什么是定壓補水裝置
定壓補水裝置是目前(qian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)空調(diao)采暖系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)常用(yong)的定壓(ya)(ya)補水(shui)設備。在(zai)(zai)(zai)諸(zhu)多商場、廠房和現代(dai)化辦公大樓中(zhong)(zhong)廣泛(fan)(fan)采用(yong)水(shui)或乙二醇(chun)作(zuo)為傳熱(re)介(jie)質的中(zhong)(zhong)央空調(diao)系(xi)統(tong)或其(qi)他(ta)系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)能(neng)自動(dong)穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)補水(shui),較傳統(tong)的開式膨脹水(shui)箱定壓(ya)(ya)具(ju)有安裝(zhuang)位置靈活,無噪音污染(ran),無氣體污染(ran)等優點。因此在(zai)(zai)(zai)暖通定壓(ya)(ya)行業中(zhong)(zhong)得到廣泛(fan)(fan)應用(yong)。
定壓補水裝置用途
1、用于生(sheng)產、消防(fang)、生(sheng)活系統加壓供水,一般稱之為囊(nang)式自動(dong)給(gei)水裝(zhuang)置。
2、用于采暖、空調系(xi)統(tong)中作為穩壓膨(peng)脹補水設(she)備使(shi)用,一般稱(cheng)之為囊式(shi)落地式(shi)膨(peng)脹水箱。
定壓補水裝置工作原理
根據波義(yi)耳(er)氣(qi)體(ti)定(ding)律,質量(liang)的氣(qi)體(ti)在溫(wen)度(du)下,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)與容積的乘積為(wei)常(chang)數。當水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)送(song)至給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管網的同(tong)時,多余的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)進入氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)罐(guan),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)擴(kuo)大并將(jiang)罐(guan)內的氣(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)縮,氣(qi)室(shi)縮小,罐(guan)內的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)隨之(zhi)升(sheng)高;壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)升(sheng)到(dao)高工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)P2時,電(dian)(dian)控(kong)柜切斷水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)的電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)停轉,此(ci)時利用(yong)罐(guan)內被壓(ya)(ya)縮氣(qi)體(ti)的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)將(jiang)罐(guan)內貯存的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)送(song)入給水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管網,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)室(shi)縮小,氣(qi)室(shi)擴(kuo)大,罐(guan)內壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)也隨之(zhi)下降(jiang),當壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)降(jiang)低到(dao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)P1時,電(dian)(dian)控(kong)柜接通水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)重新啟(qi)動,如(ru)此(ci)周(zhou)而復(fu)始,不斷運(yun)行。
定壓補水裝置特點
1、節約用地:普通落地式膨脹水(shui)箱的伸縮(suo)容積靠(kao)膠囊(nang)的收(shou)縮(suo)擴張來實現(xian),罐體的有效可(ke)(ke)利用(yong)(yong)容積僅為罐體總(zong)容積的20%~30%,罐體比較(jiao)龐大(da),而HGPZJZ型穩(wen)壓(ya)膨脹機(ji)組采用(yong)(yong)特殊技術(shu)措(cuo)施,把(ba)膨脹部(bu)分(fen)和氣(qi)壓(ya)穩(wen)壓(ya)部(bu)分(fen)分(fen)開設(she)(she)置,可(ke)(ke)使系統(tong)的絕大(da)部(bu)分(fen)膨脹量儲存于(yu)隔離的膨脹器中,設(she)(she)備的體積利用(yong)(yong)率(lv)可(ke)(ke)達90%以上,因此整機(ji)體積、高度(du)大(da)為縮(suo)小,節約用(yong)(yong)地50%~60%。便于(yu)設(she)(she)備布置、安裝(zhuang),又節約了機(ji)房的土建(jian)成本。

5、遠傳控制:機組控(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)可與樓(lou)宇自控(kong)系統連(lian)接,遠(yuan)程控(kong)制(zhi)補水泵的(de)啟停(ting),并通過每臺補水泵出(chu)口設置的(de)水流開關(guan),檢(jian)測補水泵的(de)運行狀(zhuang)態。
