翻開交道中學的校歷,那一幕幕的驚心動魄又歷歷在目,六七十年代,交道中學在老校長李金銘的帶領下艱苦創業,曾榮獲過房山縣先進學校,八九十年代交道中學沒有什么發展,“進門一身土,出門兩腳泥”的破舊校園,師資力量薄弱,沒有現代化教學設備,各方面成績平平,師生組織紀律渙散,冬天學生頭頂危房,圍著土爐子上課。現在想起來還心有余悸,自從98年8月張貴校長調任學校以來,學校發生了翻天覆地的變化,張校長首先把改善辦學條件美化育人環境作為重點工作狠抓不放,大力實施了校園靜態文化建設工程,通過全體師生自力更生、艱苦創業,動土方、修甬路、修跑道、刷圍墻、植樹種草等,辛勤的汗水換來了清新整潔,優雅怡人的教育教學環境,學校得(de)到(dao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)三(san)(san)季有(you)花(hua)(hua),四季常青,景(jing)色(se)宜人(ren)(ren),鳥語(yu)花(hua)(hua)香,處(chu)(chu)處(chu)(chu)充滿生(sheng)機和(he)活力,從而(er)起到(dao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)種啟迪人(ren)(ren)、感染人(ren)(ren)、陶冶人(ren)(ren)、教(jiao)(jiao)育人(ren)(ren)的作(zuo)用和(he)效果,是房山(shan)區內典型的平房格局學(xue)(xue)校、綠色(se)學(xue)(xue)校、花(hua)(hua)園式(shi)單位(wei)。幾年來(lai)(lai)學(xue)(xue)校發(fa)生(sheng)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)系(xi)列重(zhong)大(da)事(shi)件(jian):2001年8月(yue)學(xue)(xue)校整體格局發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua),由南大(da)門(men)改(gai)為北(bei)大(da)門(men),重(zhong)心北(bei)移(yi);2001年10月(yue)順利通過了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)北(bei)京(jing)市(shi)普通中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)的規范化(hua)驗收;2002年10月(yue)承辦(ban)(ban)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)房山(shan)區貫徹(che)公民道(dao)德規范現(xian)場(chang)會(hui);2003年3月(yue)承辦(ban)(ban)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)房山(shan)區教(jiao)(jiao)委系(xi)統安全(quan)工作(zuo)現(xian)場(chang)會(hui);2003年購置(zhi)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)輛新班車(che),解(jie)決良鄉教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)上下班乘車(che)問題(ti);2003年新蓋教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)、實(shi)驗室(shi)24間(jian),廁所一(yi)(yi)處(chu)(chu),興(xing)建多功(gong)能廳;2001年冬(dong)實(shi)現(xian)大(da)鍋(guo)爐供暖,徹(che)底結束了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)交道(dao)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)土(tu)爐子、土(tu)暖氣的歷(li)史;2004年又添置(zhi)班車(che)一(yi)(yi)輛解(jie)決班車(che)緊張的問題(ti),2004年興(xing)建電子備課(ke)室(shi),開通校園網;2004年成功(gong)的承辦(ban)(ban)了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)北(bei)京(jing)市(shi)家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)現(xian)場(chang)會(hui);2003 、04、05連續三(san)(san)年承辦(ban)(ban)房山(shan)區中(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)足(zu)球賽,房山(shan)區中(zhong)考體育考點(dian)工作(zuo),房山(shan)區高考體育會(hui)考工作(zuo)。這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)件(jian)件(jian)大(da)事(shi),都清晰地記(ji)載著交道(dao)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)步(bu)的發(fa)展和(he)壯大(da)的歷(li)史,說明了(le)(le)(le)(le)(le)交道(dao)中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)在(zai)社(she)會(hui)的聲譽越(yue)來(lai)(lai)越(yue)好,越(yue)來(lai)(lai)越(yue)被(bei)人(ren)(ren)所關注。
