在推進(jin)課程(cheng)改革的(de)實踐中,學(xue)校以“故事(shi)校園(yuan)”建(jian)設深化書香校園(yuan)特(te)色(se),以“智(zhi)慧(hui)課堂(tang)”建(jian)設深化課堂(tang)改革,讓師生在這片(pian)教育的(de)樂土成長為更好的(de)自己。
故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)校園,讓故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)陪伴孩子成長(chang)。學(xue)校從(cong)聽(ting)、說、讀、寫四個(ge)方面,構建(jian)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)教育(yu)的(de)(de)較為完整(zheng)的(de)(de)體系。中午(wu)集體聽(ting)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi),每周開(kai)設閱(yue)讀故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)、原(yuan)(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)課,每周給(gei)(gei)家人、朋友(you)、同學(xue)講故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi),開(kai)發(fa)原(yuan)(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)校本(ben)教材(cai),開(kai)展原(yuan)(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)比(bi)賽、中英文繪(hui)本(ben)制作(zuo)、漫畫故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)作(zuo),鼓(gu)勵孩子表現個(ge)性,有(you)的(de)(de)孩子能寫出幾萬字的(de)(de)長(chang)篇故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)。各種(zhong)形式的(de)(de)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)作(zuo)在校園里(li)如火如荼地開(kai)展起來,他們對(dui)寫作(zuo)的(de)(de)熱情、對(dui)讀書(shu)的(de)(de)熱愛被“原(yuan)(yuan)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)故(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)事(shi)(shi)(shi)”這把火給(gei)(gei)點(dian)燃了。
在(zai)“智慧課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)”的召喚下,老(lao)師們(men)(men)致力于讓課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)煥(huan)發(fa)出(chu)生命的光彩。讓孩子在(zai)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)上“用心體(ti)驗,動(dong)腦(nao)思考,學(xue)(xue)(xue)會(hui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)”,參與(yu)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)的全過程,從而獲得良(liang)好的學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)習(xi)(xi)慣與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)方法。每個學(xue)(xue)(xue)年一個教研主題(ti)(ti),“關(guan)注學(xue)(xue)(xue)生課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)方式”“建(jian)設有(you)思維含量的課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)”專題(ti)(ti)研究,聚焦(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的主動(dong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi); 以“目標達成” “課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)提問(wen)”為關(guan)鍵點(dian)的課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)觀察,聚焦(jiao)課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)(tang)(tang)實效。在(zai)專業發(fa)展的道(dao)路上,我們(men)(men)且行且思。
