紹興(xing)市柯橋區安昌鎮(zhen)中心小(xiao)學,座(zuo)落于千(qian)年古鎮(zhen)安昌,始(shi)建于1907年,前(qian)身為“知恥(chi)書院”。新校舍于2001年9月順利竣(jun)工并投(tou)入使(shi)用,是一所(suo)倡導(dao)成長教育,注重體驗發(fa)展,彰顯生命活力,實現個性發(fa)展的浙江省示范小(xiao)學。
全鎮現有小(xiao)(xiao)學七所(suo)(suo),鎮中心(xin)小(xiao)(xiao)學一所(suo)(suo),完小(xiao)(xiao)為(wei)東昌、大和、白洋、盛陵、九墩五所(suo)(suo),另有一所(suo)(suo)藍翔民(min)工(gong)子女學校(xiao)。有小(xiao)(xiao)學教學班(ban)92個(ge),學生(sheng)3919人(ren),其中外(wai)縣籍(ji)學生(sheng)1835人(ren),占學生(sheng)數(shu)的(de)47%。
學校辦學條件優良,于2001年由政(zheng)府、社(she)會出(chu)資2000余萬元(yuan)易地新建(jian),占地48畝(mu),建(jian)設面積10592平(ping)方米(mi)(mi),綠化面積5000多(duo)平(ping)方米(mi)(mi)。建(jian)有教(jiao)學樓(lou)、行政(zheng)樓(lou)、綜(zong)合(he)樓(lou)、學生餐廳等建(jian)筑,200米(mi)(mi)塑膠田徑場及相應體(ti)育運(yun)動設施。有普(pu)通(tong)教(jiao)室28間,每個教(jiao)室均(jun)配(pei)備了多(duo)媒體(ti)設施;有音(yin)樂、美術(shu)、綜(zong)合(he)實(shi)踐、乒乓(pang)、計(ji)算機、語音(yin)室、多(duo)功能報告廳等專(zhuan)用教(jiao)室16間,能滿(man)足各(ge)門課程的優質教(jiao)學。
學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)立身千年古鎮安(an)昌(chang),在傳承紹興地域文化與發展紹興現代(dai)創(chuang)新精神的基礎上,立足(zu)“鄉土(tu)”,根植“體(ti)驗”,著(zhu)眼(yan)“成長(chang)”,在“堅實(shi)、純(chun)樸(pu)(pu)、奉獻、致遠”的“青石板學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)精神”引領下(xia),以“為而(er)不爭”為校(xiao)(xiao)訓,“成長(chang)教育,讓師(shi)生幸(xing)福、學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)和諧”為辦學(xue)理念,通過造就“純(chun)樸(pu)(pu)、親和”的教師(shi)隊伍,培養了一大批“有教養、肯(ken)吃(chi)苦、悟(wu)性高”的智慧學(xue)子。
在(zai)職(zhi)(zhi)公辦(ban)教師152人(ren)(ren)(ren),學(xue)(xue)歷(li)合格(ge)率100%,高學(xue)(xue)歷(li)教師136人(ren)(ren)(ren),占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)教師數的90%;其(qi)中(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)教師獲得本(ben)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)歷(li)人(ren)(ren)(ren)數63人(ren)(ren)(ren),占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)41%。中(zhong)高級(ji)(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)稱(cheng)教師53人(ren)(ren)(ren),占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)35%;有省、市、縣各類(lei)名(ming)優(you)骨干教師20余人(ren)(ren)(ren)。其(qi)中(zhong)鎮中(zhong)心(xin)小學(xue)(xue)現有26個教學(xue)(xue)班,1231名(ming)學(xue)(xue)生。有教師58人(ren)(ren)(ren),高學(xue)(xue)歷(li)教師52人(ren)(ren)(ren),占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)90%,其(qi)中(zhong)本(ben)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)歷(li)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)60%,中(zhong)高級(ji)(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)稱(cheng)教師占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)50%,有省級(ji)(ji)名(ming)優(you)骨干教師1人(ren)(ren)(ren),縣市級(ji)(ji)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)帶頭(tou)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、教壇新秀(xiu)、優(you)秀(xiu)課教師15人(ren)(ren)(ren),占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)教師數的四(si)分之(zhi)一。
