艾(ai)溪(xi)(xi)湖大橋位于中國江西省南昌(chang)市,西起北京東(dong)(dong)路,主線(xian)以高架橋型式由西往東(dong)(dong)跨(kua)過艾(ai)溪(xi)(xi)湖南路、艾(ai)溪(xi)(xi)湖和昌(chang)東(dong)(dong)大道,接(jie)艾(ai)溪(xi)(xi)湖南路交叉口(kou)(kou)和昌(chang)東(dong)(dong)大道交叉口(kou)(kou)簡(jian)易立交,東(dong)(dong)至紫陽大道是(shi)南昌(chang)市東(dong)(dong)部(bu)的主出入口(kou)(kou)。
整體布局
艾溪湖(hu)大橋(qiao)(qiao)分別由(you)水上主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)、南北(bei)兩道引橋(qiao)(qiao)、拱(gong)肋、橋(qiao)(qiao)墩其(qi)立交(jiao)匝道組成,主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)路段(duan)呈(cheng)正(zheng)西至(zhi)正(zheng)東方(fang)向布置。
設計理念
艾溪湖大橋采(cai)用(yong)外傾式拱橋作為方案,以對(dui)稱傾斜拱結構與(yu)橋外伸出的半(ban)圓人行道等相對(dui),寓意“張開雙臂、擁抱(bao)藍天(tian)”,也象征南昌市(shi)美好(hao)的未來(lai)與(yu)日同輝(hui)。

艾(ai)溪湖大橋(qiao)主(zhu)橋(qiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)三(san)跨(kua)(kua)連(lian)續外(wai)傾(qing)式(shi)思(si)索(suo)(suo)面下(xia)城(cheng)市鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)桿(gan)拱(gong)(gong)橋(qiao),上部結(jie)構(gou)三(san)跨(kua)(kua)連(lian)續梁(liang)拱(gong)(gong)組(zu)合(he)結(jie)構(gou),中(zhong)(zhong)跨(kua)(kua)主(zhu)體為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)外(wai)傾(qing)式(shi)四索(suo)(suo)面下(xia)承(cheng)式(shi)鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)桿(gan)拱(gong)(gong)橋(qiao);拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)豎向為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)疊拱(gong)(gong)形式(shi),下(xia)層主(zhu)拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)受(shou)力拱(gong)(gong),上層副拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)裝飾(shi)拱(gong)(gong),兩(liang)拱(gong)(gong)間以聯系(xi)件連(lian)接。拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)矩形鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)構(gou),拱(gong)(gong)腳(jiao)底與鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)梁(liang)頂面齊平(ping)并由高強螺栓連(lian)接在墩(dun)頂中(zhong)(zhong)橫(heng)梁(liang)上,拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)內(nei)設(she)鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)加(jia)勁肋(lei)(lei)(lei)。拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)外(wai)露面采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)裝飾(shi)涂料(liao),顏色采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)突(tu)出江(jiang)西革命文(wen)化特色的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)國紅涂刷(shua)涂料(liao)前必須對拱(gong)(gong)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)表面進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)除銹處(chu)(chu)理(li),以保證涂料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)耐久性。橋(qiao)面系(xi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)三(san)跨(kua)(kua)連(lian)續鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)梁(liang)結(jie)構(gou),主(zhu)跨(kua)(kua)橫(heng)向由三(san)個鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)組(zu)成(cheng),即中(zhong)(zhong)間為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)車行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、兩(liang)側為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)人(ren)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。車行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與人(ren)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)間通過鏤空(kong)梁(liang)連(lian)接;鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)梁(liang)底面無橫(heng)坡(po),頂面橫(heng)坡(po)與道(dao)路(lu)一致。中(zhong)(zhong)跨(kua)(kua)車行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)有(you)五(wu)道(dao)縱向腹板(ban)(ban),邊跨(kua)(kua)車行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)縱向腹板(ban)(ban)有(you)九道(dao),鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)梁(liang)頂板(ban)(ban)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)帶U肋(lei)(lei)(lei)的(de)(de)(de)正交(jiao)異性板(ban)(ban)結(jie)構(gou),U肋(lei)(lei)(lei)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)梯形閉口(kou)肋(lei)(lei)(lei),鋼(gang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)梁(liang)底板(ban)(ban)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)帶平(ping)鋼(gang)板(ban)(ban)肋(lei)(lei)(lei)的(de)(de)(de)正交(jiao)異性板(ban)(ban)結(jie)構(gou),在主(zhu)跨(kua)(kua)車行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)道(dao)鋼(gang)梁(liang)內(nei)、拱(gong)(gong)腳(jiao)處(chu)(chu)布置(zhi)(zhi)有(you)4組(zu)用(yong)(yong)于平(ping)衡(heng)拱(gong)(gong)腳(jiao)水平(ping)推力的(de)(de)(de)系(xi)桿(gan),系(xi)桿(gan)均采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)環氧噴涂非(fei)(fei)集(ji)束鋼(gang)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)形式(shi),采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)非(fei)(fei)集(ji)束形式(shi)布置(zhi)(zhi),每組(zu)鋼(gang)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)外(wai)再增設(she)PE防護套(tao);鋼(gang)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)單根(gen)雙向張拉工藝,錨墊板(ban)(ban)下(xia)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)糾偏裝置(zhi)(zhi),錨頭(tou)防護參照可換式(shi)鋼(gang)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)系(xi)桿(gan)的(de)(de)(de)保護罩構(gou)造。主(zhu)橋(qiao)橋(qiao)墩(dun)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)筋混凝(ning)土(tu)方形柱身、鋼(gang)筋混凝(ning)土(tu)承(cheng)臺、鉆孔灌注樁(zhuang)基礎,一個主(zhu)墩(dun)以道(dao)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)界(jie)分成(cheng)左右(you)兩(liang)個橋(qiao)墩(dun)。

2009年6月(yue)30日,南昌市有關部門同意艾(ai)(ai)溪湖(hu)大橋(qiao)工程立項;11月(yue)30日,艾(ai)(ai)溪湖(hu)大橋(qiao)前期(qi)建(jian)設勘察人員對勘測點地(di)質構成進行鉆(zhan)孔取樣(yang)分析;12月(yue)21日,艾(ai)(ai)溪湖(hu)大橋(qiao)工程開造圍堰。

交通監控
2017年9月15日起,南昌(chang)市公安(an)交管局利用南昌(chang)市道路上的動態監(jian)控系統,對艾溪湖大橋(qiao)和(he)昌(chang)南高架橋(qiao)通行(xing)的違(wei)法行(xing)為進行(xing)全天候抓(zhua)拍。
照明設施
2011年9月9日,艾溪湖橋上各(ge)類景(jing)觀、照(zhao)明燈共達12291盞,主(zhu)橋雙(shuang)拱上的LED燈亮(liang)出(chu)各(ge)種(zhong)造型,使其成為一處新(xin)的靚麗風景(jing)。

2017年9月1日,艾溪湖大橋(qiao)不實施收費制(zhi)度(du),全橋(qiao)免(mian)費通行。

2017年9月(yue)15日起,艾溪湖大橋限重(zhong)55噸,限重(zhong)時(shi)間為全天候。
技術難題
艾溪湖大橋在(zai)主橋上采(cai)用(yong)了(le)MIDAS2006程(cheng)序進行(xing)(xing)計(ji)算;結(jie)構為空間體(ti)系,該計(ji)算中(zhong)采(cai)用(yong)了(le)三維有限(xian)元(yuan)模(mo)型(xing)計(ji)算。由于鋼箱梁比較寬,計(ji)算模(mo)型(xing)采(cai)用(yong)梁格法進行(xing)(xing)模(mo)擬;主梁、主拱采(cai)用(yong)空間梁單(dan)元(yuan)模(mo)擬,斜拉索采(cai)用(yong)單(dan)元(yuan)模(mo)擬。
