黔西(xi)縣第(di)五(wu)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)自1970年(nian)金鐘小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)開辦帶帽初中(zhong)起,至今(jin)已有四十八年(nian)的歷(li)史。1988年(nian)遷至現址,更(geng)名(ming)為(wei)(wei)沙窩(wo)區鳳(feng)(feng)(feng)凰中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue);2015更(geng)名(ming)為(wei)(wei)“黔西(xi)縣第(di)五(wu)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)原屬沙窩(wo)區鳳(feng)(feng)(feng)凰公社,且在(zai)幾次更(geng)名(ming)中(zhong)均有鳳(feng)(feng)(feng)凰二字(zi),與鳳(feng)(feng)(feng)凰結緣,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)以(yi)鳳(feng)(feng)(feng)凰文化為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)主題文化。
學校除了悠久的歷史文化(hua),還有豐富的地(di)域文化(hua),首先(xian)是鳳凰(huang)(huang)(huang)山,學校與(yu)鳳凰(huang)(huang)(huang)山相鄰(lin),明朝(chao)水(shui)西(xi)烏(wu)騾壩和(he)養(yang)龍山二地(di),曾建過(guo)牧場養(yang)馬(ma),奢香夫人年(nian)(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)(nian)向朝(chao)廷貢獻馬(ma)匹數十。其次(ci)(ci)是彎角(jiao)龍潭(tan)(引導(dao)觀看(kan)進校門(men)處(chu)地(di)域文化(hua)宣傳(chuan)欄并作解(jie)說(shuo)):彎角(jiao)龍潭(tan)與(yu)學校毗鄰(lin):原名“海(hai)子壩”,因龍潭(tan)出(chu)水(shui)的形狀似牛角(jiao),故而得名。龍潭(tan)水(shui)質優良(liang),為(wei)當地(di)飲用水(shui)源,養(yang)育(yu)了鳳凰(huang)(huang)(huang)人。每年(nian)(nian)(nian)天氣最晴朗的時(shi)候,到半(ban)夜子時(shi),龍潭(tan)中有五朵石蓮花從龍潭(tan)里現出(chu)。再次(ci)(ci)是鳳凰(huang)(huang)(huang)穿洞(dong)(dong),鳳凰(huang)(huang)(huang)穿洞(dong)(dong)在學校的上方,洞(dong)(dong)內(nei)出(chu)土了很多遠古(gu)石器(qi),為(wei)舊(jiu)石器(qi)時(shi)代文化(hua)遺址,屬于省級(ji)文物保護單位(wei)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)自校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)改建后,濃(nong)濃(nong)的(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)文明創(chuang)(chuang)建氛(fen)圍(wei)撲面(mian)而(er)(er)來(lai):入目的(de)(de)(de)香(xiang)(xiang)樟樹散發(fa)著淡淡的(de)(de)(de)清香(xiang)(xiang),校(xiao)門正對(dui)面(mian),寬敞整潔的(de)(de)(de)朝(chao)(chao)(chao)陽大道(dao)往(wang)前(qian)延伸至教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓,是(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)上(shang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)放(fang)(fang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)主干道(dao),為人(ren)(ren)行(xing)道(dao);從校(xiao)門往(wang)前(qian)右轉是(shi)丹鳳路(取自《詩經(jing)》丹鳳朝(chao)(chao)(chao)陽、九鳳朝(chao)(chao)(chao)陽),喻(yu)匯集各(ge)(ge)方(fang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)子,如旭日東升,前(qian)途光明,這條道(dao)主要(yao)是(shi)車(che)行(xing)道(dao)。朝(chao)(chao)(chao)陽大道(dao)與丹鳳路的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)(ji)目的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)將車(che)行(xing)道(dao)和(he)人(ren)(ren)行(xing)道(dao)分開(kai),朝(chao)(chao)(chao)陽大道(dao)是(shi)模擬街道(dao)設(she)計(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de),上(shang)面(mian)都畫(hua)上(shang)了(le)(le)(le)交(jiao)通(tong)線,這樣(yang)設(she)計(ji)(ji)是(shi)因(yin)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)大多來(lai)自農村,對(dui)交(jiao)通(tong)規(gui)則了(le)(le)(le)解(jie)少,交(jiao)通(tong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)意識淡泊,而(er)(er)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)地理位置(zhi)(zhi)又(you)較為特殊,地處幾大高速公路出入口,所(suo)以,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)將交(jiao)通(tong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)育列為重(zhong)點(dian),時時警醒著學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)。各(ge)(ge)主干道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)圍(wei)墻上(shang)都設(she)計(ji)(ji)了(le)(le)(le)相關的(de)(de)(de)宣(xuan)傳內容(rong),如:“中(zhong)國(guo)夢”、“核(he)心價值觀(guan)”等(deng)。在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)過(guo)(guo)道(dao)和(he)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓主要(yao)墻面(mian),既有學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)作品的(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)(zhan)示,也有品德教(jiao)(jiao)育方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)宣(xuan)傳,各(ge)(ge)種宣(xuan)傳內容(rong)都為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)創(chuang)(chuang)建文明校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)而(er)(er)增色(se)不(bu)少。除了(le)(le)(le)總體的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu)設(she)施健全(quan)(quan)外,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)還設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)了(le)(le)(le)功能活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)場(chang)所(suo):陽光書(shu)屋,開(kai)放(fang)(fang)式的(de)(de)(de)圖書(shu)館(guan),供學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)課間(jian)、放(fang)(fang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)閱讀,與圖書(shu)館(guan)一(yi)起營造濃(nong)厚的(de)(de)(de)書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)氛(fen)圍(wei)。誠(cheng)信教(jiao)(jiao)育基地、禁(jin)毒(du)教(jiao)(jiao)育室、青春健康俱樂部、音體美(mei)室等(deng)標準化建設(she),進一(yi)步(bu)(bu)夯實未(wei)成年人(ren)(ren)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)陣(zhen)地,極大地豐(feng)富(fu)了(le)(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)第(di)二(er)課堂活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),使其成為未(wei)成年人(ren)(ren)德智體美(mei)全(quan)(quan)面(mian)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)樂園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。此外,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)還開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)各(ge)(ge)類文明校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)社會主義核(he)心價值觀(guan)“進教(jiao)(jiao)材、進課堂、進頭腦”以及“我的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)國(guo)夢”等(deng)主題教(jiao)(jiao)育實踐(jian)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),在青少年中(zhong)培育和(he)踐(jian)行(xing)社會主義核(he)心價值觀(guan),進一(yi)步(bu)(bu)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)未(wei)成年人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)思想道(dao)德建設(she)
