二、摩托車道路行車規定有哪些

1、不同道路：在(zai)(zai)(zai)劃分(fen)機(ji)動車(che)(che)(che)道和(he)非(fei)機(ji)動車(che)(che)(che)道的道路上(shang)，摩托(tuo)(tuo)車(che)(che)(che)在(zai)(zai)(zai)機(ji)動車(che)(che)(che)道行駛(shi)(shi)，輕便摩托(tuo)(tuo)車(che)(che)(che)在(zai)(zai)(zai)機(ji)動車(che)(che)(che)道內(nei)靠右(you)行駛(shi)(shi)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)沒有劃分(fen)中心(xin)線和(he)機(ji)動車(che)(che)(che)道與非(fei)機(ji)動車(che)(che)(che)道的道路上(shang)，二輪摩托(tuo)(tuo)車(che)(che)(che)和(he)輕便摩托(tuo)(tuo)車(che)(che)(che)應在(zai)(zai)(zai)道路中心(xin)右(you)側行駛(shi)(shi)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)沒有交通(tong)(tong)信號的道路上(shang)，應當在(zai)(zai)(zai)確保安全、暢通(tong)(tong)的原則下通(tong)(tong)行。

2、速度：機動車上路(lu)行(xing)(xing)駛(shi)(shi)，不(bu)得超(chao)過限速(su)標志(zhi)標明(ming)的最(zui)高時速(su)，在沒(mei)有限速(su)標志(zhi)的路(lu)段行(xing)(xing)駛(shi)(shi)，應當保持安全車速(su)。夜間或(huo)在容易發(fa)生(sheng)危險的路(lu)段行(xing)(xing)駛(shi)(shi)，以(yi)及遇有沙土路(lu)、冰(bing)雹、雨、雪、霧、結冰(bing)等時，應當降低行(xing)(xing)駛(shi)(shi)速(su)度(du)。
