UPS電源故障與維修方法
1、有市電時UPS輸出正常,而無市電時蜂鳴器長鳴,無輸出。
故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)分析:從現象(xiang)判(pan)斷為(wei)蓄(xu)電池和逆(ni)變(bian)器(qi)部分故(gu)(gu)障(zhang),可(ke)按以下程序檢查(cha):
檢查蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,看(kan)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池是否充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不足,若蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不足,則(ze)要(yao)檢查是蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池本身的故(gu)障還是充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路故(gu)障。
若蓄電池(chi)工作(zuo)電壓正常(chang),檢查(cha)逆(ni)變器(qi)驅動(dong)電路工作(zuo)是否正常(chang),若驅動(dong)電路輸出正常(chang),說(shuo)明逆(ni)變器(qi)損(sun)壞。
若(ruo)逆變(bian)器(qi)驅動電(dian)路工作不正常,則檢(jian)查波形產生電(dian)路有無(wu)PWM控制信號輸出,若(ruo)有控制信號輸出,說明故障(zhang)在逆變(bian)器(qi)驅動電(dian)路。
若(ruo)波(bo)形產生電(dian)路無PWM控制信(xin)號輸出,則檢查(cha)其輸出是否因(yin)保護電(dian)路工作而(er)封鎖,若(ruo)有(you)則查(cha)明(ming)保護原因(yin);
若保(bao)護(hu)電路(lu)(lu)沒有工(gong)(gong)作且工(gong)(gong)作電壓正常(chang),而(er)波(bo)形(xing)(xing)產(chan)生電路(lu)(lu)無PWM波(bo)形(xing)(xing)輸出則說明波(bo)形(xing)(xing)產(chan)生電路(lu)(lu)損壞。
上述排故(gu)順序(xu)也(ye)可倒過來(lai)進(jin)行,有時能更快(kuai)發現故(gu)障。
2、蓄電池電壓偏低,但開機充電十多小時,蓄電池電壓仍充不上去。
故障分析:從(cong)現象判斷為(wei)蓄電池或(huo)充(chong)電電路故障,可(ke)按以下步(bu)驟檢查:
檢查充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)路輸入輸出電(dian)(dian)壓是否正常;
若充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路輸入正常(chang),輸出不正常(chang),斷開(kai)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池 再(zai)測(ce),若仍不正常(chang)則(ze)為充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路故障;
若(ruo)斷開蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池后(hou)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)輸(shu)入、輸(shu)出(chu)均正常,則(ze)說明蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池已因(yin)長期未充電(dian)(dian)、過(guo)放或已到(dao)壽命期等原因(yin)而損壞。
3、逆變器功率級一對功放晶體管損壞,更換同型號晶體管后,運行一段時間又燒壞。
原因是電流過大,而引(yin)起電流過大的原因有:
過(guo)流保(bao)(bao)護(hu)失效。當(dang)逆變器輸出發生(sheng)過(guo)電流時(shi),過(guo)流保(bao)(bao)護(hu)電路不起作用;
脈寬(kuan)調(diao)制(PWM)組件故障,輸出的兩(liang)路互補波(bo)形(xing)不(bu)對稱,一(yi)個(ge)導(dao)通時(shi)間(jian)長,而(er)另一(yi)個(ge)導(dao)通時(shi)間(jian)短,使兩(liang)臂工(gong)作不(bu)平衡(heng),甚至兩(liang)臂同時(shi)導(dao)通,造成兩(liang)管損壞;
功率管(guan)參數(shu)相差較大,此時(shi)即使輸(shu)入對稱(cheng)波(bo)形(xing),輸(shu)出(chu)也會不對稱(cheng),該波(bo)形(xing)經輸(shu)出(chu)變(bian)壓器(qi),造成偏磁,即磁通不平衡(heng),積累下去導(dao)致變(bian)壓器(qi)飽和而電流驟(zou)增,燒壞功率管(guan),而一只燒壞,另一只也隨之燒壞。
4、UPS開機后,面板上無任何顯示,UPS不工作。
故(gu)障(zhang)分(fen)析:從故(gu)障(zhang)現象判(pan)斷,其故(gu)障(zhang)在市電輸入(ru)、蓄電池及市電檢(jian)測(ce)部(bu)分(fen)及蓄電池電壓(ya)檢(jian)測(ce)回路(lu):
檢查市電(dian)輸(shu)入(ru)保險絲(si)是否燒(shao)毀;
若市(shi)電輸入保險(xian)絲完好,檢查(cha)蓄電池保險(xian)是否燒毀,因為某些UPS當自(zi)檢不到(dao)蓄電池電壓時,會將UPS的所有(you)輸出及顯(xian)示(shi)關閉;
若(ruo)蓄電池保(bao)險完好(hao),檢查市(shi)(shi)電檢測(ce)電路(lu)工作是否(fou)正(zheng)常,若(ruo)市(shi)(shi)電檢測(ce)電路(lu)工作不(bu)正(zheng)常且(qie)UPS不(bu)具(ju)備無市(shi)(shi)電啟動功(gong)能時,UPS同樣會關閉所(suo)有輸出(chu)及顯示(shi)。
若市檢測電路工作正常(chang)(chang),再(zai)檢查蓄電池電壓檢測電路是否正常(chang)(chang)。
5、在接入市電的情況下,每次打開UPS,便聽到繼電器反復的動作聲,UPS面板電池電壓過低指示燈長亮且蜂鳴器長鳴。
根據上述故障(zhang)現象(xiang)可(ke)以(yi)判斷:該故障(zhang)是(shi)由蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓過低,從(cong)而導致UPS啟動(dong)不成功而造成的。拆下蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi),先進行均衡充電(dian)(所有蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)并聯進行充電(dian)),若仍不成功,則只有更換蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)。
6、一臺后備UPS有市電時工作正常,無市電時逆變器有輸出,但輸出電壓偏低,同時變壓器發出較大的噪音。
故障分析:逆變器有(you)輸(shu)出說(shuo)明末級(ji)驅動(dong)電(dian)路(lu)基本(ben)正(zheng)常,變壓器有(you)噪音說(shuo)明推挽(wan)電(dian)路(lu)的兩(liang)臂工作不對稱,檢測(ce)步驟如下:
檢(jian)查(cha)功率是否(fou)正常;
若功(gong)率正常,再檢(jian)查脈(mo)寬輸出電路輸出信(xin)號是否正常;
若脈(mo)寬輸(shu)出電(dian)路(lu)輸(shu)出正常(chang),再檢(jian)查驅動電(dian)路(lu)的輸(shu)出是否(fou)正常(chang)。
7、在市電供電正常時開啟UPS,逆變器工作指示燈閃爍,蜂鳴器發出間斷叫聲,UPS只能工作在逆變狀態,不能轉換到市電工作狀態。
故(gu)障(zhang)分析(xi):不(bu)能進行逆(ni)變(bian)供電(dian)(dian)向市電(dian)(dian)供電(dian)(dian)轉換(huan),說明逆(ni)變(bian)供電(dian)(dian)向市電(dian)(dian)供電(dian)(dian)轉換(huan)部分出現了故(gu)障(zhang),要重點(dian)檢(jian)測(ce):
市電輸(shu)入保險絲是否損壞;
若市(shi)(shi)電(dian)輸入保險(xian)絲(si)完好,檢查(cha)市(shi)(shi)電(dian)整流(liu)濾波電(dian)路(lu)輸出是否正(zheng)常;
若市電(dian)整(zheng)流(liu)濾波(bo)電(dian)路(lu)輸出正常(chang),檢查市電(dian)檢測電(dian)路(lu)是否(fou)正常(chang);
若市(shi)電(dian)檢(jian)測電(dian)路正常,再(zai)檢(jian)查(cha)逆變供電(dian)向(xiang)市(shi)電(dian)供電(dian)轉換控制輸出是否正常。
8、后備式UPS當負載接近滿載時,市電供電正常,而蓄電池供電時蓄電池保險絲熔斷。
故障(zhang)分(fen)析:蓄電(dian)池保險絲熔斷,說明蓄電(dian)池供電(dian)流(liu)過大,檢測步驟如下:
逆(ni)變器(qi)是否(fou)擊穿;
蓄(xu)電(dian)池電(dian)壓是否過低;
若蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓過低,再檢(jian)測(ce)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路是否正常(chang);
若(ruo)蓄電(dian)池充電(dian)電(dian)路正常,再(zai)檢測蓄電(dian)池電(dian)壓檢測電(dian)路工作是否正常。
9、UPS只能由市電供電而不能轉為逆變供電。
故(gu)障分析:不能進行市(shi)電向逆(ni)(ni)變供電轉(zhuan)換(huan),說明市(shi)電向逆(ni)(ni)變供電轉(zhuan)換(huan)部分出現(xian)故(gu)障,要重點檢測:
蓄電池電壓是否過低,蓄電池保險絲是否完好;
若蓄電池部分(fen)正(zheng)常,檢查(cha)蓄電池(chi)電壓(ya)檢測(ce)電路是(shi)否正(zheng)常;
若蓄電池(chi)電壓檢(jian)(jian)測電路(lu)正常(chang),再檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)市電向(xiang)逆(ni)變供電轉換控(kong)制(zhi)輸(shu)出是否正常(chang)。
