四、防雷排插原理是什么
市面上(shang)防雷(lei)的方式主(zhu)要有(you)三種:
1、將壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)敏(min)(min)電(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)并(bing)接于(yu)(yu)被保(bao)護(hu)的(de)IC或設(she)(she)備電(dian)路(lu)上,當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)瞬間高于(yu)(yu)某一數值(zhi)時(shi),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)敏(min)(min)電(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)阻(zu)值(zhi)迅(xun)速下降,導通大電(dian)流,從而保(bao)護(hu)IC或電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)設(she)(she)備;當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)敏(min)(min)電(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)值(zhi)時(shi),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)敏(min)(min)電(dian)阻(zu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)阻(zu)值(zhi)極高,近乎開路(lu),因而不會影響器(qi)(qi)(qi)件或電(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)設(she)(she)備的(de)正常工(gong)(gong)作。
2、將壓(ya)(ya)敏電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻并聯在電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中使用(yong),當L-N時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻兩端(duan)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)發生急(ji)劇變化,在額定的范圍(wei)內,會吸收高壓(ya)(ya),并通過(guo)陶瓷(ci)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)管釋放(fang);當超(chao)出額定范圍(wei)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻短(duan)路(lu),形(xing)成短(duan)路(lu)信號(hao),導致使用(yong)場所(suo)的空(kong)氣保(bao)護開關分(fen)斷,起到保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)器和設備的作用(yong)。
3、通過陶瓷(ci)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)管將(jiang)雷電(dian)(dian)與雷電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)磁脈沖(chong)的能(neng)量通過大地(di)泄放(fang),并(bing)且應符合層次(ci)性原則,即盡可能(neng)多、盡可能(neng)遠(yuan)地(di)將(jiang)多余能(neng)量在引入電(dian)(dian)路系(xi)統或者通信系(xi)統之(zhi)前泄放(fang)入地(di);層次(ci)性就是(shi)按(an)照所設立的防雷保護區分層次(ci)對雷電(dian)(dian)能(neng)量進行削弱。
五、防雷插座怎么使用
1、防雷插(cha)座(zuo)機(ji)架式(shi)防雷插(cha)座(zuo)按下電源(yuan)開(kai)關按鈕后,接(jie)地(di)指示燈亮(liang)(黃色(se)),表(biao)示已(yi)可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di);工(gong)作指示燈亮(liang)(綠色(se)),表(biao)示防雷組件正(zheng)常工(gong)作;電源(yuan)指示燈亮(liang)(紅(hong)色(se)),表(biao)示電源(yuan)正(zheng)常接(jie)通。
2、品牌防雷插座負載功率不能超過防雷插座的額定功率。
3、防雷插(cha)座的(de)接地端子與插(cha)頭地線E端已連通。
4、與防(fang)(fang)雷(lei)插(cha)座相(xiang)連(lian)的(de)(de)插(cha)座地(di)線(xian)端接地(di)符合要求時,將防(fang)(fang)雷(lei)插(cha)座的(de)(de)插(cha)頭直接插(cha)入即可(ke);否則,必須將防(fang)(fang)雷(lei)插(cha)座的(de)(de)接地(di)端子與地(di)網(wang)連(lian)接后才能使(shi)用。為(wei)了達到更好的(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)雷(lei)效(xiao)果,建議將防(fang)(fang)雷(lei)插(cha)座的(de)(de)接地(di)端子與地(di)網(wang)可(ke)靠連(lian)接。
5、防雷插(cha)座在使(shi)用期間,應定期檢(jian)測并(bing)查看指示(shi)燈工作(zuo)狀態是否(fou)正常。
