明(ming)清時期由于商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)經濟(ji)的(de)發展,商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)流(liu)通領域(yu)擴大,商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人十(shi)分活(huo)躍(yue),逐(zhu)漸(jian)形成了商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫。著(zhu)名(ming)的(de)有徽商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、晉商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、江右(you)幫、洞庭商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫、山東商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫、秦(qin)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、潮商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、閩商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、龍游(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫、寧(ning)波商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫等十(shi)大商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫。
當徽商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、晉商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)在商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)場爭雄之時(shi),冷不防在浙江中(zhong)(zhong)西南部崛起一個頗有(you)影響(xiang)的龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)。龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)歷史上有(you)一個當年堪稱國家級(ji)的大“幫(bang)派(pai)”,當然,這個大“幫(bang)派(pai)”系明(ming)清時(shi)列(lie)全國十(shi)大商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)之一的龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)。龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)雖以(yi)龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)命名(ming)(ming),但并非單指龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)一縣(xian)的商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人,而是實指浙江衢州府(fu)所屬龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)、常山(shan)縣(xian)、西安(今衢縣(xian))、開化(hua)和江山(shan)五縣(xian)的商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人,其中(zhong)(zhong)以(yi)龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人人數最(zui)多(duo),經商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)手段最(zui)為高明(ming),故冠(guan)以(yi)龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)之名(ming)(ming),簡稱“龍(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)幫(bang)”。
商幫的出現(xian),是我(wo)國商品經濟發展的重要標志(zhi)。
在明(ming)中(zhong)葉嘉靖(jing)、萬歷(li)年間(1522-1620),十大商(shang)幫(bang)中(zhong)最活躍的(de)(de)是洞(dong)庭(ting)商(shang)、徽(hui)(hui)商(shang)和龍(long)游商(shang),當(dang)時社(she)會上流傳著兩句(ju)諺語(yu):“鉆天洞(dong)庭(ting)遍地(di)(di)徽(hui)(hui)”、“遍地(di)(di)龍(long)游商(shang)”。這反(fan)映洞(dong)庭(ting)商(shang)人(ren)、徽(hui)(hui)州商(shang)人(ren)、龍(long)游商(shang)人(ren)遍布全國并雄踞商(shang)界(jie)的(de)(de)事(shi)實。龍(long)游歷(li)史(shi)上為姑(gu)篾文化發(fa)祥(xiang)地(di)(di),更是“入閩要(yao)(yao)道(dao)”、“金衢處(chu)徽(hui)(hui)之沖”,為古代重要(yao)(yao)鹽道(dao)餉道(dao),“通浙孔(kong)道(dao),饋(kui)餉之所必系”之地(di)(di),又(you)是浙皖閩贛4省交通樞紐。明(ming)人(ren)徐復初說:“邑(龍(long)游)當(dang)孔(kong)道(dao),舟車所至,商(shang)貨所通,紛總(zong)填溢。”龍(long)游人(ren)農耕之外,借交通之便,經(jing)商(shang)乃成謀生(sheng)重要(yao)(yao)手段(duan),加之龍(long)游社(she)會上素(su)不賤商(shang),頭腦活絡之人(ren)多選經(jing)商(shang)之路。龍(long)游有豐(feng)富的(de)(de)資源,這也為他們經(jing)商(shang)提供了物質(zhi)條件。龍(long)游多山林竹(zhu)木和茶漆糧油等,這些土特產品成為龍(long)游商(shang)最重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)外貿商(shang)品。
當時(shi)的(de)(de)龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫,以(yi)龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)主體(ti),涵蓋了周圍衢(qu)(qu)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)諸縣的(de)(de)商(shang)(shang)(shang)家(jia)(jia)。龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫的(de)(de)形成(cheng)有一個(ge)漫長的(de)(de)過(guo)程。它發軔于南(nan)宋,活躍于明(ming)中(zhong)葉,至(zhi)清(qing)乾(qian)隆(long)(long)年(nian)(nian)(nian)間為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)鼎盛(sheng)。宋室南(nan)遷后,建(jian)都杭(hang)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)了方(fang)便同長江(jiang)沿岸抗金(jin)前線(xian)的(de)(de)聯系,官(guan)府修建(jian)了東(dong)起京城杭(hang)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),西接湘贛的(de)(de)官(guan)道。這條官(guan)道在(zai)(zai)龍(long)游(you)(you)和(he)壽昌(chang)交界的(de)(de)梅(mei)嶺(ling)關入龍(long)游(you)(you)境,龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)視此為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)大(da)好商(shang)(shang)(shang)機,就把木材(cai)運到杭(hang)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)銷售。也有大(da)商(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)到浙江(jiang)外(wai)地(di)經(jing)商(shang)(shang)(shang)致富,如(ru)龍(long)游(you)(you)韋塘人(ren)朱世(shi)榮,“流(liu)寓常州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)致巨富,置產亙常州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)三(san)縣之半,后歸衢(qu)(qu)江(jiang)古(gu)碼里,復大(da)置產,當時(shi)以(yi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)財雄衢(qu)(qu)常二府。”到了明(ming)朝,一個(ge)以(yi)龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)中(zhong)心,帶動(dong)整個(ge)衢(qu)(qu)州(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)地(di)區商(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)們的(de)(de)流(liu)域性(xing)商(shang)(shang)(shang)業(ye)團(tuan)體(ti)響(xiang)亮(liang)登場,他們在(zai)(zai)金(jin)衢(qu)(qu)盆地(di)崛起,逐鹿中(zhong)原,遠征邊關,漂洋出海,以(yi)“遍地(di)龍(long)游(you)(you)”的(de)(de)氣勢被人(ren)們稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“龍(long)游(you)(you)幫”。據史(shi)料記載(zai):明(ming)萬(wan)歷年(nian)(nian)(nian)間,“龍(long)丘之民,往(wang)往(wang)糊口于四(si)方(fang),誦(song)讀(du)之外(wai),農賈(jia)相半”。明(ming)天啟年(nian)(nian)(nian)間,“龍(long)游(you)(you)之民,多向天涯海角,遠行商(shang)(shang)(shang)賈(jia),幾空縣之半。”如(ru)商(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)童(tong)巨川在(zai)(zai)嘉靖年(nian)(nian)(nian)間至(zhi)宣府大(da)同做(zuo)邊貿生意,“一往(wang)返旬月(yue),獲利(li)必倍,歲得數萬(wan)金(jin),自(zi)是兄弟更相往(wang)來,垂20余(yu)年(nian)(nian)(nian),遂(sui)成(cheng)大(da)賈(jia)。”至(zhi)清(qing)乾(qian)隆(long)(long)年(nian)(nian)(nian)間童(tong)氏家(jia)(jia)族:“多行賈(jia)四(si)方(fang),其(qi)居家(jia)(jia)土著者,不過(guo)十之三(san)四(si)耳。”
龍游(you)商(shang)幫(bang)不像晉商(shang)手握巨資,經(jing)營票號,在(zai)金融市場上顯山露(lu)水;也(ye)不像徽商(shang)壟斷鹽鹺,聲名顯赫(he)。龍游(you)商(shang)幫(bang)的顯著(zhu)特點是(shi),埋頭苦干,不露(lu)聲色(se),卻(que)在(zai)珠寶古董(dong)業(ye)(ye)中獨占鰲頭,又在(zai)印書(shu)刻書(shu)販書(shu)業(ye)(ye)中從(cong)事于文化(hua)傳播,還在(zai)海外貿(mao)易中插上一(yi)手,成(cheng)為頗具實力的一(yi)大商(shang)幫(bang)。
龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)雖地處偏僻,卻有著開(kai)放的(de)(de)心(xin)態,在(zai)觀念(nian)上也比較新(xin)潮。主要表現在(zai)兩(liang)個方面上,即投(tou)資(zi)上的(de)(de)"敢為(wei)天(tian)下先"精神和(he)“海(hai)納百(bai)川”的(de)(de)肚量(liang)。明清時(shi)期,許(xu)多商(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)將經營(ying)商(shang)(shang)(shang)業(ye)所賺得(de)的(de)(de)資(zi)金用來購買土地或(huo)者(zhe)經營(ying)典當(dang)、借(jie)貸(dai)業(ye),以求有穩定的(de)(de)收入。而(er)龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)敏銳地意識到,要獲(huo)得(de)更的(de)(de)利潤,必須轉(zhuan)向(xiang)手(shou)工業(ye)生產(chan)和(he)工礦(kuang)產(chan)業(ye)上。他們果斷地投(tou)入于紙業(ye)、礦(kuang)業(ye)的(de)(de)商(shang)(shang)(shang)品生產(chan),或(huo)者(zhe)直(zhi)接參與商(shang)(shang)(shang)品生產(chan),使商(shang)(shang)(shang)業(ye)資(zi)本(ben)轉(zhuan)化(hua)為(wei)產(chan)業(ye)資(zi)本(ben),給(gei)當(dang)時(shi)封建社會注入了帶有雇傭關系(xi)的(de)(de)新(xin)生產(chan)關系(xi)。龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)還(huan)不排(pai)斥外地商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)對(dui)本(ben)鄉的(de)(de)滲(shen)透(tou),并(bing)且相處友善,吸收外地商(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)于己幫(bang),推進了龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)的(de)(de)發展。
明清時期龍游商(shang)幫是當(dang)時活躍于商(shang)壇的(de)(de)(de)中國十大(da)商(shang)幫之一,它之所以(yi)能(neng)在與實力雄厚的(de)(de)(de)徽商(shang)、晉商(shang)等競(jing)爭中獨(du)樹一幟,在珠寶業(ye)(ye)、墾拓業(ye)(ye)、造紙業(ye)(ye)和(he)印書業(ye)(ye)中立于不敗之地,除了它有(you)開拓進取、不怕(pa)艱(jian)苦的(de)(de)(de)精神和(he)善于經(jing)營管理之外,恐怕(pa)與它具(ju)有(you)較高文化(hua)素養和(he)誠實守信職業(ye)(ye)道德(de)有(you)著密(mi)切的(de)(de)(de)關聯。
龍(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)人在(zai)營(ying)商(shang)活動中(zhong),歷來看重“財(cai)自(zi)道(dao)(dao)生,利緣義(yi)取”“以儒術飾賈事”。主(zhu)張誠信為本,堅守以義(yi)取利,是龍(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)幫(bang)一以貫之(zhi)的(de)儒商(shang)品格(ge),也使其(qi)獲(huo)得(de)(de)了良(liang)好的(de)市場信譽。從(cong)根(gen)本意義(yi)上(shang)說,將誠信作為經(jing)商(shang)從(cong)賈的(de)道(dao)(dao)德規范,正是龍(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)幫(bang)獲(huo)得(de)(de)成功的(de)要訣。龍(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)人傅家來開設傅立宗紙(zhi)號,視產品質(zhi)量(liang)為企業立身之(zhi)本,精(jing)(jing)益求精(jing)(jing),所造之(zhi)紙(zhi),質(zhi)量(liang)上(shang)乘,且比同行出產的(de)同一件紙(zhi)號要重十多(duo)(duo)斤之(zhi)多(duo)(duo)。他還(huan)從(cong)把握造紙(zhi)生產流(liu)程每個(ge)環(huan)節入手(shou),嚴格(ge)檢(jian)驗,次品決不出售。產品享(xiang)譽大江南北,歷久不衰。為了表示對用(yong)戶負責和維持良(liang)好的(de)信譽,其(qi)產品都統一加印“西山(shan)傅立宗”印記。
與龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)幫(bang)誠實(shi)守信(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)職業(ye)道德(de)相比(bi),我市(shi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)用(yong)環(huan)境卻長期不(bu)容(rong)樂觀(guan)(guan),少數企(qi)業(ye)和個人(ren)紅眼于(yu)周邊地(di)區的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發展,心態浮躁,急功(gong)近利(li),甚至不(bu)擇(ze)手(shou)段(duan),前些年上街(jie)貿易大樓(lou)曾一度聚(ju)集眾(zhong)多商(shang)貿私營公司(si),但(dan)多為(wei)(wei)“殺豬”公司(si),彼此間以騙(pian)取外(wai)地(di)客商(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貨物為(wei)(wei)能(neng)事;外(wai)地(di)車子被我市(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貨運配載信(xin)(xin)(xin)息中心所騙(pian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)投訴也(ye)(ye)不(bu)絕于(yu)耳;我市(shi)銀(yin)行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)良(liang)資產中,因企(qi)業(ye)“失信(xin)(xin)(xin)”而造成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)約占45%;有關(guan)調查(cha)也(ye)(ye)表明(ming),連衢州人(ren)對本(ben)地(di)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)(xin)用(yong)評價(jia)都已信(xin)(xin)(xin)心不(bu)足,普(pu)遍認(ren)為(wei)(wei)本(ben)省企(qi)業(ye)好于(yu)國外(wai)企(qi)業(ye),省內其(qi)他市(shi)企(qi)業(ye)好于(yu)本(ben)市(shi)企(qi)業(ye)。在(zai)這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)背景下(xia),龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)誠信(xin)(xin)(xin)精(jing)神(shen),在(zai)我市(shi)尤其(qi)值(zhi)得弘揚。信(xin)(xin)(xin)用(yong)衢州的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建設,除了要繼(ji)續加大治(zhi)理力度之外(wai),內在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)道德(de)教(jiao)育也(ye)(ye)是極為(wei)(wei)重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一方面。儒家教(jiao)化學說的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一個最為(wei)(wei)明(ming)顯(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特點,就在(zai)于(yu)在(zai)實(shi)施教(jiao)化過程中,把社會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)道德(de)規范內化為(wei)(wei)人(ren)們的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自覺行(xing)動。在(zai)這(zhe)方面,龍(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)幫(bang)自覺地(di)以儒家道德(de)觀(guan)(guan)念規范自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)商(shang)業(ye)行(xing)動,把信(xin)(xin)(xin)、誠作為(wei)(wei)待人(ren)接物的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基本(ben)原則,無疑為(wei)(wei)我市(shi)經濟主體(ti)樹立了極好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)榜(bang)樣。
馳騁于(yu)商(shang)(shang)界的(de)龍(long)游(you)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang),其經(jing)營區域甚(shen)廣(guang),足(zu)跡遍及全國各地(di)。史書記(ji)(ji)載(zai):龍(long)游(you)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)商(shang)(shang)人(ren)“挾(xie)資以出守為恒(heng)業,即秦、晉、滇、蜀(shu),萬(wan)里視若比舍,俗有(you)(you)遍地(di)龍(long)游(you)之(zhi)諺”。明(ming)萬(wan)歷年間流傳(chuan)的(de)“遍地(di)龍(long)游(you)”之(zhi)民諺,有(you)(you)力(li)地(di)說明(ming)了(le)龍(long)游(you)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)與享有(you)(you)“鉆天洞庭(ting)”、“無徽不成鎮”等(deng)美譽的(de)洞庭(ting)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)與徽州(zhou)商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)一樣,都是明(ming)清時期稱(cheng)雄商(shang)(shang)界的(de)頗有(you)(you)影響(xiang)的(de)地(di)域商(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)。龍(long)游(you)幫(bang)(bang)(bang)商(shang)(shang)人(ren)大多從事長途(tu)販銷活動,“龍(long)游(you)之(zhi)民多向天涯海(hai)角,遠(yuan)行商(shang)(shang)賈”,不僅活躍在江南(nan)、北京、湖(hu)南(nan)、湖(hu)北和閩粵諸地(di),而且(qie)還一直深入到(dao)西北、西南(nan)等(deng)偏遠(yuan)省份。如據有(you)(you)關文獻記(ji)(ji)載(zai):明(ming)成化年間,僅云(yun)(yun)南(nan)姚安府(即今云(yun)(yun)南(nan)楚雄彝族自治州(zhou)西部)就聚集了(le)浙江龍(long)游(you)商(shang)(shang)人(ren)和江西安福商(shang)(shang)人(ren)三五萬(wan)人(ren)。
龍(long)游商幫(bang)這種(zhong)開拓(tuo)進取(qu)、不畏艱辛、不戀(lian)家土的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)敬(jing)業精神(shen)(shen)(shen),和(he)當(dang)代溫臺(tai)地(di)區的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)企(qi)業家精神(shen)(shen)(shen)本(ben)質上是一(yi)致的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),溫臺(tai)地(di)區農民(農村剩(sheng)余勞動(dong)(dong)力(li))為尋求生路,寧愿背井離鄉,在(zai)外(wai)(wai)面(mian)開闊了眼界和(he)有(you)了微薄(bo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)積(ji)累(lei)之(zhi)后,他們便把自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)信息、知識(shi)、經驗及外(wai)(wai)界人(ren)緣等(deng)資源向(xiang)親(qin)朋好友擴(kuo)散。溫臺(tai)經濟發(fa)展最初的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)沖動(dong)(dong)來(lai)自于民間(jian),由卑微又見多(duo)識(shi)廣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)民間(jian)能人(ren)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)、發(fa)動(dong)(dong)。遺憾的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是龍(long)游商幫(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創業沖動(dong)(dong)卻未(wei)能上升為浙西地(di)區的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區域人(ren)文精神(shen)(shen)(shen),其可貴的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)商業精神(shen)(shen)(shen)最終仍(reng)淹沒于強勢(shi)農耕文化中(zhong)(zhong)。到(dao)民國(guo)時(shi)(shi)期,連龍(long)游本(ben)地(di)商業也幾(ji)乎全落(luo)入外(wai)(wai)地(di)商人(ren)手(shou)中(zhong)(zhong),“遍地(di)龍(long)游之(zhi)說”也漸成絕唱。當(dang)前,我市(shi)(shi)要(yao)大力(li)弘揚“龍(long)游商幫(bang)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)走(zou)出(chu)去精神(shen)(shen)(shen),一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)要(yao)繼續堅(jian)定不移地(di)開展勞務輸出(chu),讓廣大農村剩(sheng)余勞動(dong)(dong)力(li)在(zai)走(zou)出(chu)去中(zhong)(zhong)接受市(shi)(shi)場的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)洗禮,涌(yong)現(xian)出(chu)越來(lai)越多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)民間(jian)創業者。另一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)在(zai)接受產業梯度轉移的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同時(shi)(shi),還要(yao)大力(li)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)和(he)支持市(shi)(shi)內有(you)比(bi)較優勢(shi)、市(shi)(shi)外(wai)(wai)有(you)市(shi)(shi)場的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)企(qi)業有(you)計劃、有(you)步驟地(di)到(dao)外(wai)(wai)地(di)辦廠,從而推(tui)動(dong)(dong)從產品到(dao)要(yao)素(su)、從資本(ben)到(dao)技術全面(mian)主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)地(di)進入國(guo)內外(wai)(wai)市(shi)(shi)場,爭取(qu)更大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展空間(jian)。
明清時期,有(you)許(xu)多(duo)(duo)外籍(ji)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)紛(fen)紛(fen)奔赴龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)經(jing)(jing)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang),有(you)的還寓居于(yu)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you),加入(ru)(ru)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)的行列,并把各自的經(jing)(jing)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)經(jing)(jing)驗帶入(ru)(ru)到了(le)(le)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)中,推(tui)進了(le)(le)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)的發展(zhan)。如(ru)徽(hui)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)程廷(ting)柱(zhu)在(zai)康熙年間曾率眾在(zai)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)經(jing)(jing)營(ying)有(you)典(dian)業和(he)田莊(zhuang);汪文俊在(zai)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)經(jing)(jing)營(ying)有(you)鹽(yan)業。又如(ru)贛(gan)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)周學錦在(zai)康熙年間從江西撫州(zhou)趨(qu)利業商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)于(yu)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you),并定居于(yu)此。還如(ru)閩(min)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)三元(yuan)戴馮氏、黃靜齋(zhai)、池明英等(deng)都先后經(jing)(jing)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)于(yu)龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)。清末至民國時期,龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)縣(xian)籍(ji)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)漸少(shao),客籍(ji)居多(duo)(duo),他們(men)大多(duo)(duo)來自浙(zhe)江的遂昌、蘭溪(xi)、義烏、處州(zhou)、紹興、寧(ning)波和(he)徽(hui)州(zhou)府所(suo)屬各縣(xian),以及江西、福建等(deng)省。由此可見,龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)群體融合(he)了(le)(le)徽(hui)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、粵商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、蘇商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、浙(zhe)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)、閩(min)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)和(he)贛(gan)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)等(deng)外地(di)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)。龍(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)的形成基于(yu)血緣(yuan)地(di)緣(yuan)關(guan)系,本質(zhi)上具(ju)有(you)排他性,但他們(men)卻能容納其他商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)的商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)的融入(ru)(ru),足可見其胸(xiong)襟的寬大。
然而(er)(er)隨著龍游(you)(you)商幫(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)沒落,這(zhe)方曾(ceng)經(jing)(jing)如此大氣(qi)十足(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)土地(di)(di),反(fan)而(er)(er)漸(jian)生(sheng)一種“排(pai)外(wai)”情結。很難想象,前些(xie)年在(zai)龍游(you)(you)商幫(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)源地(di)(di)會發(fa)生(sheng)因眼紅外(wai)地(di)(di)布(bu)商物美價廉,而(er)(er)引發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)哄搶布(bu)匹(pi)事(shi)件。去年投(tou)資環境的(de)(de)(de)(de)一項調查也表明,大多數經(jing)(jing)濟主體有(you)(you)看到、聽到過或有(you)(you)過受本地(di)(di)人欺騙壓制的(de)(de)(de)(de)感覺。證實(shi)了衢州人有(you)(you)較濃的(de)(de)(de)(de)排(pai)外(wai)傾向(xiang)。這(zhe)些(xie)年的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)踐證明,我(wo)市要(yao)(yao)加(jia)快發(fa)展(zhan),就必須(xu)承接龍游(you)(you)商幫(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開放(fang)胸襟,真正培育出(chu)兼容并蓄的(de)(de)(de)(de)城市精神(shen)。要(yao)(yao)廣為(wei)吸納來(lai)自于海內外(wai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技術、資本、管(guan)理(li)、人才(cai)等各(ge)種資源和生(sheng)產要(yao)(yao)素,吸收當今最先進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)理(li)念(nian)、思想觀念(nian),為(wei)我(wo)市的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)服務,培育衢州人友好親(qin)善、大度包容、海納百(bai)川(chuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)胸懷。在(zai)加(jia)強(qiang)本地(di)(di)企業家(jia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建設的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),要(yao)(yao)引導他們向(xiang)外(wai)來(lai)企業家(jia)學習,使他們開闊視野,增長才(cai)干,克服小(xiao)富即安、不思進(jin)取(qu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)小(xiao)農意(yi)識(shi),進(jin)一步做大做強(qiang)企業。

、金華等(deng)(deng)浙(zhe)東(dong)南地區(qu)(qu),卻(que)批(pi)判(pan)地繼承(cheng)了朱子理(li)(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),形成(cheng)(cheng)了有(you)(you)別(bie)于(yu)(yu)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)統(tong)(tong)儒家(jia)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區(qu)(qu)域文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)——“永(yong)嘉學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)派”和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)“金華呂學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”、“永(yong)康之(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”等(deng)(deng)流派。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)統(tong)(tong)決定人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)價值(zhi)(zhi)選擇,“永(yong)嘉學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)派”“金華呂學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”講(jiang)究(jiu)實效、注(zhu)重功利(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)思(si)(si)想及(ji)其價值(zhi)(zhi)取(qu)向和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)逐利(li)追求,又有(you)(you)力(li)地塑造和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)了溫(wen)州、金華等(deng)(deng)地的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)民間(jian)心(xin)理(li)(li)和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)區(qu)(qu)域文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)統(tong)(tong),構成(cheng)(cheng)了區(qu)(qu)域經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)發(fa)展中(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)可(ke)或(huo)缺的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“遺(yi)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)因(yin)(yin)子”。而衢州、龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)(you)雖有(you)(you)柯山(shan)、清獻(xian)、鳳梧(wu)等(deng)(deng)大書(shu)院(yuan)(yuan),但這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)些(xie)(xie)書(shu)院(yuan)(yuan)因(yin)(yin)循守(shou)舊,抱殘守(shou)缺,也(ye)(ye)無(wu)一(yi)流名(ming)家(jia)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)者,因(yin)(yin)此(ci)即便歷史(shi)上(shang)因(yin)(yin)緣際會(hui)(hui)出現(xian)(xian)了龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)樣(yang)大規模的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)群體,也(ye)(ye)未能與(yu)(yu)之(zhi)結合,產生(sheng)(sheng)充滿活力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),反而使浙(zhe)西地區(qu)(qu)承(cheng)受(shou)了太多(duo)儒家(jia)思(si)(si)想中(zhong)(zhong)庸保(bao)守(shou)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)沉重負荷,使人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)思(si)(si)想和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)行動受(shou)到了限制,以至幾(ji)次與(yu)(yu)經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)騰飛的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)契(qi)機(ji)錯失交(jiao)臂。當前,我市(shi)要從龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)衰(shuai)落(luo)中(zhong)(zhong)汲(ji)取(qu)經(jing)驗(yan)教(jiao)訓,就(jiu)必(bi)須進一(yi)步強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)業(ye)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氛(fen)圍(wei),以求縮小與(yu)(yu)省內(nei)發(fa)達地區(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)差距,并爭取(qu)在(zai)同(tong)一(yi)梯度地區(qu)(qu)中(zhong)(zhong)占據(ju)優(you)勢。要堅持不(bu)懈地導入現(xian)(xian)代(dai)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)業(ye)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)先進觀(guan)(guan)念(nian)和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)相(xiang)關知(zhi)識(shi),在(zai)干部和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)群眾(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)開展教(jiao)育、培訓和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)播,以新觀(guan)(guan)念(nian)新知(zhi)識(shi)逐步取(qu)代(dai)舊觀(guan)(guan)念(nian)。迫切需(xu)要強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)市(shi)場(chang)經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)觀(guan)(guan)念(nian)與(yu)(yu)知(zhi)識(shi)、經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)全球(qiu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)觀(guan)(guan)念(nian)與(yu)(yu)知(zhi)識(shi)、現(xian)(xian)代(dai)社會(hui)(hui)法制和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)倫理(li)(li)觀(guan)(guan)念(nian)與(yu)(yu)知(zhi)識(shi)、現(xian)(xian)代(dai)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)業(ye)道德觀(guan)(guan)念(nian)與(yu)(yu)知(zhi)識(shi)等(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua),克服小農(nong)(nong)經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)意(yi)(yi)識(shi)、封建主義殘余意(yi)(yi)識(shi)和(he)(he)(he)(he)(he)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)統(tong)(tong)計劃經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)意(yi)(yi)識(shi)。當全社會(hui)(hui)真正形成(cheng)(cheng)了有(you)(you)利(li)于(yu)(yu)企業(ye)家(jia)生(sheng)(sheng)長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)社會(hui)(hui)環境、體制環境、人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)環境之(zhi)時,龍(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)(long)游(you)(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)復興也(ye)(ye)就(jiu)為(wei)(wei)期不(bu)遠(yuan)了。
時光流逝,沖淡了龍(long)游商幫創立的輝煌業績,只(zhi)留(liu)下(xia)一個個散落在浙西(xi)大地上的民居大院。難道作為后(hou)人的我(wo)們,只(zhi)能(neng)是綴串起(qi)這一個個珍(zhen)珠,向(xiang)世人炫耀我(wo)們的祖上也(ye)曾風光過就足了嗎?什(shen)么(me)時候才能(neng)重新迎來浙西(xi)新一代(dai)“商幫”的復興?這才是當(dang)前研究(jiu)龍(long)游商幫歷史的真實所在。
僻(pi)居于(yu)浙西山區(qu)的龍游(you)商(shang)(shang)幫在(zai)(zai)歷史(shi)上曾經輝煌一(yi)時,在(zai)(zai)明(ming)萬歷時已有“遍地龍游(you)”之諺(參(can)見萬歷《龍游(you)縣志》),與(yu)當(dang)時馳名的“無(wu)徽不(bu)(bu)成鎮”、“鉆天洞庭”的徽商(shang)(shang)蘇商(shang)(shang)等并駕齊驅。其所(suo)以(yi)能在(zai)(zai)市場競爭中嶄露頭(tou)角,是與(yu)它(ta)有著(zhu)良(liang)好(hao)的商(shang)(shang)業(ye)道(dao)德很有關系,聲譽良(liang)好(hao),贏(ying)得了人們的信任。反之,也有些商(shang)(shang)人欺詐造假,只能蒙騙一(yi)時,不(bu)(bu)能長久(jiu)立足于(yu)商(shang)(shang)壇(tan)。明(ming)代(dai)浙江人張應(ying)俞(yu)編(bian)著(zhu)了《杜騙新(xin)書(shu)》,列舉24類84則騙術,這就是明(ming)代(dai)中葉以(yi)來商(shang)(shang)壇(tan)上不(bu)(bu)誠信的劣跡(詳見拙著(zhu)《明(ming)清時期商(shang)(shang)業(ye)及商(shang)(shang)人書(shu)之研究(jiu)》下篇第6章。該書(shu)為《國學精粹叢書(shu)》的一(yi)種(zhong),臺灣洪(hong)葉文化事業(ye)有限公司(si),1997年出版)。
相比之(zhi)下,龍游(you)商(shang)幫的(de)誠實守(shou)信就顯得非常(chang)(chang)可貴。龍游(you)商(shang)人(ren)傅家(jia)來開設(she)傅立宗紙(zhi)號,非常(chang)(chang)注重(zhong)產(chan)品的(de)質量,精(jing)益(yi)求精(jing),所造之(zhi)紙(zhi),堅(jian)韌白凈,均(jun)勻齊(qi)整,比其他(ta)家(jia)的(de)紙(zhi)在(zai)同(tong)一(yi)件紙(zhi)號中重(zhong)十多斤。造紙(zhi)是多工序的(de)生產(chan)流程,他(ta)為(wei)了保證質量,層層把關,嚴(yan)格檢驗(yan),次品決(jue)不出(chu)售。產(chan)品暢銷大江南北(bei),經久不衰。為(wei)了表示對用戶負(fu)責和維持(chi)良好的(de)信譽,他(ta)的(de)產(chan)品都統一(yi)加印
“西(xi)山傅立宗”印記。
姜(jiang)益大棉(mian)(mian)布(bu)店(dian)以(yi)(yi)信譽著稱(cheng)(cheng),冠為(wei)金(jin)(華)衢(州(zhou))嚴(州(zhou))三府第一(yi)家。自(zi)從胡(hu)(hu)筱(xiao)漁接管以(yi)(yi)來,非(fei)常重(zhong)視信譽,以(yi)(yi)誠(cheng)實守信教育每一(yi)位職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),多(duo)次提出(chu)要薄(bo)利(li)多(duo)銷,童叟無欺,決不(bu)二價。為(wei)了(le)防止流通中有(you)銀(yin)元(yuan)摻假損(sun)(sun)(sun)害顧(gu)客利(li)益,特(te)聘請了(le)三位有(you)經(jing)(jing)驗(yan)的驗(yan)銀(yin)工(gong)(gong)(gong),嚴格檢驗(yan),凡經(jing)(jing)過他(ta)(ta)店(dian)的銀(yin)幣加以(yi)(yi)“姜(jiang)益大”印記,讓顧(gu)客放心。在(zai)(zai)經(jing)(jing)營中目(mu)光(guang)遠大,不(bu)以(yi)(yi)短(duan)期行為(wei)來賺(zhuan)錢(qian),為(wei)了(le)信譽,寧(ning)愿承擔暫時(shi)的損(sun)(sun)(sun)失。有(you)一(yi)次,他(ta)(ta)在(zai)(zai)海(hai)寧(ning)訂(ding)購了(le)7500匹石門布(bu),價值6萬銀(yin)元(yuan),在(zai)(zai)運輸過程中遭劫,這本不(bu)關(guan)姜(jiang)益大店(dian)的事,海(hai)寧(ning)布(bu)商亦立即派(pai)人(ren)(ren)來龍游處理此事,主(zhu)動(dong)承擔損(sun)(sun)(sun)失,胡(hu)(hu)筱(xiao)漁重(zhong)義(yi)疏財,當場償(chang)付(fu)了(le)對(dui)方6萬元(yuan)布(bu)款,還(huan)再訂(ding)購了(le)7500匹棉(mian)(mian)布(bu),并熱情款待(dai)海(hai)寧(ning)布(bu)商。由(you)于這一(yi)義(yi)舉,姜(jiang)益大布(bu)店(dian)信譽大增,遐邇聞名,在(zai)(zai)以(yi)(yi)后的經(jing)(jing)商活(huo)動(dong)中,凡碰到(dao)貨物緊俏時(shi),海(hai)寧(ning)等地布(bu)商都首先(xian)滿(man)足他(ta)(ta)的貨源需(xu)求(qiu),全力支持他(ta)(ta)渡過難關(guan)。他(ta)(ta)對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)也以(yi)(yi)禮相待(dai),以(yi)(yi)誠(cheng)相待(dai),從不(bu)刻薄(bo),職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中年(nian)長者,以(yi)(yi)叔伯相稱(cheng)(cheng),同輩以(yi)(yi)兄弟、晚輩以(yi)(yi)弟侄(zhi)相呼,平等待(dai)人(ren)(ren)。年(nian)終還(huan)發“紅利(li)壓歲錢(qian)”,春節賞每一(yi)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)一(yi)匹布(bu)代價的獎(jiang)勵金(jin)。以(yi)(yi)心比心,誠(cheng)摯待(dai)人(ren)(ren),職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)受(shou)感動(dong),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作就更負責,保(bao)證了(le)姜(jiang)益大的良好(hao)運作。
大絲綢(chou)商李(li)(li)汝(ru)(ru)衡(heng),商品(pin)販(fan)銷(xiao)到湖廣十(shi)五郡,幾乎壟斷了楚(chu)湘(xiang)的絲綢(chou)市場(chang)。他職業道德良好,待人寬(kuan)厚誠信,人望甚(shen)好。明代大文(wen)人李(li)(li)維楨著文(wen)贊(zan)揚他:“李(li)(li)十(shi)二(er)汝(ru)(ru)衡(heng)者,越之(zhi)龍游人也(ye)。……至汝(ru)(ru)衡(heng)而資益(yi)拓(tuo),所(suo)(suo)居積綺縠(hu)纻(zhu)罽,遍(bian)四方之(zhi)珍異,挽舟轉(zhuan)轂以百(bai)數,所(suo)(suo)冠帶(dai)衣履,遍(bian)楚(chu)之(zhi)十(shi)五郡。而善與時低昂,人或就之(zhi)貰貸無所(suo)(suo)靳(jin),亦不責(ze)子錢,久乃或負之(zhi),遂不復(fu)言(yan)。……楚(chu)人慕其誼,爭交歡汝(ru)(ru)衡(heng)。”(《大泌山房集》卷(juan)68,《贈李(li)(li)汝(ru)(ru)衡(heng)序(xu)》)
龍(long)(long)游(you)本是(shi)(shi)姑篾故(gu)國舊(jiu)地(di)(di),素有重(zhong)文化(hua)的(de)(de)傳統,詩(shi)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)禮樂(le)傳家(jia),耕讀遵禮,弦歌不(bu)絕。就是(shi)(shi)出為賈(jia)(jia)也不(bu)忘讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),故(gu)首選造(zao)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)刻(ke)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)籍(ji)為業(ye)。龍(long)(long)游(you)新造(zao)之(zhi)(zhi)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)明代已具名(ming)氣。明著名(ming)刻(ke)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)家(jia)余象(xiang)斗文臺,他(ta)(ta)刻(ke)印(yin)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)籍(ji)尤注重(zhong)用紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),他(ta)(ta)品評全國著名(ming)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)品有徽歙紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(青光(guang)白(bai)滑冰(bing)翼凝霜,績溪(xi)龍(long)(long)須,西(xi)山觀(guan)音(yin)(yin)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)),江(jiang)西(xi)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(觀(guan)音(yin)(yin)蓮七紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)),鉛(qian)山(奏本)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)等,而認為浙江(jiang)衢紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)尤勝,“連(lian)四(si)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),開(kai)(kai)化(hua)縣(xian)有連(lian)三(san)連(lian)四(si)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)亦佳,只要白(bai)厚無(wu)粉者(zhe)為妙。”“常山縣(xian)有榜紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),并(bing)中夾(jia)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)奏本紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)次于(yu)鉛(qian)山。”龍(long)(long)游(you)縣(xian)溪(xi)口鎮是(shi)(shi)龐大的(de)(de)造(zao)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中心兼(jian)銷售市場,紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)商麕集。乾(qian)隆(long)間(jian)閩(min)商林瓊茂來(lai)龍(long)(long)擇地(di)(di)上塘設坊造(zao)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),傳至其(qi)孫林巨倫,已“積(ji)貲巨萬”。書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)商童(tong)(tong)佩(pei),名(ming)噪一(yi)時,刻(ke)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)販書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)大江(jiang)南北(bei),其(qi)父彥清(qing)(qing),“最稱儒雅,不(bu)寢然諾。”幼時從父販書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)吳越(yue)間(jian),“喜(xi)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),手(shou)一(yi)帙(zhi),坐船間(jian),日夜(ye)不(bu)輟,歷歲久,流覽既富(fu),所(suo)為詩(shi)風格(ge)清(qing)(qing)越(yue),不(bu)失(shi)古(gu)音(yin)(yin)。為他(ta)(ta)文亦工善(shan),尤善(shan)考證書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)畫金石彝敦(dun)之(zhi)(zhi)屬。”王(wang)(wang)世(shi)貞(zhen)稱其(qi)“藏書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)萬卷(juan),皆(jie)其(qi)手(shou)所(suo)自校(xiao)者(zhe)”,是(shi)(shi)著名(ming)藏書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)家(jia)刻(ke)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)家(jia)。所(suo)刻(ke)之(zhi)(zhi)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)質(zhi)量上乘,深受學(xue)者(zhe)歡迎(ying),時之(zhi)(zhi)名(ming)流碩儒王(wang)(wang)世(shi)貞(zhen)、王(wang)(wang)穉登、歸有光(guang)引之(zhi)(zhi)座客,并(bing)為他(ta)(ta)作(zuo)序作(zuo)傳。他(ta)(ta)本人有《童(tong)(tong)子鳴集》、《佩(pei)萸雜錄》、《九(jiu)華游(you)記(ji)》、《南獄東岱詩(shi)》、與(yu)余湘合纂(zuan)《龍(long)(long)游(you)縣(xian)志》等。刻(ke)印(yin)過《徐侍郎集》、《文房四(si)譜》、《楊盈(ying)川集》等。他(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)學(xue)問深得名(ming)儒稱贊,胡(hu)應麟見其(qi)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)目曰:“所(suo)臚列經史子集,皆(jie)犁然會心,令人手(shou)舞足蹈(dao)。”引為“子期”好友,王(wang)(wang)世(shi)貞(zhen)更稱之(zhi)(zhi)為“千古(gu)是(shi)(shi)知音(yin)(yin)”。龍(long)(long)游(you)童(tong)(tong)氏是(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)門第,業(ye)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)賈(jia)(jia)者(zhe)眾。如童(tong)(tong)富(fu),“為書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)賈(jia)(jia),往來(lai)閩(min)粵(yue)吳中貿遷(qian),……為人坦夷樸茂,樂(le)善(shan)好施,……湖海之(zhi)(zhi)士,多(duo)嘖嘖稱之(zhi)(zhi)。”另一(yi)位書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)賈(jia)(jia)胡(hu)貿,承父兄書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)業(ye),“往來(lai)賈(jia)(jia)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)肆及士人家(jia)”,也是(shi)(shi)有名(ming)的(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)賈(jia)(jia)。明代大學(xue)問家(jia)唐順之(zhi)(zhi)荊川謙曰:“非貿,則予事無(wu)與(yu)成”。與(yu)唐深交,胡(hu)死(si)后唐曾贈棺以殮。龍(long)(long)游(you)望(wang)族余氏也是(shi)(shi)世(shi)代營(ying)印(yin)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)業(ye),曾在(zai)江(jiang)蘇太倉州(zhou)婁縣(xian)開(kai)(kai)設書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)肆。“清(qing)(qing)初,龍(long)(long)游(you)余氏開(kai)(kai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)肆于(yu)婁縣(xian),刊(kan)讀本四(si)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字畫無(wu)偽,遠近購買。”
上述僅是龍(long)游(you)商幫中的(de)(de)幾(ji)個(ge)例子(zi)。龍(long)游(you)商人深受中華傳(chuan)統文化的(de)(de)熏(xun)陶(tao),亦賈(jia)亦儒,保持著良好的(de)(de)節操,以人品為重,注(zhu)重自身修養(yang),有社會(hui)責任感,誠信為本,終于事業有成。歷史的(de)(de)經(jing)驗值得(de)借鑒,發揚我國優秀的(de)(de)道德(de)傳(chuan)統,完善(shan)市場經(jing)濟條件下的(de)(de)職業道德(de),提(ti)倡(chang)人人誠信,形(xing)成良好的(de)(de)社會(hui)風氣,這是我們這個(ge)時(shi)代的(de)(de)一項(xiang)重要工作。
點評(ping):龍(long)游商(shang)人"敢為(wei)天下先(xian)"的(de)(de)精神和"海納百(bai)川(chuan)"的(de)(de)肚量,是(shi)他(ta)們(men)良好的(de)(de)經商(shang)心(xin)態的(de)(de)反映。他(ta)們(men)雖然(ran)是(shi)出自一個(ge)偏僻之地,既無(wu)(wu)官府支持,又無(wu)(wu)強大的(de)(de)宗族勢力作堅強后(hou)盾(dun),但他(ta)們(men)卻能(neng)在(zai)強手如林的(de)(de)各(ge)大商(shang)幫中崛起,自立于商(shang)幫之林。
龍(long)游商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)是(shi)指以(yi)浙江衢(qu)州(zhou)府龍(long)游縣為(wei)中心的(de)衢(qu)商(shang)(shang)(shang)集團,它萌(meng)發于(yu)(yu)南宋,興盛于(yu)(yu)明代中葉,以(yi)經營(ying)珠(zhu)寶業(ye)(ye)、販(fan)書業(ye)(ye)、紙張業(ye)(ye)著名。明萬歷年間(1573—1602),它于(yu)(yu)徽商(shang)(shang)(shang)、晉商(shang)(shang)(shang)以(yi)及江右幫(bang)商(shang)(shang)(shang)人(ren)在(zai)商(shang)(shang)(shang)場(chang)中角逐(zhu)(zhu),稱雄一時,故有“遍(bian)地龍(long)游”之諺。它以(yi)一府一縣之地為(wei)基礎(chu),聚集了(le)大量資(zi)金,而成(cheng)為(wei)中國(guo)十(shi)大商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)之一,至清代逐(zhu)(zhu)漸為(wei)寧(ning)紹商(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)所替(ti)代。

龍游商幫(bang)經營行業頗廣,有山貨、紙、刻(ke)印販書、珠寶古董(dong)、長途販運、農業屯墾、礦冶等(deng)。
山貨業(ye)。皆為當地產(chan)品竹木(mu)茶油(you)漆煙。清(qing)康(kang)熙(xi)年間龍游縣志(zhi)記載:“南鄉(xiang)稍有(you)竹木(mu)紙筍之利,可以貿(mao)易他郡……北鄉(xiang)則止(zhi)有(you)桕油(you)一(yi)項。”
造紙業(ye)。造紙多(duo)以(yi)作坊或工遺址龍游北(bei)鄉古商道(dao)場形式(shi)生產(chan)(chan),自產(chan)(chan)自銷,具有若干商業(ye)資本與產(chan)(chan)業(ye)資本相結合的生產(chan)(chan)方式(shi)。溪口鎮(zhen)是(shi)生產(chan)(chan)和銷售(shou)的中心。該鎮(zhen):“其(qi)繁盛,乃倍于(yu)城(cheng)市焉。”
刻印(yin)(yin)販(fan)書(shu)(shu)業。龍游多產紙木,可刻印(yin)(yin)書(shu)(shu)籍,又有文化(hua)傳統,一(yi)些文人學士放下架子,從事于(yu)刻印(yin)(yin)販(fan)書(shu)(shu)業以聚財(cai)。望族余(yu)氏,還在江蘇婁縣開設書(shu)(shu)坊(fang)書(shu)(shu)肆(si),刊(kan)印(yin)(yin)讀本安畫,銷(xiao)路很(hen)好。書(shu)(shu)販(fan)胡貿善錐書(shu)(shu),經常和(he)一(yi)些文人交(jiao)往(wang)。明大學者唐(tang)順之因愛書(shu)(shu),把(ba)胡貿引為座上客。他還說:“非(fei)貿,則予事無與(yu)成(cheng)。”把(ba)自(zi)己成(cheng)就歸之于(yu)與(yu)胡貿的交(jiao)往(wang)。
珠寶(bao)古(gu)董業(ye)。經營珠寶(bao)業(ye)一(yi)(yi)需有(you)(you)雄厚資金(jin),二需有(you)(you)鑒別觀(guan)賞能(neng)力,三需有(you)(you)進貨銷貨的渠(qu)道,四需有(you)(you)能(neng)躲(duo)過被(bei)劫被(bei)盜的應(ying)變(bian)能(neng)力。古(gu)書記載:“龍游(you)商(shang)賈(jia)(jia),其所賈(jia)(jia)多明珠、翠羽、寶(bao)石、貓眼(yan)類較(jiao)(jiao)(軟)物(wu)。千金(jin)之貨,只一(yi)(yi)身自赍京師、販(fan)絮、僧鞋、蒙戎、襤褸(lv)巨疽(ju)、膏藥內皆寶(bao)珠所藏,人(ren)無所知(zhi)者。”可見龍游(you)商(shang)人(ren)不(bu)但有(you)(you)雄厚的資金(jin),還(huan)具有(you)(you)較(jiao)(jiao)高文(wen)化(hua)和(he)應(ying)變(bian)能(neng)力,處事謹慎,是不(bu)事張揚的實干商(shang)人(ren),
長途販運業(ye)。據王(wang)文(wen)祿《策樞》記載,龍游商人李(li)汝衡,擁有重資,常(chang)備百余輛(艘)車船運銷(xiao)(xiao)貨(huo)物,把(ba)絲(si)綢(chou)遠銷(xiao)(xiao)到(dao)湖北一省十五(wu)郡之地,占領了全省銷(xiao)(xiao)售市(shi)場。明嘉靖年間捕獲的走私(si)貿易(yi)中,就有龍游商人參與其事。
礦冶(ye)(ye)業(ye)。據顧炎(yan)武《天下郡(jun)國利(li)病書》中記載,有龍游人祝十八,聚礦工(gong)有數百人,在(zai)平洋(yang)銅塘、吳村一帶從事礦冶(ye)(ye)。龍游商幫肯(ken)吃苦,不(bu)畏艱辛(xin),不(bu)怕路遙道險。
他(ta)們(men)足跡(ji)遍及全國(guo)各地(di),直至海外日本、呂宋等地(di)。如在明嘉靖年(nian)間,就(jiu)(jiu)發現(xian)海外通商(shang)者中(zhong)有龍游商(shang)人(ren)。另外,早于明成化(hua)元年(nian)(1465)龍游商(shang)人(ren)就(jiu)(jiu)與(yu)江(jiang)西安福(fu)商(shang)人(ren)一(yi)起,到(dao)云南(nan)姚(yao)安(今楚雄)從事屯墾(ken)(ken),種植糧(liang)食(shi)和經濟作物。他(ta)們(men)數萬(wan)人(ren)長途(tu)跋涉(she),克(ke)服了水土不服等困難,在云貴一(yi)帶從事經商(shang)墾(ken)(ken)荒,享有“天涯賈客”之譽,為我國(guo)西南(nan)的(de)(de)開發立(li)下(xia)汗馬功(gong)勞,至今云貴高原還(huan)有許多龍游人(ren)的(de)(de)后代。可以(yi)說(shuo)龍游商(shang)幫是中(zhong)國(guo)歷史上西部開發的(de)(de)先驅之一(yi)。
龍(long)游(you)商(shang)幫之所以名重(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)時,還(huan)因為他們具有(you)寬(kuan)容、誠信(xin)等(deng)品性和(he)良好的職(zhi)業道(dao)德。如紙(zhi)商(shang)傅立宗(zong),紙(zhi)優價實(shi),為保證質量,紙(zhi)品統(tong)加印“西山(shan)傅立宗(zong)”字(zi)樣,從(cong)示信(xin)用。姜益大棉布(bu)號,特聘(pin)了3名驗(yan)銀工,凡經(jing)流通該(gai)店(dian)的通貨,皆加蓋印記(ji),以示負責。滋(zi)福堂(tang)是著(zhu)名中藥(yao)店(dian),以重(zhong)(zhong)金延請(qing)名醫監制丸藥(yao),配制成(cheng)(cheng)藥(yao)準(zhun)確無(wu)誤,分工細密,層層檢驗(yan),要求藥(yao)工對(dui)顧客的健康負責。龍(long)游(you)商(shang)人從(cong)不排外,善(shan)待(dai)遷居來龍(long)經(jing)商(shang)者(zhe),如經(jing)營、鹽、紙(zhi)等(deng)的徽州大商(shang)程廷(ting)柱(zhu)率3個弟(di)弟(di)去龍(long)游(you)經(jing)商(shang),很快融(rong)入(ru)龍(long)游(you)社會,所以龍(long)游(you)商(shang)幫中就(jiu)有(you)閩(min)、贛、徽諸商(shang)幫的成(cheng)(cheng)員。
龍游商幫(bang)雖(sui)有輝煌的(de)過去,但(dan)隨著(zhu)交通條(tiao)件的(de)變化,近(jin)代(dai)海(hai)洋文(wen)化的(de)興起和海(hai)外(wai)貿易的(de)發展,它與(yu)徽商、晉商等(deng)(deng)(deng)幫(bang)一樣未能適應時代(dai)的(de)發展,逐漸(jian)衰(shuai)落(luo)。到(dao)清道光年間,鴉片戰爭以后,寧波(bo)等(deng)(deng)(deng)地(di)被辟為五口(kou)通商之埠,此時新興的(de)上(shang)海(hai)、寧波(bo)、潮汕、廈(sha)漳等(deng)(deng)(deng)地(di)商幫(bang),取(qu)代(dai)了龍游等(deng)(deng)(deng)商幫(bang)。不過,龍游等(deng)(deng)(deng)商幫(bang)在歷史(shi)上(shang)的(de)業績和經(jing)商道德,將永世不泯!
龍(long)游(you)(you)商人初露頭角(jiao)于南宋,迨至明(ming)代已蔚(yu)為大(da)(da)觀(guan),萬(wan)歷時已是“遍地龍(long)游(you)(you)”的(de)局面,分(fen)布于全國各(ge)大(da)(da)市(shi)場上(shang)。隆萬(wan)間(jian)(jian)任職知(zhi)縣(xian)的(de)萬(wan)廷(ting)謙(qian)就說(shuo)“龍(long)丘之(zhi)(zhi)民,往(wang)(wang)往(wang)(wang)湖口于四方,誦讀之(zhi)(zhi)外(wai),農賈(jia)相半”。晚明(ming)時龍(long)游(you)(you)商人更是活(huo)躍(yue),趨商者更眾(zhong)。天啟時,“龍(long)游(you)(you)之(zhi)(zhi)民,多向天涯(ya)海角(jiao),遠行商賈(jia),幾(ji)空(kong)縣(xian)之(zhi)(zhi)半,而居(ju)家耕種(zhong)者,僅當縣(xian)之(zhi)(zhi)半。”至康乾(qian)間(jian)(jian),“其居(ju)家土著者,不(bu)過十之(zhi)(zhi)三(san)四耳。”這當然是估(gu)計(ji)數(shu),不(bu)能作準確(que)的(de)計(ji)量分(fen)析,但總的(de)趨勢是從嘉隆萬(wan)間(jian)(jian)龍(long)游(you)(you)商賈(jia)已遍布四方,至康雍乾(qian)間(jian)(jian)有增無減。
由于(yu)經商(shang)的(de)成(cheng)功,龍(long)游商(shang)幫(bang)遂把財富(fu)返回(hui)家鄉,并將外地的(de)風(feng)尚(shang)(shang)也帶回(hui)龍(long)游,社會(hui)富(fu)庶(shu),消費需求增長,人(ren)皆曰俗之侈(chi)靡(mi)已(yi)(yi)不可挽回(hui)。隆萬時(shi)陸瓚就說:“習尚(shang)(shang)昔固號儉(jian)嗇也,今(jin)則日事(shi)于(yu)侈(chi)靡(mi)。”涂杰亦云:“服飾多用紗絹,器皿多用金銀,侈(chi)靡(mi)相(xiang)高,已(yi)(yi)非一日。”“邑中(zhong)室廬往稱(cheng)樸(pu)素,萬歷中(zhong)葉漸以雕(diao)琢相(xiang)高。”社會(hui)心理是羨(xian)慕奢華(hua),愿向生活水平高的(de)地方看齊,競相(xiang)仿效。萬歷間(jian)已(yi)(yi)呈“俗侈(chi)靡(mi),尤效慕三吳之豪”趨(qu)(qu)勢。生活穩(wen)定(ding)了,才有可能(neng)向蘇杭侈(chi)靡(mi)的(de)風(feng)尚(shang)(shang)仿效。從這一側面也折射(she)出(chu)龍(long)游商(shang)幫(bang)給龍(long)游帶來經濟的(de)富(fu)庶(shu)和(he)社會(hui)生活的(de)安定(ding)。風(feng)尚(shang)(shang)趨(qu)(qu)于(yu)侈(chi)靡(mi)是當時(shi)經濟社會(hui)進(jin)步的(de)表征。
龍游商幫與(yu)同時(shi)(shi)代其他(ta)商幫相比,它最大(da)特色(se)和優點乃是(shi)富于開拓精神(shen),不畏艱(jian)險(xian),勇敢地邁出(chu)家(jia)門,走(zou)出(chu)山區(qu),投向(xiang)廣闊的(de)天地,在闖蕩(dang)市場中,逐(zhu)漸(jian)地揚(yang)棄了“安土重遷”、“骨肉相附”的(de)情(qing)結。它是(shi)明清(qing)時(shi)(shi)代最早走(zou)向(xiang)西(xi)部開發(fa)的(de)商壇勁旅。大(da)批離開土地的(de)農民加入商賈行列,也有大(da)批舍(she)儒從商之徒,他(ta)們(men)“挾資(zi)以(yi)出(chu),守為恒業,即秦晉蜀滇萬里(li),視(shi)若比舍(she),俗(su)有遍地龍游之諺。”
明清時(shi)期經濟最發(fa)(fa)達(da)地區是(shi)長江三(san)角洲(江南)和珠江三(san)角洲一帶(dai)(dai),秦晉滇蜀(shu)西(xi)部(bu)地區相對來說(shuo)較為后(hou)進(jin),而龍游(you)商(shang)(shang)幫不(bu)(bu)嫌(xian)西(xi)部(bu)經濟不(bu)(bu)發(fa)(fa)達(da),生活艱苦,路途遙遠(yuan),行(xing)程(cheng)險阻,以(yi)豪邁氣概(gai)視天涯海角若比鄰,無(wu)遠(yuan)而不(bu)(bu)屆(jie),誠為天涯賈客。龍游(you)商(shang)(shang)人(ren)李(li)汝衡,攜(xie)絲綢經商(shang)(shang)于蜀(shu)楚(chu)。李(li)維(wei)楨記:“李(li)十(shi)二汝衡者,越(yue)之龍游(you)人(ren)也。自其(qi)父鶴(he)汀賈江陵,迄今人(ren)與(yu)年蓋兩世矣。父子(zi)饒心(xin)計,趨(qu)時(shi)不(bu)(bu)失累。至(zhi)汝衡而資益拓,所居積綺(qi)縠(hu)纻罽,窮(qiong)四(si)方之珍異,車免舟轉(zhuan)轂以(yi)百數,所冠帶(dai)(dai)衣履,遍楚(chu)之十(shi)五郡。而善(shan)與(yu)時(shi)低(di)昂,人(ren)或就之貰貸無(wu)所靳。……”童巨川偕其(qi)弟盛(sheng)川于嘉靖(jing)間,在(zai)“宣府大同貿(mao)(mao)易(yi)(yi)邊庭,……厥后(hou)子(zi)若侄嗣(si)其(qi)業,資利益饒。”童氏數代(dai)在(zai)宣大做邊界貿(mao)(mao)易(yi)(yi)致巨富。最可值得大書特書的(de)是(shi)龍游(you)商(shang)(shang)人(ren)群(qun)體挺進(jin)大西(xi)南滇省(sheng)姚安等地區開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)。在(zai)明清時(shi)代(dai)交通(tong)條件下,攜(xie)妻帶(dai)(dai)子(zi)千(qian)萬(wan)里跋(ba)涉至(zhi)西(xi)南決非(fei)(fei)易(yi)(yi)事,非(fei)(fei)得有數月始可抵達(da)。驅動(dong)他們長途跋(ba)涉行(xing)動(dong)并(bing)非(fei)(fei)胸(xiong)懷開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)西(xi)部(bu)的(de)公益心(xin),而利益驅動(dong)倒是(shi)其(qi)原動(dong)力。因為在(zai)江南華南中原等地商(shang)(shang)業中競(jing)爭(zheng)已(yi)不(bu)(bu)容易(yi)(yi),施(shi)展才能的(de)空間畢(bi)竟有限,他們獲悉滇省(sheng)尚有大發(fa)(fa)展的(de)前(qian)景,所以(yi)才毅(yi)然前(qian)往,足(zu)見龍游(you)商(shang)(shang)幫對商(shang)(shang)業信息還是(shi)靈通(tong)的(de)。
明代(dai)成(cheng)化元年就有大批龍游商(shang)人偕同江(jiang)(jiang)右(you)商(shang)人(江(jiang)(jiang)西(xi)安(an)福)在(zai)云(yun)南邊陲(chui)姚(yao)安(an)等府經商(shang),姚(yao)安(an)即(ji)今楚(chu)雄彝族自(zi)(zi)治州一帶。語言不通,生(sheng)活習俗不同,自(zi)(zi)然還(huan)會有水土不服的(de)困難,但是他們(men)能克服種種困難,準備(bei)長期生(sheng)存下去,求得發展。他們(men)不是流民,而是有眼(yan)光有氣魄的(de)商(shang)賈(jia),據(ju)官(guan)方史籍記(ji)載:
“成(cheng)化元年(nian)(1465)十一月(yue)初七日禮部等(deng)衙門題為建言民(min)情等(deng)事,該湖廣布(bu)政(zheng)司等(deng)衙門右(you)參議等(deng)官人(ren)(ren)等(deng)鄭序(xu)等(deng)建言:……姚安軍(jun)民(min)府陰陽(yang)學正木甘理(li)言一件(jian),禁約游食,初見云(yun)南(nan)遠在萬里(li),各邊(bian)衛指府軍(jun)民(min)相參,山多田(tian)少,不(bu)通舟車,近(jin)年(nian)雨水不(bu)調(diao),五(wu)谷少收,米(mi)糧涌貴,過活艱(jian)難。有浙江江西等(deng)布(bu)政(zheng)司安福龍游等(deng)縣客商人(ren)(ren)等(deng)不(bu)下三(san)五(wu)萬人(ren)(ren)在衛府坐(生(sheng))理(li),偏處(chu)城市鄉(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)屯堡(bao)安歇,生(sheng)放(fang)錢債(zhai)(zhai),利(li)上生(sheng)利(li),收債(zhai)(zhai)米(mi)谷,賤買(mai)貴賣(mai),娶妻生(sheng)子(zi),置買(mai)奴仆(pu),游食無度(du),二三(san)十年(nian)不(bu)回原籍。……行云(yun)南(nan)按(an)察(cha)司著(zhu)落各衛府查勘所(suo)屬鄉(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)屯堡(bao)城郭去處(chu),但有江西等(deng)處(chu)客民(min),不(bu)問(wen)從(cong)引新舊,盡數拿解原籍當(dang)差,不(bu)許(xu)托(tuo)故(gu)稽遲及窩藏隱蔽,連歇家人(ren)(ren)等(deng)一律治(zhi)罪,庶(shu)使邊(bian)食稍寬,奸弊斯革矣。前(qian)件(jian)云(yun)南(nan)按(an)察(cha)司查究(jiu)。”
這(zhe)節史料(liao)充分反映了(le)龍(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)數萬人成群結隊(dui)來(lai)(lai)到(dao)了(le)黔滇邊(bian)陲少數民族聚居地(di)從(cong)事于(yu)屯(tun)墾(ken)(ken)事業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),把(ba)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)技(ji)術帶到(dao)西(xi)南,他們(men)來(lai)(lai)到(dao)遠離(li)城市(shi)“鄉村屯(tun)堡安歇。”干(gan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“生(sheng)(sheng)放(fang)(fang)錢債,利(li)(li)上(shang)生(sheng)(sheng)利(li)(li);收(shou)(shou)債米(mi)谷(gu),賤買(mai)貴賣(mai)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)事業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。這(zhe)一(yi)方面(mian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)高(gao)利(li)(li)貸收(shou)(shou)錢收(shou)(shou)谷(gu),即(ji)放(fang)(fang)青苗的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)辦法,利(li)(li)用手(shou)(shou)頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)雄厚(hou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)金進(jin)行(xing)糧食(shi)買(mai)賣(mai);另一(yi)方面(mian)值得注(zhu)意的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“置買(mai)奴(nu)仆,游(you)(you)(you)食(shi)無度”這(zhe)一(yi)句話。可(ke)能(neng)(neng)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)流(liu)動(dong)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)屯(tun)墾(ken)(ken),即(ji)一(yi)地(di)一(yi)地(di)輪流(liu)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)墾(ken)(ken)拓,利(li)(li)用雇(gu)傭(yong)(yong)制(zhi)吸收(shou)(shou)當地(di)閑(xian)散的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)勞動(dong)力,以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)奴(nu)仆形(xing)式招募勞工進(jin)行(xing)大(da)規(gui)模的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)屯(tun)墾(ken)(ken),這(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)很(hen)有(you)意義(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),值得深(shen)入研究。關(guan)(guan)(guan)鍵是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“奴(nu)仆”系何種(zhong)身份之人,估計不(bu)會(hui)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)具(ju)有(you)很(hen)強(qiang)人身隸(li)屬(shu)關(guan)(guan)(guan)系的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)奴(nu)仆,應是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)身份上(shang)自由的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)雇(gu)傭(yong)(yong)勞動(dong)者(zhe)。龍(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人出(chu)錢雇(gu)傭(yong)(yong)他們(men),從(cong)事于(yu)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)墾(ken)(ken)荒、耕(geng)種(zhong)等勞務。在龍(long)游(you)(you)(you)當地(di)就(jiu)有(you)雇(gu)傭(yong)(yong)仆婢從(cong)事家務或商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)上(shang)勞作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情形(xing),據(ju)康熙《龍(long)游(you)(you)(you)縣志》記:“士庶之家,不(bu)能(neng)(neng)廣置婢仆,仆多傭(yong)(yong)工,婢則出(chu)市(shi)貿(mao)易,多白(bai)首不(bu)嫁(jia)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)終其身。”從(cong)“仆多傭(yong)(yong)工,婢則出(chu)市(shi)貿(mao)易”來(lai)(lai)看(kan),并無身份上(shang)隸(li)屬(shu)關(guan)(guan)(guan)系。也(ye)許(xu)他們(men)把(ba)這(zhe)種(zhong)雇(gu)傭(yong)(yong)關(guan)(guan)(guan)系的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式也(ye)帶到(dao)云(yun)南邊(bian)陲農(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)屯(tun)墾(ken)(ken)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)中(zhong)來(lai)(lai)。如果(guo)理(li)解不(bu)錯的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)話,當是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)龍(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人已(yi)具(ju)有(you)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)營(ying)理(li)念,將土地(di)作(zuo)為(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)息(xi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)本(ben)(ben)(ben)來(lai)(lai)經(jing)營(ying),以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)技(ji)術提高(gao)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)力,采取農(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)雇(gu)傭(yong)(yong)制(zhi)來(lai)(lai)經(jing)營(ying)經(jing)濟(ji)作(zuo)物,把(ba)收(shou)(shou)成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)農(nong)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)作(zuo)為(wei)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)品(pin)再投放(fang)(fang)市(shi)場,這(zhe)無疑是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)新式的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經(jing)營(ying)方式,把(ba)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)資(zi)(zi)(zi)本(ben)(ben)(ben)轉化為(wei)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)資(zi)(zi)(zi)本(ben)(ben)(ben)。這(zhe)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)大(da)變革,具(ju)有(you)轉型的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)意義(yi),表示著新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)方式的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)萌(meng)芽。過(guo)去在研討中(zhong)國(guo)封建(jian)社會(hui)里資(zi)(zi)(zi)本(ben)(ben)(ben)主義(yi)萌(meng)芽時人們(men)較普遍重(zhong)視(shi)手(shou)(shou)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),礦冶業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)品(pin)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)與雇(gu)傭(yong)(yong)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)萌(meng)發(fa)(fa)(fa),也(ye)較多著眼(yan)于(yu)先(xian)(xian)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區域如江南以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)及大(da)中(zhong)城市(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)方式變革,對農(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、對偏遠地(di)區重(zhong)視(shi)不(bu)足,今(jin)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)龍(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)人開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)大(da)西(xi)南的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實例(li)來(lai)(lai)看(kan),不(bu)能(neng)(neng)不(bu)注(zhu)意到(dao)他們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)創造(zao)。龍(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)等開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)西(xi)南,對融洽民族關(guan)(guan)(guan)系,開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)邊(bian)疆(jiang)地(di)區的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經(jing)濟(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)很(hen)有(you)意義(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。在近世歷史(明清)上(shang)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)了(le)起(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)超前行(xing)動(dong),表現(xian)了(le)龍(long)游(you)(you)(you)商(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)幫(bang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)前衛意識和對西(xi)部開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貢(gong)獻,可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)說它是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)歷史上(shang)最早走向(xiang)西(xi)部開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)先(xian)(xian)驅者(zhe)。由于(yu)缺乏(fa)輔(fu)證史料(liao),有(you)待(dai)于(yu)再發(fa)(fa)(fa)掘新史料(liao),現(xian)在也(ye)只能(neng)(neng)做如此的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)推論。
明(ming)(ming)中央政府及當(dang)地(di)政府官(guan)員(yuan)守舊求穩,怕人(ren)口流動影(ying)響邊陲的社(she)會(hui)治安(an)(an)和糧食供(gong)應(ying)豐足,千方(fang)百計下(xia)令強制(zhi)回遷這些在(zai)邊陲安(an)(an)家落戶“二三十不(bu)回原籍”的商民,采用“拿解原籍當(dang)差(cha)”,這實是很不(bu)明(ming)(ming)智的短視行為。官(guan)方(fang)行文如此,到(dao)底各級(ji)政府執行如何?未(wei)見下(xia)文,估計龍游安(an)(an)福商民仍會(hui)“屯(tun)堡(bao)安(an)(an)歇”、“娶妻生子”而長期“生理”下(xia)去,今(jin)之滇省遺民,必有血脈繁衍(yan)的安(an)(an)福龍游商人(ren)后裔。
