嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)南(nan)師(shi)范(fan)(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)附屬中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)是湛江市教育(yu)局和嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)南(nan)師(shi)范(fan)(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)共(gong)同管(guan)轄的(de)完全(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校創辦(ban)于1961年(nian),前身是湛江地區(qu)政(zheng)府創辦(ban)的(de)黨(dang)政(zheng)軍干(gan)部(bu)子(zi)弟學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(雷州師(shi)范(fan)(fan)(fan)第二附屬小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)),隨后經歷了半個世紀的(de)風(feng)雨(yu)歷程,根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校自身的(de)發展需要,幾經更(geng)(geng)(geng)名(ming):1968年(nian)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校更(geng)(geng)(geng)名(ming)為湛江市第二十二小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),1975年(nian)更(geng)(geng)(geng)名(ming)為“雷州師(shi)范(fan)(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校附屬小學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”,1979年(nian)更(geng)(geng)(geng)名(ming)為“雷州師(shi)范(fan)(fan)(fan)專科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校附屬中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”,1992年(nian)更(geng)(geng)(geng)名(ming)為“湛江師(shi)范(fan)(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)附屬中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”,2014年(nian)12月更(geng)(geng)(geng)名(ming)為“嶺(ling)(ling)(ling)南(nan)師(shi)范(fan)(fan)(fan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)附屬中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”。
教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)出(chu)版專(zhuan)(zhuan)著(zhu)5部(bu),論文(wen)集3部(bu),擁有廣東省(sheng) “名(ming)(ming)(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室”和“名(ming)(ming)(ming)班(ban)(ban)主任(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室”各一(yi)個,市(shi)(shi)(shi)級“名(ming)(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室”8個,“名(ming)(ming)(ming)班(ban)(ban)主任(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室”2個。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)憑借自身優勢(shi),摸索出(chu)了(le)一(yi)條符(fu)合本校(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)際的有效的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培訓培養(yang)途(tu)徑,培養(yang)出(chu)一(yi)支思想素(su)質過(guo)硬、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)能力(li)強的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隊(dui)伍(wu)。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隊(dui)伍(wu)整(zheng)體(ti)素(su)質較高,其中(zhong)在職(zhi)特(te)級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)2人,高級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)107人(占教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總數(shu)50%),學(xue)(xue)歷達(da)標率為100%。有42名(ming)(ming)(ming)國家(jia)(jia)級、省(sheng)級骨(gu)干教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),16名(ming)(ming)(ming)湛(zhan)江(jiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局特(te)聘教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研員(yuan),湛(zhan)江(jiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局先后抽調(diao)了(le)5位(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)到(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局,負責全市(shi)(shi)(shi)的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)研究工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),有9名(ming)(ming)(ming)老師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)被湛(zhan)江(jiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局聘為“教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培訓專(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)團(tuan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)”,有36名(ming)(ming)(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)被湛(zhan)江(jiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局確定為“湛(zhan)江(jiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研攻堅組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)”。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)培養(yang)出(chu)來的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)已成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為湛(zhan)江(jiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)研的主要(yao)參與成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan),得到(dao)社會上較高的評價。省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量(liang)評估專(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)(jia)稱贊,我校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隊(dui)伍(wu)整(zheng)體(ti)素(su)質高,含“金”量(liang)大(da),在湛(zhan)江(jiang)市(shi)(shi)(shi)實(shi)屬難得。
學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)不(bu)斷積淀文(wen)化(hua),打(da)造品牌。當(dang)今(jin)中國(guo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)已從(cong)課程改革向(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)立校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方向(xiang)發展,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)競(jing)爭不(bu)再是(shi)(shi)純粹的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)分數比拼,而逐漸轉化(hua)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)化(hua)品牌之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)競(jing)爭。在(zai)這樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)背景(jing)下,文(wen)化(hua)立校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)已是(shi)(shi)大(da)勢所趨(qu)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)認(ren)識(shi)到文(wen)化(hua)立校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要意義,在(zai)根據(ju)附中人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特質、結合周(zhou)圍的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)資源、又依循教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)規律等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎上,確(que)立了(le)(le)“至(zhi)(zhi)誠(cheng)至(zhi)(zhi)真(zhen)(zhen)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)核心(xin)(xin)辦學(xue)(xue)理(li)念(nian)(nian)。至(zhi)(zhi)誠(cheng)至(zhi)(zhi)真(zhen)(zhen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)根本指向(xiang)是(shi)(shi)心(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),現(xian)(xian)代社會是(shi)(shi)功(gong)利(li)而浮(fu)躁的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),在(zai)這樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)環境(jing)下,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)也難免功(gong)利(li)與浮(fu)躁,而丟失(shi)了(le)(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)本質的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)東西——高貴(gui)精(jing)神的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)潤化(hua),真(zhen)(zhen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)應該是(shi)(shi)心(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),心(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)力(li)量培養起(qi)來了(le)(le),知識(shi)和技能會因師生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自覺(jue)追求(qiu)而不(bu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)獲得。至(zhi)(zhi)誠(cheng)至(zhi)(zhi)真(zhen)(zhen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)是(shi)(shi)回歸人(ren)性真(zhen)(zhen)我的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),所謂回歸人(ren)性真(zhen)(zhen)我是(shi)(shi)指尊重個(ge)性生(sheng)命的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)理(li)念(nian)(nian),尊重人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)共性與個(ge)性。在(zai)“至(zhi)(zhi)誠(cheng)至(zhi)(zhi)真(zhen)(zhen)”核心(xin)(xin)辦學(xue)(xue)理(li)念(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)統領下,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)共養至(zhi)(zhi)誠(cheng)風(feng)尚,普行至(zhi)(zhi)真(zhen)(zhen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),確(que)立了(le)(le)“至(zhi)(zhi)誠(cheng)至(zhi)(zhi)真(zhen)(zhen)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)治校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)理(li)念(nian)(nian)和“德以至(zhi)(zhi)誠(cheng)為(wei)先,人(ren)以至(zhi)(zhi)真(zhen)(zhen)為(wei)上”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)德育(yu)理(li)念(nian)(nian),以 “培養至(zhi)(zhi)誠(cheng)至(zhi)(zhi)真(zhen)(zhen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)代公民”為(wei)目標。
學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)創辦(ban)于一九六一年(nian)春季。時值我國(guo)國(guo)民經濟困難(nan)時期(qi),當時湛江(jiang)地(di)委為(wei)了(le)解(jie)決下鄉干(gan)(gan)部的小孩無人(ren)照管的困難(nan),決定創辦(ban)一所(suo)全日制學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),初(chu)擬校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)名“湛江(jiang)市(shi)干(gan)(gan)部子弟學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”,學(xue)生(sheng)全部寄宿。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)由(you)湛江(jiang)地(di)區專員公(gong)署直接領導(dao),由(you)地(di)區教育局和(he)雷(lei)州師(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)共同管理。首(shou)任校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)主任(校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長)由(you)雷(lei)州師(shi)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)陳嘉(jia)葆校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長兼(jian)任。后定名為(wei)“雷(lei)州師(shi)范(fan)(fan)第二(er)附(fu)屬小學(xue)”。
文革期間,學(xue)校(xiao)受到了沖擊,雷州師(shi)范學(xue)校(xiao)搬往高州,一九六八年秋季湛(zhan)江(jiang)(jiang)地委決定將附二(er)小(xiao)(xiao)交湛(zhan)江(jiang)(jiang)市政府(fu),由市教(jiao)育局管理。校(xiao)名改(gai)為“湛(zhan)江(jiang)(jiang)市第二(er)十二(er)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)”,取消(xiao)寄宿制,按地區(qu)劃片招生(sheng)。
一九七(qi)五年秋季,雷州師(shi)范學(xue)校從高州搬(ban)回湛江,湛江地(di)委決(jue)定將學(xue)校收回,由雷州師(shi)范學(xue)校直(zhi)接管理。
一九(jiu)七九(jiu)年(nian)雷(lei)州師范學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)升(sheng)格為(wei)“雷(lei)州師范專科學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)更名為(wei)“雷(lei)州師范專科學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)附屬(shu)中學(xue)”,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)仍由雷(lei)州師專直接(jie)管(guan)理(li)。上級(ji)每年(nian)撥給附中的經(jing)費不(bu)足四萬元(含教職工薪水)。
一九八八年湛(zhan)(zhan)江(jiang)市(shi)(shi)改為地級市(shi)(shi),(取消地委)學校管理體制變動,由原來雷(lei)(lei)州師專單獨管理改為雷(lei)(lei)州師專和湛(zhan)(zhan)江(jiang)市(shi)(shi)教委共(gong)同(tong)管理,經費由湛(zhan)(zhan)江(jiang)市(shi)(shi)財(cai)政撥款。
一(yi)九(jiu)九(jiu)二年,“雷州(zhou)師(shi)范專科學(xue)校(xiao)”升格(ge)為“湛江師(shi)范學(xue)院”,學(xue)校(xiao)定名為“湛江師(shi)范學(xue)院附屬中學(xue)”。
二零一四年(nian),“湛江師范學(xue)(xue)院”升格為“嶺南師范學(xue)(xue)院”,學(xue)(xue)校定(ding)名(ming)為“嶺南師范學(xue)(xue)院附屬中學(xue)(xue)”。
