珠海市(shi)香洲區拱(gong)北小學(xue)(xue)(xue)位于(yu)美麗的將軍山(shan)(shan)下,背山(shan)(shan)面海,與澳門咫尺(chi)相望(wang)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)創辦于(yu)20世紀40年代,1997年晉升為(wei)廣東省一級學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),現有教學(xue)(xue)(xue)班(ban)35個,在(zai)校(xiao)生1658名。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)占地面積(ji)22000平(ping)方米,建(jian)筑面積(ji)12897平(ping)方米。體(ti)育(yu)運動(dong)場館6443平(ping)方米。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)硬件設施齊(qi)備,有校(xiao)園網、多媒(mei)體(ti)電子閱覽(lan)室(shi)(shi)、電腦室(shi)(shi)、美術室(shi)(shi)、舞蹈室(shi)(shi)、師生閱覽(lan)室(shi)(shi)和學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)電視臺等。
拱北小學(xue)工作以(yi)德育(yu)(yu)(yu)為首,堅(jian)持(chi)“以(yi)德治校(xiao),全(quan)面育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)”的方針(zhen),在(zai)全(quan)校(xiao)教(jiao)師中樹(shu)立(li)教(jiao)書育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren),管理(li)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren),服務育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的思想,構(gou)建學(xue)校(xiao)德育(yu)(yu)(yu)目標,即:使學(xue)生具有(you)良好(hao)的道德品質和習慣(guan),扎實的基本知(zhi)識和技能,健(jian)康(kang)的身體(ti)素質和心(xin)理(li),培(pei)養有(you)創新精神,個(ge)性(xing)特長和審美(mei)情操的合格人(ren)(ren)才。

學(xue)校(xiao)根(gen)據(ju)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)年(nian)(nian)齡及(ji)身心發展特點(dian),我校(xiao)以(yi)年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組為(wei)單位,開展符合(he)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)年(nian)(nian)齡特點(dian),學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)參與的(de)(de)探究(jiu)式德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)習活(huo)(huo)動(dong),把(ba)養(yang)成(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與探究(jiu)性學(xue)習結合(he)起來(lai),為(wei)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)開辟了新(xin)渠道(dao)。各年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)根(gen)據(ju)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)際設計(ji)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專題(ti),制訂(ding)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)序列(lie),使(shi)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作目(mu)(mu)標(biao)更(geng)明(ming)確(que),要求(qiu)更(geng)具體(ti),內容更(geng)系統(tong)(tong),增(zeng)強(qiang)意識性和整(zheng)體(ti)性。如一(yi)年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de) “從(cong)小養(yang)成(cheng)(cheng)良(liang)好的(de)(de)學(xue)習習慣(guan)”,二(er)年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de)“快來(lai)參加(jia)健身運(yun)動(dong)”,三年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de)“文明(ming)行為(wei)早養(yang)成(cheng)(cheng)”,四年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de)“美麗(li)校(xiao)園(yuan)靠大(da)家”,五年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de)“助(zhu)人(ren)(ren)使(shi)人(ren)(ren)快樂”,六年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de)“勤(qin)儉節(jie)約(yue)習慣(guan)好”。這和以(yi)往由大(da)隊部制定出(chu)的(de)(de)每月專題(ti)訓練相(xiang)比,更(geng)貼近學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo),形式更(geng)新(xin)穎。德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專題(ti)設計(ji)好之后,年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組的(de)(de)老(lao)師共同實(shi)(shi)施,每一(yi)位老(lao)師有(you)合(he)理分工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),積極配合(he),共同使(shi)本年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專題(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)在全校(xiao)推廣。承(cheng)擔活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)還主動(dong)參加(jia)檢查、督促、調查問題(ti)、統(tong)(tong)計(ji)、分析等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,在要求(qiu)全校(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)做好的(de)(de)同時,這個年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)首先(xian)受到教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),并(bing)成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)全校(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)典(dian)范(fan)。各年(nian)(nian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)根(gen)據(ju)學(xue)校(xiao)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)和學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)際設計(ji)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專題(ti),制訂(ding)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)序列(lie)。德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)專題(ti)全校(xiao)參與。實(shi)(shi)施過程中突出(chu)探究(jiu)性學(xue)習,按照計(ji)劃(hua)——實(shi)(shi)施——檢查——反饋——總結五個環節(jie),使(shi)專題(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)落(luo)到實(shi)(shi)處,確(que)保德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)效能發揮(hui)。從(cong)而使(shi)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作目(mu)(mu)標(biao)更(geng)明(ming)確(que),要求(qiu)更(geng)具體(ti),內容更(geng)系統(tong)(tong)。為(wei)德(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)開辟了一(yi)條新(xin)渠道(dao)。
