銅陵(ling)長江公(gong)鐵大(da)(da)橋位于(yu)蕪湖(hu)市(shi)長江下(xia)游銅官(guan)山河(he)段荻港水道(dao)彎曲段中部(bu)(bu),為銅南(nan)宣高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)(皖高(gao)速S32)組成部(bu)(bu)分之一(yi);大(da)(da)橋北(bei)側為巢湖(hu)市(shi)無(wu)為市(shi),南(nan)側為銅陵(ling)市(shi);北(bei)起無(wu)為市(shi)塔橋高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)樞紐,上跨(kua)長江水道(dao),南(nan)至銅陵(ling)市(shi)鐘(zhong)鳴高(gao)速公(gong)路(lu)樞紐。

銅陵長江公鐵大橋分(fen)別由水(shui)上雙層(ceng)主橋、無為(wei)段(duan)以及銅陵市段(duan)引橋、兩座倒(dao)Y形塔(ta)柱,以及各匝道組成,主橋路段(duan)呈(cheng)西北至(zhi)東南(nan)方(fang)向布(bu)置。

2006年(nian)12月(yue),中(zhong)國安徽(hui)省(sheng)(sheng)省(sheng)(sheng)政(zheng)府與(yu)原中(zhong)華人民(min)共和國鐵道(dao)(dao)部(bu)簽(qian)署了《關(guan)于(yu)安徽(hui)省(sheng)(sheng)“十(shi)一五”鐵路建設有關(guan)問題(ti)會談紀要(yao)》,銅陵長江公鐵大橋(qiao)工程入列(lie)鐵道(dao)(dao)部(bu)“十(shi)一五”規劃。
2009年2月12日,銅陵長江公鐵大橋進行水下地質勘探(tan)工程。
2010年(nian)4月(yue)18日,銅(tong)(tong)陵長江公鐵大橋(qiao)動工興(xing)建;同年(nian)12月(yue)27日,銅(tong)(tong)陵長江公鐵大橋(qiao)完成制造招標。
2011年(nian)8月,銅陵長江公(gong)鐵大橋進行鋼梁(liang)制造工程。
2012年9月30日,銅陵長(chang)江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋進入主橋鋼梁架設階(jie)段。
2013年5月,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)4號(hao)墩(dun)主塔成功封(feng)頂,大橋(qiao)鋼(gang)梁建設(she)進(jin)入雙懸(xuan)臂架設(she)施工(gong)階(jie)段;同(tong)月28日,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)主橋(qiao)鋼(gang)梁與南岸引橋(qiao)對接,進(jin)入主跨鋼(gang)梁架設(she)階(jie)段;同(tong)年12月19日,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋(qiao)完成合龍工(gong)程(cheng)。
2015年(nian)4月(yue),銅陵長(chang)(chang)江公鐵(tie)(tie)大橋全面竣工,通過靜態驗收;同(tong)年(nian)6月(yue)28日,銅陵長(chang)(chang)江公鐵(tie)(tie)大橋下層高速鐵(tie)(tie)路功能投入運營。

銅陵公鐵長江大橋(qiao)主(zhu)橋(qiao)工程難(nan)點在(zai)于:1、3號墩(dun)沉(chen)井基(ji)礎(chu)施(shi)工水文地(di)質條件復雜(za),下(xia)沉(chen)過(guo)程中(zhong),遇到了事先未曾勘(kan)探到的(de)(de)卵石膠(jiao)結(jie)層(ceng),使沉(chen)井下(xia)沉(chen)困難(nan);2、中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內首次采(cai)(cai)用(yong)雙節間全焊桁片(pian)組拼鋼(gang)桁梁結(jie)構(gou),由于全焊桁片(pian)制造精度(du)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)高(gao),因此桁片(pian)豎立存放運輸安(an)全風險大,現(xian)場安(an)裝工藝復雜(za);3、橋(qiao)塔根部弦(xian)桿(gan)受力(li)最(zui)大的(de)(de)區段及(ji)邊墩(dun)和(he)(he)輔(fu)助墩(dun)區域均采(cai)(cai)用(yong)正交異(yi)性鋼(gang)箱橋(qiao)面結(jie)構(gou);鋼(gang)箱橋(qiao)面板剛度(du)大,安(an)裝時適應(ying)變形能力(li)差(cha),增加了安(an)裝難(nan)度(du);4、中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內首次在(zai)鐵路(lu)橋(qiao)梁上采(cai)(cai)用(yong)鋼(gang)絞(jiao)(jiao)線斜拉(la)索,對(dui)施(shi)工中(zhong)和(he)(he)成橋(qiao)后每束斜拉(la)索中(zhong)單(dan)根鋼(gang)絞(jiao)(jiao)線之間的(de)(de)索力(li)誤(wu)差(cha)提出了很高(gao)的(de)(de)控制要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。
