汽車穩壓器的作用?
汽車電源穩壓器,也(ye)稱電子整流器、電子穩(wen)(wen)壓器。多(duo)數產品表述(shu)成(cheng)可以穩(wen)(wen)定汽車12V主供電回路的電壓,提升汽車動力性能、節省燃油(you),甚(shen)至(zhi)有些產品就直接命名為電子節油(you)器。

蓄電池供電主要保證(zheng)汽車沒發動時的基本電路(lu)供電功能(neng),如:ECU和儀表盤(pan)供電、燈光照(zhao)明等(deng),還要為起動發動機(ji)提(ti)供保障。
發動(dong)機(ji)起(qi)動(dong)后,發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)投入(ru)工(gong)作(zuo),因(yin)其輸出電(dian)(dian)壓高(gao)于蓄電(dian)(dian)池的(de)最高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓,因(yin)此,原本(ben)處于供電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態的(de)蓄電(dian)(dian)池轉(zhuan)為被充電(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)態,汽車供電(dian)(dian)回路由發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)保證供電(dian)(dian)。而發動(dong)機(ji)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態有:怠速(su)、變檔(dang)、加速(su)、減速(su)和(he)巡航,還(huan)有不定(ding)時的(de)汽車空調短時負荷(he),這些都會影(ying)響(xiang)發動(dong)機(ji),導致轉(zhuan)速(su)發生變化,相應(ying)的(de)發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)轉(zhuan)速(su)也隨之(zhi)波動(dong)。
發電機與蓄電池不同,沒有電量儲備,其電量都是由發動機的動能瞬時轉化過來;因此,電路中的任何負荷變化,不論變化大小、時間長短,都要發電機來響應和承擔。發電機的供電響應滯后就會導致電壓波動,使汽車動力及操控性能變差。
汽車穩壓器有用嗎
發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機供電(dian)(dian)(dian)時因(yin)為沒有電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)儲備,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓始終在(zai)(zai)波(bo)動中(zhong),在(zai)(zai)發(fa)動機工作狀態變化范圍越大時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓波(bo)動也(ye)會(hui)越劇烈。這(zhe)會(hui)對汽車(che)工作穩定(ding)性、可靠性造成(cheng)影響,也(ye)會(hui)降低發(fa)動機的(de)點火可靠性、噴油量(liang)的(de)準確性,從而(er)影響汽車(che)駕(jia)駛性能和(he)綜(zong)合性能。尤其是一些小排量(liang)大車(che)身(shen)的(de)款式會(hui)更為明(ming)顯,通常表現為起步緩(huan)慢、加速滯后(hou),油門踩到底車(che)速上不去。
