu)(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學。1952年(nian)秋,泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)安(an)地區(qu)專署決定,在(zai)新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)城區(qu)文廟舊址上建設一處(chu)(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學,命名為“山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學”。1956年(nian),泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)安(an)地區(qu)行(xing)署決定在(zai)新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)再建兩處(chu)(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學,學校(xiao)(xiao)遂更(geng)名為“山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)第(di)一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學”。1991年(nian),新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)順利通過(guo)了山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)政府校(xiao)(xiao)舍改(gai)造達標驗(yan)收,并(bing)于1993年(nian)成為山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)省(sheng)(sheng)級規(gui)范化學校(xiao)(xiao)。 2007年(nian)8月,原(yuan)新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)三中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)四中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)五中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)四處(chu)(chu)學校(xiao)(xiao)合并(bing)成新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)“新(xin)(xin)(xin)泰(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)一中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”,整(zheng)體(ti)搬遷(qian)到青云湖(hu)畔新(xin)(xin)(xin)校(xiao)(xiao)區(qu)辦(ban)學。在(zai)各級領導的(de)(de)關心支(zhi)持和全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)師生的(de)(de)共同努力下,學校(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)后獲得山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)文明(ming)單(dan)位、山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)規(gui)范化學校(xiao)(xiao)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)學示范校(xiao)(xiao)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)基礎教(jiao)育先(xian)進單(dan)位、山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)先(xian)進基層黨組(zu)織(zhi)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)衛(wei)生文明(ming)單(dan)位和山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)傳統體(ti)育項(xiang)目學校(xiao)(xiao)等榮譽(yu)稱號。
2012年7月,為更好的普及高中段(duan)教(jiao)(jiao)育,滿足廣大群眾對高質量高中教(jiao)(jiao)育需求,經(jing)泰(tai)安市編辦泰(tai)編辦〔2012〕49號文(wen)件(jian)和新(xin)泰(tai)市機構編制委員會新(xin)編發〔2012〕14號文(wen)件(jian)批復(fu),從(cong)新(xin)泰(tai)一(yi)中分出一(yi)部(bu)分教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學資源,新(xin)投資400余萬(wan)元(yuan),按省級(ji)規(gui)范化學校標準配(pei)置,在(zai)新(xin)泰(tai)一(yi)中老校區重新(xin)設立(li)新(xin)泰(tai)中學。
新泰中學占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)(ji)68936.3平方米(mi),建筑面(mian)積(ji)(ji)46534平方米(mi),生均建筑面(mian)積(ji)(ji)17.1平方米(mi)。

1、精細校園(yuan)環境管理(li),建設和(he)美校園(yuan)。一是加大(da)校園(yuan)衛生(sheng)的(de)管理(li)力度(du),制(zhi)定衛生(sheng)掃除(chu)制(zhi)度(du),通(tong)過學(xue)生(sheng)會(hui)開展“彎彎腰(yao)”活動,做到垃(la)圾不落地(di)、處處無(wu)雜(za)草(cao),做到各(ge)室(shi)物品(pin)擺放整齊(qi)、地(di)面無(wu)任(ren)(ren)何(he)灰塵紙屑,校園(yuan)無(wu)任(ren)(ren)何(he)衛生(sheng)死角(jiao)。二是開展校園(yuan)育人文化(hua)建設。室(shi)外布置宣傳(chuan)欄(lan)、壁報(bao)欄(lan),教(jiao)室(shi)內利用后(hou)墻黑(hei)板報(bao),宣傳(chuan)正確思想和(he)先(xian)進(jin)人物,使(shi)(shi)學(xue)校的(de)辦學(xue)理(li)念、校訓、校風、教(jiao)風、學(xue)風深(shen)入人心(xin)。辦公(gong)樓、教(jiao)學(xue)樓、宿(su)舍(she)樓以及(ji)各(ge)功能室(shi)都(dou)張(zhang)(zhang)貼(tie)名(ming)人名(ming)言(yan)或者格言(yan)警句,使(shi)(shi)學(xue)生(sheng)時時受教(jiao)育。各(ge)辦公(gong)室(shi)、功能室(shi)根據各(ge)室(shi)工作職能,確立相應的(de)室(shi)內標語并張(zhang)(zhang)貼(tie)相關的(de)規章制(zhi)度(du),將(jiang)學(xue)校的(de)管理(li)制(zhi)度(du)、溫馨提(ti)示(shi)等張(zhang)(zhang)貼(tie)在相應位(wei)置,既(ji)提(ti)示(shi)師生(sheng)工作學(xue)習,又(you)體現人文關懷(huai)。三是加強綠化(hua)工程,學(xue)校是市級花園(yuan)式單位(wei),校園(yuan)大(da)樹參天、綠色成(cheng)蔭,古樸典雅(ya)。
2、構建管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi),實現(xian)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)過程(cheng)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)民(min)主。一是(shi)(shi)建立(li)崗位(wei)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)。根據崗位(wei)需求,定(ding)(ding)(ding)崗,定(ding)(ding)(ding)人(ren)(ren)(ren),定(ding)(ding)(ding)責。各(ge)部門根據學(xue)(xue)校工(gong)(gong)作目(mu)標(biao)(biao)制定(ding)(ding)(ding)部門工(gong)(gong)作計(ji)劃,逐層(ceng)制定(ding)(ding)(ding),分層(ceng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li),構成(cheng)全(quan)(quan)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi),并圍繞目(mu)標(biao)(biao)展開一系(xi)(xi)列的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)活動。二是(shi)(shi)建立(li)全(quan)(quan)程(cheng)質(zhi)量(liang)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)。對教(jiao)(jiao)育、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、教(jiao)(jiao)研、行政(zheng)、后勤工(gong)(gong)作進行質(zhi)量(liang)控制,緊扣(kou)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)這一中心(xin)工(gong)(gong)作,將凡是(shi)(shi)影響質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)因素都納(na)入管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)范疇,抓好過程(cheng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)。三是(shi)(shi)建立(li)全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)業績考核評價(jia)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)。在教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)評價(jia)上,繼(ji)續完(wan)善教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)發展性(xing)評價(jia),引(yin)導(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)專業發展。通過對教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)成(cheng)果、課堂教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、師(shi)(shi)(shi)德表(biao)現(xian)、考勤情況等方面(mian)進行全(quan)(quan)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)評價(jia),實現(xian)評價(jia)內(nei)容的(de)(de)(de)多元(yuan)化(hua)和評價(jia)方式的(de)(de)(de)多樣化(hua)。在學(xue)(xue)生評價(jia)上,以學(xue)(xue)生綜(zong)合素養評價(jia)為基礎,建立(li)促進學(xue)(xue)生全(quan)(quan)面(mian)發展的(de)(de)(de)指標(biao)(biao)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)。各(ge)年級建立(li)了(le)學(xue)(xue)生成(cheng)長記錄冊,注重學(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)發展性(xing)評價(jia)。四(si)是(shi)(shi)構建全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)體(ti)系(xi)(xi),實施(shi)全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)導(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)制。

5、加強(qiang)學生管理,讓學生健(jian)康幸福成(cheng)長。構(gou)建(jian)完善(shan)的(de)學生教育(yu)(yu)體系,建(jian)立(li)健(jian)全德育(yu)(yu)工作機構(gou),完善(shan)德育(yu)(yu)工作各項流程。每周(zhou)堅持(chi)升旗(qi)儀(yi)式,舉行(xing)國旗(qi)下的(de)演講活(huo)動(dong)。培養學生說普通話(hua),寫規范字。開展(zhan)書(shu)香(xiang)校園(yuan)活(huo)動(dong),組(zu)織讀書(shu)報告會、演講比賽、辯論會等,引導(dao)學生多讀書(shu)、讀好(hao)書(shu)。

6、加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)教(jiao)科(ke)研管理,提升教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)工(gong)作能(neng)力。一是抓(zhua)好常(chang)規教(jiao)研工(gong)作,教(jiao)研工(gong)作做到(dao)一周(zhou)一計劃、一周(zhou)一落實(shi)。每(mei)周(zhou)安(an)排一次集體備(bei)課(ke)(ke)(ke),每(mei)個備(bei)課(ke)(ke)(ke)組一周(zhou)至少(shao)安(an)排一次研討課(ke)(ke)(ke),聽課(ke)(ke)(ke)后及(ji)時評課(ke)(ke)(ke)。每(mei)學(xue)期還有教(jiao)師(shi)優(you)質(zhi)課(ke)(ke)(ke)比賽(sai),加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)課(ke)(ke)(ke)堂(tang)觀摩(mo)和磨課(ke)(ke)(ke)活動,提高課(ke)(ke)(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)學(xue)的(de)效(xiao)益。二是抓(zhua)好課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)(ti)研究。本著(zhu)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)即(ji)課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)(ti)的(de)原則,引導老師(shi)們進行微課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)(ti)研究,解決(jue)工(gong)作中的(de)實(shi)際問(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)。我校(xiao)教(jiao)師(shi)有多篇論文在刊物(wu)上發表。
7、加(jia)強安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管理,建設平安(an)(an)(an)校(xiao)園(yuan)。加(jia)強對(dui)學生的安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)教育(yu),利用校(xiao)會(hui)、主題(ti)班會(hui)及專題(ti)講(jiang)座(zuo)等(deng)形(xing)式,對(dui)學生進行(xing)(xing)防(fang)火、防(fang)盜、防(fang)溺水、用電、交通等(deng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)教育(yu)。落實安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)責任(ren)制,定(ding)期(qi)進行(xing)(xing)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)檢查,消除安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)隱患。制定(ding)各項安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)應急(ji)預(yu)案(an),定(ding)期(qi)舉行(xing)(xing)消防(fang)演(yan)練,防(fang)震演(yan)練,增強了(le)學生的安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)意識和自(zi)救、自(zi)護能力。
8、加(jia)強后勤管理(li),提供物質保(bao)障。總務處每天對校(xiao)舍和教(jiao)(jiao)學設施設備(bei)進行檢查,及時維修(xiu),及時排除故障,及時補(bu)充教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學用品,保(bao)證教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學正常開展。不斷改善師生的就餐(can)條件,定期邀請疾病防控部門到學校(xiao)指導工作,保(bao)證飲食衛生。

新泰中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)位于市中(zhong)心(xin),地勢較高,交通(tong)便利,校(xiao)園布(bu)局合理,周邊無污(wu)染源和高層建筑,校(xiao)門遠離城區主干(gan)道。從去年以來(lai),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)積極對校(xiao)舍進(jin)行維(wei)修、改造,更新教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)設(she)施(shi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)面貌(mao)煥然一新,設(she)施(shi)設(she)備(bei)達到標準化要求。
