元代青(qing)花(hua)釉(you)里紅(hong)開光(guang)貼花(hua)蓋(gai)罐1964年(nian)出土(tu)于河北(bei)保定永華南路元代窖藏,通高41cm,口(kou)徑15.5cm,足徑18.5cm。該罐采用青(qing)花(hua)和(he)釉(you)里紅(hong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi),通體施青(qing)白(bai)釉(you),釉(you)層(ceng)凝(ning)厚(hou),釉(you)面青(qing)亮,極為(wei)滋潤。紋(wen)(wen)飾(shi)(shi)豐富,層(ceng)次清(qing)晰(xi),主題突出,全器(qi)紋(wen)(wen)飾(shi)(shi)有(you)10余(yu)層(ceng)。該罐的蹲(dun)獅(shi)鈕(niu)罐蓋(gai)的蓋(gai)面采用變(bian)形蓮(lian)瓣紋(wen)(wen)和(he)回(hui)紋(wen)(wen)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)。罐身的頸肩部(bu)為(wei)纏(chan)枝(zhi)牡(mu)丹紋(wen)(wen)、忍(ren)冬紋(wen)(wen),并有(you)下(xia)垂的如意云(yun)(yun)頭(tou)紋(wen)(wen),云(yun)(yun)頭(tou)紋(wen)(wen)內飾(shi)(shi)蓮(lian)池紋(wen)(wen),云(yun)(yun)頭(tou)之間(jian)飾(shi)(shi)折(zhe)枝(zhi)牡(mu)丹紋(wen)(wen)。腹部(bu)四(si)面用連珠紋(wen)(wen)作菱(ling)花(hua)形開光(guang)4個,開光(guang)內裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)牡(mu)丹、石(shi)榴、菊(ju)花(hua)、四(si)季花(hua)卉(hui)紋(wen)(wen)。枝(zhi)葉(xie)用青(qing)花(hua)渲(xuan)染,花(hua)朵和(he)山石(shi)用釉(you)里紅(hong)涂繪,紅(hong)、藍色交相(xiang)輝映,具有(you)極強的裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)效果。
類似的元代青花(hua)釉(you)里紅開光(guang)貼(tie)花(hua)蓋罐(guan)器物在(zai)世(shi)界僅存(cun)4件(jian)(jian),其(qi)中兩件(jian)(jian)流失到國外,一件(jian)(jian)存(cun)放在(zai)北京故宮(gong)博物院。此(ci)4件(jian)(jian)器物相比,河北省博物館(guan)這件(jian)(jian)保(bao)存(cun)最(zui)為完整(zheng),是中國乃至全世(shi)界最(zui)完整(zheng)的青花(hua)釉(you)里紅極品。
1964年5月的(de)(de)一(yi)天,保定(ding)市建筑公(gong)司的(de)(de)工人在永華路南小(xiao)學(xue)一(yi)建筑工地(di)施工時,發現地(di)下有(you)一(yi)個圓形窖穴,里(li)(li)面排列著一(yi)批(pi)器形高大(da),胎體(ti)厚重、花(hua)(hua)紋繁(fan)密(mi)、色彩濃艷的(de)(de)青(qing)花(hua)(hua)瓷(ci)(ci)和做工精細的(de)(de)藍釉(you)描金瓷(ci)(ci)器。其中就(jiu)有(you)青(qing)花(hua)(hua)釉(you)里(li)(li)紅鏤(lou)雕開光蓋(gai)罐兩(liang)件(jian),此外還有(you)青(qing)花(hua)(hua)海水(shui)龍(long)紋帶蓋(gai)八(ba)(ba)棱梅瓶2件(jian)、青(qing)花(hua)(hua)八(ba)(ba)棱玉壺春小(xiao)瓶1件(jian)、青(qing)花(hua)(hua)八(ba)(ba)棱執壺1件(jian),共6件(jian)元青(qing)花(hua)(hua),還有(you)其他種類的(de)(de)瓷(ci)(ci)器5件(jian)。
元(yuan)青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)釉里(li)(li)紅鏤(lou)雕(diao)蓋(gai)罐(guan)(guan),通高41cm,口徑(jing)(jing)15.5cm,足(zu)(zu)徑(jing)(jing)18.5cm。罐(guan)(guan)直口,短頸,溜肩,鼓腹(fu),圈(quan)足(zu)(zu),砂(sha)底無釉。胎體(ti)上薄下(xia)厚(hou),胎質細膩,青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)色彩濃艷,釉里(li)(li)紅略暗。罐(guan)(guan)蓋(gai)頂(ding)堆塑坐獅鈕(niu)。通體(ti)青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)釉里(li)(li)紅紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)飾。罐(guan)(guan)蓋(gai)繪(hui)(hui)青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)蓮(lian)瓣紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)、卷草紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)、回紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)各一(yi)周。罐(guan)(guan)身近(jin)口沿處(chu)繪(hui)(hui)青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)纏枝(zhi)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)、卷草紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)各一(yi)周。肩部(bu)(bu)繪(hui)(hui)下(xia)垂如意云(yun)頭(tou)(tou)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen),云(yun)頭(tou)(tou)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)內繪(hui)(hui)青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)水(shui)波紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)托白蓮(lian),云(yun)頭(tou)(tou)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)之間繪(hui)(hui)折枝(zhi)牡丹(dan)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。腹(fu)部(bu)(bu)四(si)面堆塑雙菱形串(chuan)珠開(kai)光,開(kai)光內山石(shi)、牡丹(dan)、菊花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)等四(si)季園景,以(yi)釉里(li)(li)紅繪(hui)(hui)山石(shi)、花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)卉,青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)繪(hui)(hui)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)葉(xie),紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)飾有(you)浮(fu)雕(diao)效果(guo)。腹(fu)下(xia)部(bu)(bu)飾青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)折枝(zhi)蓮(lian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),與肩部(bu)(bu)云(yun)頭(tou)(tou)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)相(xiang)對應(ying)。近(jin)底處(chu)繪(hui)(hui)卷草紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)及變形蓮(lian)瓣紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen),蓮(lian)瓣紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)內繪(hui)(hui)倒垂寶相(xiang)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。罐(guan)(guan)型豐滿(man)渾厚(hou),紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)飾層(ceng)次(ci)鮮(xian)明,綜合(he)繪(hui)(hui)、鏤(lou)、塑、貼等多種技(ji)法(fa)。青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、釉里(li)(li)紅互為襯托,紅、藍交相(xiang)輝映(ying)。造(zao)型豐滿(man)渾厚(hou),紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)飾層(ceng)次(ci)鮮(xian)明,綜合(he)了繪(hui)(hui)、鏤(lou)、塑、模印、貼等多種技(ji)法(fa)。青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、釉里(li)(li)紅在作(zuo)品中(zhong)互為襯托,紅、藍交相(xiang)輝映(ying),整體(ti)形成一(yi)種氣度雍容而又花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)團錦簇的(de)藝術效果(guo)。
元青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)釉(you)里(li)紅鏤(lou)雕蓋罐(guan)采(cai)用模印貼花(hua)(hua)(hua)的復雜工(gong)(gong)藝,造型(xing)厚重(zhong)典雅,氣勢宏大(da);裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)技(ji)法(fa)多樣,紋(wen)樣繁縟精(jing)美,色彩(cai)藍(lan)艷(yan)含蓄,彩(cai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)和(he)胎(tai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)技(ji)法(fa)得到完(wan)美的結合,青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)和(he)釉(you)里(li)紅集于一器(qi),白地藍(lan)花(hua)(hua)(hua)與藍(lan)地白花(hua)(hua)(hua)相映(ying)成(cheng)趣(qu);罐(guan)腹部開光紋(wen)飾(shi)采(cai)用貼花(hua)(hua)(hua)技(ji)法(fa),使器(qi)物的平面裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)又(you)增添(tian)了幾分(fen)鏤(lou)雕藝術的立體效(xiao)果,這種集多種裝(zhuang)(zhuang)飾(shi)手(shou)法(fa)于一器(qi)的工(gong)(gong)藝特征(zheng),在珍貴的元代(dai)青(qing)花(hua)(hua)(hua)瓷中也極為少見(jian),當為國之(zhi)瑰寶(bao)。
青花(hua)的(de)呈(cheng)(cheng)色(se)(se)劑是(shi)氧化鈷(gu),呈(cheng)(cheng)色(se)(se)穩定(ding);釉(you)里(li)紅(hong)的(de)呈(cheng)(cheng)色(se)(se)劑是(shi)氧化銅,極易(yi)揮發(fa),因(yin)此對窯室的(de)燒成(cheng)氣(qi)溫要求(qiu)十分嚴格。由于(yu)青花(hua)和(he)釉(you)里(li)紅(hong)是(shi)性質不(bu)同(tong)、燒成(cheng)條件不(bu)同(tong)的(de)兩種釉(you)下彩,要使青花(hua)和(he)釉(you)里(li)紅(hong)都(dou)呈(cheng)(cheng)色(se)(se)鮮艷,燒制工藝難(nan)度很大。元代瓷(ci)器是(shi)中國陶(tao)瓷(ci)發(fa)展當(dang)中的(de)重大轉折(zhe)點,在陶(tao)瓷(ci)裝飾歷(li)史上(shang)有著(zhu)劃(hua)時代的(de)意義(yi)。但(dan)因(yin)元代青花(hua)瓷(ci)器燒制時間短等原因(yin)使其存世(shi)(shi)量較少,元代青花(hua)釉(you)里(li)紅(hong)作品更是(shi)少,存世(shi)(shi)也就更為(wei)罕見。
青(qing)(qing)花瓷(ci)出現(xian)于唐代(dai),釉里紅(hong)則是元(yuan)代(dai)的(de)新(xin)品種(zhong)。以氧化鈷和氧化銅在白色瓷(ci)坯上繪彩,施高溫(wen)釉后在窯(yao)爐中以約(yue)1200℃的(de)還原焰燒(shao)造而成,表面呈現(xian)藍、白、紅(hong)相間(jian)的(de)花紋的(de)瓷(ci)器(qi),就(jiu)是青(qing)(qing)花釉里紅(hong)瓷(ci)器(qi)。這一新(xin)的(de)釉下彩品種(zhong)的(de)出現(xian),是元(yuan)代(dai)瓷(ci)器(qi)生產技術進步的(de)重要標志。
開(kai)光(guang)內(nei)花卉(hui)形似鏤(lou)空,其實嚴格意義上應是(shi)貼塑(su)。已(yi)發現的此(ci)類器物很少,元代青花釉里紅開(kai)光(guang)鏤(lou)雕(diao)大罐的有(you)幾個部分是(shi)模壓(ya)成(cheng)型,然后組合粘貼完(wan)成(cheng),整個過程不存在鏤(lou)雕(diao)過程。
