1、按結構分(fen)
可分為框架式和塑(su)料(liao)(liao)外殼式兩種。框架式斷(duan)路器(qi)所有(you)結構(gou)(gou)元件都裝在(zai)同一(yi)框架或底板(ban)上,可有(you)較多(duo)(duo)結構(gou)(gou)變化方式和較多(duo)(duo)類型(xing)脫扣器(qi),一(yi)般(ban)大容(rong)量斷(duan)路器(qi)多(duo)(duo)采用框架式結構(gou)(gou)。塑(su)料(liao)(liao)外殼式斷(duan)路器(qi)所有(you)結構(gou)(gou)元件都裝在(zai)一(yi)個塑(su)料(liao)(liao)外殼內,結構(gou)(gou)緊湊、體積小(xiao),一(yi)般(ban)小(xiao)容(rong)量斷(duan)路器(qi)多(duo)(duo)采用塑(su)料(liao)(liao)外殼式結構(gou)(gou)。
2、按用途分
①導線(xian)保護用(yong)(yong)斷路器。主(zhu)要用(yong)(yong)于(yu)照(zhao)明線(xian)路和保護家(jia)用(yong)(yong)電器,額定電流在6~125安范圍內。
②配電用斷路器。在低(di)壓(ya)配電系統(tong)中(zhong)作(zuo)過(guo)載(zai)、短路、欠(qian)電壓(ya)保(bao)護之用,也可用作(zuo)電路的不頻繁操作(zuo),額定電流一般為(wei)200~4000安。
③電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)保(bao)護用斷路器。在不頻繁操作場合,用于操作和保(bao)護電(dian)動(dong)機(ji),額(e)定電(dian)流一般為6~63安。
④漏電保護(hu)斷路器。主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)于防止漏電,保護(hu)人身(shen)安全,額(e)定電流多(duo)在63安以下(xia)。
3、按性能分
分(fen)為普通(tong)(tong)式和限(xian)流(liu)(liu)式兩種。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)式斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器一般(ban)具(ju)有(you)(you)特(te)殊(shu)結構的(de)(de)觸頭(tou)系統,當短(duan)(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)時,觸頭(tou)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動力作用(yong)下(xia)斥開而(er)提前呈現電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧,利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻來限(xian)制短(duan)(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)增長。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)式斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器比普通(tong)(tong)斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器有(you)(you)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)開斷(duan)(duan)能(neng)(neng)力,并能(neng)(neng)限(xian)制短(duan)(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)對被(bei)保(bao)護線路(lu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動力和熱效應的(de)(de)作用(yong)。低壓斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器有(you)(you)較(jiao)強的(de)(de)分(fen)斷(duan)(duan)和接通(tong)(tong)短(duan)(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力,額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100安的(de)(de)塑料外殼式斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器,短(duan)(duan)路(lu)通(tong)(tong)斷(duan)(duan)能(neng)(neng)力約為12千安,而(er)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)式斷(duan)(duan)路(lu)器則可達30千安。
