1.腳踝扭傷
如(ru)果是在運動(dong)扭傷(shang)(shang)(shang),第一(yi)步就(jiu)是要(yao)立刻停止運動(dong),不要(yao)再轉動(dong)已受傷(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)關節,否(fou)則只會讓(rang)關節受到更大(da)的(de)傷(shang)(shang)(shang)害。其次是冰敷,可以(yi)用塑料袋裝一(yi)些冰塊(kuai),再加點水(shui)敷在受傷(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)地方,每敷15分鐘(zhong)后休息(xi)5分鐘(zhong),這(zhe)樣(yang)重復一(yi)兩個小(xiao)時左右,然后再用彈性繃帶包住受傷(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)關節。還有,每天(tian)都要(yao)把受傷(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)部(bu)位抬高,以(yi)避免發生腫脹(zhang)。
2.腰部扭傷
腰部(bu)(bu)扭傷(shang)多由搬動重(zhong)(zhong)物、躬身取物、打呵欠(qian)、運動、抬(tai)提重(zhong)(zhong)物時(shi)(shi)肌(ji)肉神經運動不協調(diao)、用力(li)過猛所致。腰部(bu)(bu)扭傷(shang)后,最重(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)是(shi)休息,要靜(jing)臥硬板床休息,腰兩側最好用枕(zhen)頭(tou)或沙袋擠擋,使其少動。雙(shuang)手自抱雙(shuang)膝,可以減(jian)輕(qing)疼痛(tong)。同(tong)時(shi)(shi),局部(bu)(bu)熱敷或做手導引,可增進(jin)血(xue)液循(xun)環(huan),加速水腫(zhong)、血(xue)腫(zhong)的(de)吸收。如果(guo)疼痛(tong)感(gan)沒有減(jian)輕(qing),最好到醫院(yuan)接受椎骨復位(wei)治(zhi)療。
3.肌肉抽筋
肌肉發(fa)生痙(jing)(jing)攣(luan)現象,俗(su)稱抽(chou)筋,多(duo)因肌肉突然劇烈地收(shou)縮,或是腦神經組織刺激而(er)發(fa)生非意志收(shou)縮引(yin)起的。手指痙(jing)(jing)攣(luan)可以先(xian)握緊拳頭(tou),然后用(yong)(yong)(yong)力伸(shen)(shen)張,迅(xun)速動作數次直(zhi)(zhi)至復(fu)原為止。手掌(zhang)痙(jing)(jing)攣(luan),首先(xian)握住(zhu)雙(shuang)手使手指交叉,反轉掌(zhang)心向外,用(yong)(yong)(yong)力伸(shen)(shen)張后彎,多(duo)次運(yun)動后即可復(fu)原。腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)(zhi)痙(jing)(jing)攣(luan),要(yao)將腿伸(shen)(shen)直(zhi)(zhi),用(yong)(yong)(yong)發(fa)生痙(jing)(jing)攣(luan)的腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)趾(zhi)(zhi)抵住(zhu)另一(yi)只腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)跟,用(yong)(yong)(yong)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)跟盡力壓(ya)迫(po)腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),使腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)掌(zhang)盡量向后彎。大腿痙(jing)(jing)攣(luan),使腿屈于腹前(qian),用(yong)(yong)(yong)雙(shuang)手抱住(zhu)小腿,用(yong)(yong)(yong)力內收(shou)數次,然后將腿伸(shen)(shen)直(zhi)(zhi),如此(ci)反復(fu)多(duo)次。
