學校十分重(zhong)視教研組建設,教研組活動中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)落實“四定(ding)”、”四統(tong)(tong)(tong)一”。“四定(ding)”即定(ding)時間、定(ding)地(di)點(dian)、定(ding)內容、定(ding)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心發(fa)言人,“四統(tong)(tong)(tong)一”為(wei)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一進度、統(tong)(tong)(tong)一任務(wu)、統(tong)(tong)(tong)一重(zhong)點(dian)難點(dian)、統(tong)(tong)(tong)一階段測驗,提高(gao)備課質量。在教研活動中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)切實有效(xiao)地(di)解(jie)決實際教學問(wen)題,形(xing)成教師之(zhi)問(wen)通力合作的教學研究(jiu)氛圍。
針(zhen)對學校(xiao)青年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)多的(de)特點,進(jin)行了青年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)自主發(fa)展的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育管理研(yan)究(jiu),制(zhi)(zhi)訂了青年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)自主發(fa)展的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育管理方(fang)案。學校(xiao)建立(li)健全新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)帶教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、發(fa)展期教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)幫(bang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)以及成(cheng)熟期教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)導教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)的(de)三(san)級帶教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du),提出(chu)新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)“一年(nian)(nian)入門,兩年(nian)(nian)勝任,三(san)年(nian)(nian)見成(cheng)效”,促進(jin)骨干教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)持(chi)續(xu)成(cheng)長。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校成(cheng)立青(qing)年(nian)(nian)研(yan)究會(hui),給年(nian)(nian)輕(qing)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)提供了(le)提高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)水平(ping)的平(ping)臺(tai),搭建交流、研(yan)討的舞(wu)臺(tai),積(ji)極(ji)創設條件,開展(zhan)新課標理論學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)以及電(dian)子備課技能(neng)培訓等各(ge)(ge)類活動(dong),提高青(qing)年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實踐能(neng)力(li)、科研(yan)能(neng)力(li)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校送英語教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)去英國、澳大(da)利亞(ya)以及市、區各(ge)(ge)及各(ge)(ge)類培訓,有(you)多(duo)位教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)利用(yong)(yong)暑假參加了(le)研(yan)究生(sheng)課程班(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)、參加英語口語培訓學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)、參加信息(xi)技術應用(yong)(yong)培訓學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)等。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校建立了(le)一支有(you)現代教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育觀念、掌握現代教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育手(shou)段,敬業愛生(sheng),奮發(fa)向上,善于研(yan)究的可持(chi)續(xu)發(fa)展(zhan)的師(shi)資隊伍。
學(xue)(xue)校是區防震減(jian)災科技特(te)色學(xue)(xue)校,編寫了(le)《防震減(jian)災教(jiao)材》的拓展型校本教(jiao)材,建設了(le)富(fu)有特(te)色的”實驗中學(xue)(xue)地震知識網”,舉辦了(le)奉賢區首屆防震減(jian)災演(yan)練活動。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)抓(zhua)住課(ke)(ke)改機遇,實踐新(xin)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng),實現(xian)新(xin)發(fa)展,連續(xu)兩次舉辦新(xin)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)實踐區級大型現(xian)場(chang)展示(shi)活動,產(chan)生了輻射作用。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)被評為(wei)(wei)上(shang)海市(shi)素質教(jiao)育實驗(yan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),上(shang)海市(shi)二期課(ke)(ke)改實驗(yan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)水平A2級學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),奉賢區防(fang)震減災科技特色學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。新(xin)一(yi)輪上(shang)海市(shi)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)行(xing)為(wei)(wei)規(gui)范(fan)示(shi)范(fan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),奉賢區行(xing)為(wei)(wei)規(gui)范(fan)四(si)星級示(shi)范(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),上(shang)海市(shi)健康促(cu)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),連續(xu)三(san)屆(jie)被評為(wei)(wei)上(shang)海市(shi)文明單位。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)求(qiu)實進取,立(li)足長(chang)遠,堅持走內涵(han)發(fa)展之路,將(jiang)成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)培育更多英才的一(yi)方沃土(tu)。
