公司設(she)有育(yu)種研(yan)(yan)究院,下設(she)3個研(yan)(yan)究所、1個分(fen)子育(yu)種中(zhong)心、2個南繁基(ji)地和(he)15個生態試(shi)驗(yan)站(zhan),擁有研(yan)(yan)發人(ren)(ren)員60多(duo)人(ren)(ren),其中(zhong)高(gao)、中(zhong)級職稱(cheng)40多(duo)人(ren)(ren),研(yan)(yan)發人(ren)(ren)員學科交叉、搭配合理。每年承擔國家和(he)省(sheng)級水稻、小麥、玉米等(deng)(deng)農作(zuo)物(wu)新(xin)品種試(shi)驗(yan)50多(duo)項(xiang),與省(sheng)內外20多(duo)家農業高(gao)等(deng)(deng)院校和(he)科研(yan)(yan)院所建立(li)了(le)合作(zuo)關系,建立(li)了(le)“企業研(yan)(yan)究生工(gong)作(zuo)站(zhan)”。
建成30多(duo)條含(han)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)精選、包裝的(de)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)成套加工線,配備各(ge)類種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)精選機(ji)160余(yu)臺,日精選種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)能力達3500噸以(yi)上;具有日處(chu)理(li)400噸種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)塔式(shi)干燥機(ji)14套,裝備了(le)“三久(jiu)”和“金子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)”廂式(shi)低溫(wen)干燥機(ji)近200臺,日烘干種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)能力達10000多(duo)噸;種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)倉儲面積9.2萬(wan)平米(mi),擁有種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)專用水泥曬場41萬(wan)多(duo)平方(fang)米(mi);種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)檢驗室面積2000多(duo)平方(fang)米(mi),擁有種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)標準發芽室22個,配備各(ge)類種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)檢測儀器800多(duo)臺。
通(tong)過狠抓(zhua)品牌(pai)(pai)創建(jian)(jian),實現(xian)品牌(pai)(pai)不(bu)斷升級。現(xian)有“大(da)華牌(pai)(pai)”水稻(dao)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)、小麥種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)、大(da)麥種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)3個產品。在(zai)省(sheng)內外(wai)建(jian)(jian)立各(ge)類銷售(shou)網(wang)點3000多(duo)個,其中在(zai)江蘇省(sheng)主要地區已覆蓋(gai)全部鄉鎮。“大(da)華種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi),放心種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)子(zi)”是(shi)廣大(da)農戶的基本(ben)評價。
