1951年,由安康(kang)地(di)區稅務局(ju)主(zhu)持(chi),組(zu)建(jian)成立“地(di)方國營安康(kang)酒(jiu)廠”,廠址(zhi)設在城(cheng)區龍窩,后遷至城(cheng)郊棗園。1983年安康(kang)水災(zai)后易地(di)擴(kuo)建(jian),形成目前公司具有高井、棗園二址(zhi)的布(bu)局(ju)。
1998年元月,公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)職(zhi)工出資(zi)入股(gu)買(mai)斷國有資(zi)產(chan),原安(an)康(kang)酒(jiu)(jiu)廠(chang)整體(ti)改制(zhi)為(wei)安(an)康(kang)瀘(lu)康(kang)酒(jiu)(jiu)業有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)。2002年11月,公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)進行第二(er)次改制(zhi),組(zu)建(jian)設(she)立“陜(shan)西瀘(lu)康(kang)酒(jiu)(jiu)業(集(ji)團)股(gu)份有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)”,構(gou)建(jian)了以(yi)瀘(lu)康(kang)酒(jiu)(jiu)業公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)為(wei)母體(ti)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si),以(yi)瀘(lu)康(kang)銷(xiao)售公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)、金(jin)秋家(jia)電公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)、瀘(lu)康(kang)飲(yin)品(pin)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)、開(kai)缸酒(jiu)(jiu)業公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)為(wei)子公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的集(ji)團構(gou)架(jia)。形(xing)成了以(yi)白(bai)酒(jiu)(jiu)生產(chan)經(jing)營為(wei)主體(ti),兼有家(jia)電營銷(xiao)、飲(yin)料果酒(jiu)(jiu)及純凈水生產(chan)等多(duo)元化的發(fa)展格局(ju)。
目前(qian),公(gong)(gong)司(si)已(yi)發展成為擁(yong)有(you)(you)土地(di)380余畝,總資(zi)產1.5億元,年(nian)產量逾萬噸,年(nian)實現(xian)銷(xiao)售收入1.8億元。公(gong)(gong)司(si)現(xian)有(you)(you)員(yuan)工(gong)1000余人(ren)(ren),其中專業技術人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)260多人(ren)(ren),具有(you)(you)大、中專以上學歷340多人(ren)(ren),擁(yong)有(you)(you)國家評(ping)酒委員(yuan)2人(ren)(ren),省級(ji)評(ping)酒委員(yuan)8人(ren)(ren)。公(gong)(gong)司(si)擁(yong)有(you)(you)現(xian)代化的釀酒生產設施,嚴密的質量檢測手段和完善的管(guan)理體(ti)系(xi)。
