布(bu)勒橋(qiao)(英語:Burrard Bridge)是加拿大卑詩省溫哥華(hua)市(shi)(shi)內(nei)一條桁架橋(qiao),橫越福溪的西端,連(lian)接溫哥華(hua)市(shi)(shi)中心及基斯蘭奴區。大橋(qiao)現時有5條行(xing)車線,貫(guan)通兩岸的布(bu)勒街,并設(she)(she)于行(xing)車線兩旁(pang)設(she)(she)有行(xing)人及自行(xing)車通道。大橋(qiao)的裝(zhuang)飾藝術風格令其(qi)成為溫市(shi)(shi)的主要地標之(zhi)一。
1932年的(de)(de)(de)布(bu)(bu)勒(le)橋(qiao)(qiao)溫哥華(hua)市(shi)(shi)政府(fu)(fu)于(yu)1920年代委托顧問公(gong)(gong)司為(wei)(wei)(wei)市(shi)(shi)內(nei)規(gui)劃進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)研究(jiu)(jiu)。研究(jiu)(jiu)報告倡議市(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)在福溪的(de)(de)(de)西端興建(jian)一(yi)條(tiao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)連接市(shi)(shi)中心和基(ji)斯蘭(lan)奴,而工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師約(yue)翰·格(ge)蘭(lan)特亦于(yu)1927年完成大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)初步設計。市(shi)(shi)政府(fu)(fu)于(yu)1929年5月(yue)15日(ri)就大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)集資事務舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)公(gong)(gong)投(tou)(tou);過(guo)半(ban)數選(xuan)民支持市(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)(de)300萬元(yuan)集資方(fang)(fang)案,但(dan)方(fang)(fang)案卻未達(da)致60%門檻而被否決。格(ge)蘭(lan)特其(qi)后(hou)更(geng)改大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)設計,在行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)下方(fang)(fang)預(yu)留空間待日(ri)后(hou)興建(jian)鐵路通(tong)(tong)道(dao)層。新方(fang)(fang)案在同年12月(yue)11日(ri)舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)第二次公(gong)(gong)投(tou)(tou)中獲超過(guo)60%選(xuan)民支持而被通(tong)(tong)過(guo)。大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)于(yu)1930年12月(yue)8日(ri)展開,而大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)上層行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)則于(yu)1932年7月(yue)1日(ri)通(tong)(tong)車(che)(che)。市(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)本(ben)來(lai)打(da)算利用聯邦政府(fu)(fu)提(ti)供(gong)的(de)(de)(de)撥款興建(jian)下層鐵路通(tong)(tong)道(dao),但(dan)聯邦政府(fu)(fu)一(yi)直沒有提(ti)供(gong)該(gai)項(xiang)撥款,此計劃因而告吹。大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)貫(guan)通(tong)(tong)了福溪北(bei)(bei)岸的(de)(de)(de)布(bu)(bu)勒(le)街和南岸的(de)(de)(de)雪(xue)松(song)街(Cedar Street),而市(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)亦于(yu)1938年將雪(xue)松(song)街更(geng)名為(wei)(wei)(wei)布(bu)(bu)勒(le)街。市(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)從1996年3月(yue)26日(ri)起試(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)將大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)其(qi)中一(yi)條(tiao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)改為(wei)(wei)(wei)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。試(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)計劃原定為(wei)(wei)(wei)期六個月(yue),但(dan)因市(shi)(shi)內(nei)駕駛(shi)人(ren)(ren)士大(da)(da)(da)力(li)反(fan)對而于(yu)一(yi)星(xing)(xing)期后(hou)結束。 市(shi)(shi)議會于(yu)2009年5月(yue)7日(ri)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)方(fang)(fang)案,將大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)南行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)慢(man)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)改為(wei)(wei)(wei)南行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)專線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、北(bei)(bei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)(ren)和自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)改為(wei)(wei)(wei)北(bei)(bei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)專線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、以及將南行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)(ren)和自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)通(tong)(tong)道(dao)改為(wei)(wei)(wei)來(lai)回行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)(ren)專線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);南行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)汽(qi)車(che)(che)交通(tong)(tong)因此由三條(tiao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)減(jian)少至兩條(tiao)。計劃實(shi)施(shi)兩星(xing)(xing)期后(hou),市(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)稱(cheng)橋(qiao)(qiao)上的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)流量(liang)(liang)上升(sheng)約(yue)30%,汽(qi)車(che)(che)流量(liang)(liang)則略為(wei)(wei)(wei)減(jian)少。區內(nei)商戶(hu)則指出計劃實(shi)施(shi)以來(lai),他們的(de)(de)(de)營業(ye)額大(da)(da)(da)幅(fu)減(jian)少。
