天竺山(shan)(shan)(shan)道觀(guan)位于陜西省山(shan)(shan)(shan)陽縣天竺山(shan)(shan)(shan),始建于唐朝,呂洞(dong)賓、羅(luo)公遠(yuan)祖師興起,后來近千年道佛交(jiao)替,直(zhi)至清乾隆年間王圓吉真人又恢(hui)復殿堂、廂(xiang)房。
巍巍天(tian)(tian)柱,奇(qi)秀險(xian)拔。續脈終南、襟帶丹(dan)江,乃商(shang)洛第一神山(shan)(shan)(shan)。因其山(shan)(shan)(shan)體形(xing)似(si)老子(zi)座騎而名牛山(shan)(shan)(shan)。唐呂(lv)洞賓入山(shan)(shan)(shan)傳(chuan)道,更名“天(tian)(tian)柱山(shan)(shan)(shan)”。清康熙年間,山(shan)(shan)(shan)陽(yang)縣令秦凝奎(kui)游山(shan)(shan)(shan)改名“天(tian)(tian)竺山(shan)(shan)(shan)”。今文獻仍慣用(yong)天(tian)(tian)柱山(shan)(shan)(shan)名。
大(da)(da)凡名山(shan)洞府,多為大(da)(da)德(de)仙(xian)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)修(xiu)道(dao)(dao)闡教(jiao)(jiao),普化有(you)緣之(zhi)(zhi)福地(di)。溯天(tian)柱(zhu)山(shan)道(dao)(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)淵源,東晉葛洪入山(shan)修(xiu)煉,視為其教(jiao)(jiao)派創(chuang)立之(zhi)(zhi)初。元朝全真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)教(jiao)(jiao)風行天(tian)下,邱處機祖師之(zhi)(zhi)高(gao)徒披云真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)人(ren)宋德(de)方任天(tian)柱(zhu)山(shan)住持修(xiu)建元緯宮(gong),規模(mo)宏大(da)(da),教(jiao)(jiao)派隆盛。明(ming)(ming)初蜀地(di)道(dao)(dao)士(shi)(shi)李(li)本善上山(shan)重振龍門教(jiao)(jiao)風。創(chuang)立全真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)半十(shi)方叢林。至清晚期,天(tian)柱(zhu)山(shan)道(dao)(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)隨國(guo)運之(zhi)(zhi)頹(tui)走向(xiang)衰微。此后經(jing)紫元真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)人(ren)點(dian)化,武(wu)當太子坡道(dao)(dao)士(shi)(shi)王圓(yuan)吉上山(shan)闡揚(yang)教(jiao)(jiao)法,曹庭(ting)進、吳明(ming)(ming)慧(hui)、張明(ming)(ming)秀、劉明(ming)(ming)玉(yu)相繼承(cheng)(cheng)傳(chuan)。公元一九一六年,天(tian)柱(zhu)山(shan)龍門二十(shi)一代傳(chuan)人(ren)張至正(zheng)監(jian)院統領教(jiao)(jiao)務,繼承(cheng)(cheng)道(dao)(dao)統,開拓創(chuang)新,辟建雙峰觀,修(xiu)復數處道(dao)(dao)觀,山(shan)中道(dao)(dao)眾云集,教(jiao)(jiao)法興(xing)隆,堪稱陜南名山(shan)。
新中(zhong)國成(cheng)立,天柱山道(dao)教一度再(zai)興(xing)。后(hou)遭“文化大(da)革命”,十(shi)年動亂沖擊,道(dao)觀(guan)毀(hui)壞殆盡。中(zhong)共十(shi)一屆三(san)中(zhong)全會(hui),政策落實(shi),國家重視(shi),信眾慷慨,經二(er)十(shi)二(er)代龍(long)門弟子周理貴(gui)道(dao)長帶領(ling),自(zi)一九八(ba)五(wu)年至一九九八(ba)年歷(li)時十(shi)三(san)年艱苦奮斗,先后(hou)修復(fu)雙(shuang)峰觀(guan),云蓋觀(guan)、朝陽(yang)硐暨鐵瓦殿四(si)處道(dao)觀(guan),環(huan)境(jing)清(qing)幽,教風規(gui)范,道(dao)氣常存。
