青(qing)海省互助土(tu)族(zu)自(zi)治(zhi)縣(xian)民族(zu)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)建校(xiao)(xiao)于1982年,是一(yi)所以(yi)土(tu)族(zu)學(xue)(xue)生為主,兼(jian)藏、回(hui)、蒙古(gu)、漢等學(xue)(xue)生的全寄(ji)宿制(zhi)完全中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)。2008年時,有(you)36個教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)班,在校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生2090名(ming),少(shao)數(shu)(shu)民族(zu)學(xue)(xue)生占學(xue)(xue)生總數(shu)(shu)的83%以(yi)上,學(xue)(xue)生大部分來自(zi)本縣(xian)的偏(pian)遠山(shan)區(qu)、貧困地區(qu)和少(shao)數(shu)(shu)民族(zu)聚(ju)居區(qu)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)占地面(mian)積67793.6平方米,建筑(zhu)面(mian)積14145.9平方米,綠化面(mian)積25626平方米,綠化率37.8%。有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)150名(ming),其中(zhong)少(shao)數(shu)(shu)民族(zu)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)29名(ming)。專(zhuan)任教(jiao)(jiao)師134名(ming),其中(zhong)高級職(zhi)稱(cheng)36人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),中(zhong)級職(zhi)稱(cheng)64人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),初(chu)級職(zhi)稱(cheng)23人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren);本科(ke)學(xue)(xue)歷93人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),專(zhuan)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)歷36人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),中(zhong)師學(xue)(xue)歷5人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。
2008年時(shi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)占地面(mian)積67793.6平方米(mi),建(jian)筑面(mian)積14145.9平方米(mi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)遠離城鎮鬧市,周(zhou)邊田野(ye)(ye)環(huan)抱,小溪流水,綠樹(shu)成蔭;校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)內古松蒼勁,花木(mu)相襯(chen),樓亭(ting)相映,草坪翠(cui)綠,鳥語花香,校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)舍(she)規劃(hua)充滿人(ren)性(xing)化(hua)理念,布局具有(you)(you)前瞻性(xing),體(ti)(ti)現著時(shi)代風尚,有(you)(you)著濃郁的育人(ren)氛(fen)圍和(he)(he)民族(zu)特色(se),“花園(yuan)式單位”名副(fu)其(qi)實(shi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)以“管理嚴,質量高(gao),環(huan)境美(mei),信譽(yu)好”聞名省內外。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)緊(jin)跟時(shi)代步伐,克(ke)服重重困難,多方籌措資金,不(bu)斷改善辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條件,更新(xin)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)設施,建(jian)成了(le)(le)集實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)、微機(ji)室(shi)、多媒體(ti)(ti)室(shi)、辦(ban)公室(shi)于一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)的綜合辦(ban)公實(shi)驗(yan)樓一(yi)(yi)幢(chuang),配(pei)備了(le)(le)先(xian)進(jin)的教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、試(shi)驗(yan)、辦(ban)公設施,建(jian)成了(le)(le)高(gao)中部教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)樓一(yi)(yi)幢(chuang),高(gao)中部女生宿舍(she)樓一(yi)(yi)幢(chuang),圖書(shu)(shu)室(shi)藏書(shu)(shu)5萬余冊,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生閱覽(lan)室(shi)有(you)(you)220多種報刊雜志和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習參考資料,在(zai)培養學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生能力和(he)(he)素質,不(bu)斷擴大知(zhi)識面(mian),開闊知(zhi)識視野(ye)(ye)等(deng)方面(mian)發揮著積極有(you)(you)效(xiao)的作用。擁有(you)(you)32畝標準400米(mi)跑道的體(ti)(ti)育運動操場,體(ti)(ti)育設施較完(wan)善,保證了(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)體(ti)(ti)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和(he)(he)體(ti)(ti)育運動進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步向高(gao)層次發展(zhan)的需求。
有學生微機室兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)(ge),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師微機室一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge),多媒體(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)(ge),理化生實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室各兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)(ge),語音(yin)室一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge),辦公室全部(bu)配備了電(dian)腦、電(dian)視(shi)(shi)和VCD,供教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師制作課(ke)件(jian),查閱資料,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)資源(yuan)共(gong)享。已建成(cheng)校(xiao)(xiao)園廣(guang)播網,校(xiao)(xiao)園局域網,全校(xiao)(xiao)各年級(ji)各課(ke)目部(bu)分章節已經實(shi)(shi)行多媒體(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學,校(xiao)(xiao)園閉路電(dian)視(shi)(shi)網正在裝備,帶動現(xian)代民(min)族教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育技術風騷,在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學中發揮著積極(ji)的作用。
