中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)集團(tuan)是(shi)適應出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)業改革(ge)發展的需要,經中(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)央、國(guo)(guo)(guo)務院批準,于2002年4月9日成(cheng)立(li)的中(zhong)(zhong)央級出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)機構。2004年3月25日,國(guo)(guo)(guo)務院授(shou)權(quan)成(cheng)立(li)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)集團(tuan)公(gong)司,在國(guo)(guo)(guo)家相(xiang)應計劃中(zhong)(zhong)單列,對原(yuan)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)集團(tuan)所屬成(cheng)員單位行(xing)使出(chu)(chu)(chu)資人權(quan)利,承(cheng)擔國(guo)(guo)(guo)有資產(chan)保(bao)值增(zeng)值責任。2011年12月19日,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)傳媒股(gu)(gu)份(fen)有限(xian)公(gong)司成(cheng)立(li)。2017年8月21日,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)傳媒股(gu)(gu)份(fen)公(gong)司成(cheng)功在上海證券交所公(gong)開發行(xing)股(gu)(gu)票(piao)(piao),股(gu)(gu)票(piao)(piao)名稱“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)”,股(gu)(gu)票(piao)(piao)代碼(ma)601949。

集團在(zai)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)的國(guo)(guo)家出(chu)(chu)版(ban)規劃、國(guo)(guo)家出(chu)(chu)版(ban)獎勵、圖書(shu)零(ling)售(shou)市場占有率、大(da)眾出(chu)(chu)版(ban)物銷售(shou)收(shou)入、出(chu)(chu)版(ban)物進出(chu)(chu)口(kou)規模(mo)、版(ban)權(quan)貿易(yi)及輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)規模(mo)等方面均占有大(da)份額,擁(yong)有龐大(da)的作者(zhe)資源和讀(du)者(zhe)群體,擁(yong)有豐厚(hou)的出(chu)(chu)版(ban)和文化(hua)積累,在(zai)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)具有強大(da)、深(shen)遠的文化(hua)影響力。
集(ji)團每年(nian)出(chu)版圖書2萬余種,在全(quan)國圖書零(ling)售市場占(zhan)有率為7.5%左右;出(chu)版期(qi)刊(kan)報紙58種;每年(nian)音(yin)像、電子、網絡等(deng)出(chu)版物2000余種。每年(nian)實現版權貿易1000多種;進(jin)出(chu)口各類出(chu)版物70多萬種,書報刊(kan)進(jin)口和(he)出(chu)口分別占(zhan)據全(quan)國市場份額的62%和(he)30%。擁(yong)有海外出(chu)版社、連鎖書店和(he)辦事(shi)機構29家,海外業務遍(bian)及130多個(ge)國家和(he)地區。
“十(shi)(shi)二(er)五”期間,集團逐步成為(wei)世界關(guan)注中(zhong)國(guo)出(chu)版的(de)標志(zhi)性企業。每(mei)年年銷量10萬冊以(yi)上的(de)圖書(shu)140多種,其中(zhong)當年新書(shu)10多種,《老生》《布(bu)谷鳥的(de)呼喚》《中(zhong)國(guo)經濟改革(ge)二(er)十(shi)(shi)講(jiang)》《牛津高階英漢雙解詞典(dian)(第8版)》《古代(dai)漢語詞典(dian)(第2版)》等在市場大賣。
2017年,集(ji)團資(zi)產總額近200億元,凈資(zi)產和營業總收入均逾100億元,邁上“三百億集(ji)團”臺階。
