一、熔斷器的作用是什么

熔斷器的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)主要是:在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)發生(sheng)故障或異常時,由于線路(lu)內電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流劇增,導線溫度升高,熔斷器會在高溫下自身熔斷,從而切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,起(qi)到保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)安全運行,避免(mian)發生(sheng)燒(shao)毀電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)、燒(shao)壞(huai)元(yuan)器件、發生(sheng)火災等事故的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。
二、熔斷器的作用是過載保護還是短路保護
電(dian)路(lu)的常見(jian)故障有過載(zai)和短路(lu)兩種(zhong),用于保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)路(lu)的保護(hu)(hu)器(qi)件(jian)也有過載(zai)保護(hu)(hu)器(qi)件(jian)和短路(lu)保護(hu)(hu)器(qi)件(jian)兩種(zhong),那么(me)熔斷器(qi)是(shi)什么(me)保護(hu)(hu)呢(ni)?
一(yi)般來說,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)主要用于短路保護(hu)和嚴重過(guo)(guo)載保護(hu),因為熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)是需要電(dian)路內(nei)電(dian)流較高,導致溫度(du)升(sheng)高到(dao)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體的熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)斷(duan)溫度(du)才會斷(duan)開的,一(yi)般的過(guo)(guo)載電(dian)流遠小(xiao)于熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)斷(duan)電(dian)流,即(ji)使出現過(guo)(guo)載現象(xiang),熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)也不會熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)斷(duan),因此熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)一(yi)般比較少用于過(guo)(guo)載保護(hu),主要還(huan)是作為短路保護(hu)器(qi)件使用。
三、熔斷器可以過載保護嗎
一般不建議。
熔斷器的熔體熔斷才能起到分斷電流的作用,而熔體的熔斷時間隨著電流的增大而減小的,簡單來說,熔體通過的電流越大,其熔斷時間越短;而熔斷器熔(rong)體對于過(guo)載反應是很(hen)不(bu)(bu)靈敏的(de),當電器(qi)設備發生輕度過(guo)載時,熔(rong)體將(jiang)持(chi)續很(hen)長時間(jian)才熔(rong)斷,有時甚至不(bu)(bu)熔(rong)斷,因(yin)此(ci),除在照明(ming)電路(lu)中外,熔(rong)斷器(qi)一般不(bu)(bu)宜(yi)作為過(guo)載保護使(shi)用(yong)。
