石(shi)泉水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)位于陜西石(shi)泉縣(xian)漢江(jiang)上游,是漢江(jiang)上游河段梯(ti)級開發(fa)的(de)第(di)2個梯(ti)級電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan),是陜西電(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)調峰電(dian)(dian)廠。水電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)擴(kuo)機工(gong)程屬(shu)陜西省(sheng)“九五”重點建(jian)設項目,“二十項興陜項目”工(gong)程之一。控制流域面積24000平(ping)方公(gong)里(li),多年平(ping)均流量372立(li)方米/秒,設計洪水流量21500立(li)方米/秒。總庫容為4.4億(yi)立(li)方米,設計灌溉面積0.4萬(wan)畝,裝(zhuang)機容量13.5萬(wan)千(qian)瓦。以發(fa)電(dian)(dian)為主(zhu),兼有灌溉、防(fang)洪、漁業等綜(zong)合效益。
工程概況
石泉水力發電廠位于漢江上游陜西省石泉縣境內,是70年代漢江上游建成(cheng)的首座中型(xing)水電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)。 電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)于(yu)1971年(nian)動工(gong),1973年(nian)第一臺機組發(fa)電(dian)(dian),到1975年(nian)3臺單機容量為4.5萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)的水力(li)機組全(quan)部投產發(fa)電(dian)(dian),總裝機容量達到13.5萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa),設計年(nian)均發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量6.5億千(qian)瓦(wa)時。工(gong)程總投資1.94億元,已于(yu)1981年(nian)收回全(quan)部投資。現有(you)職(zhi)工(gong)人數602人。
石泉水電站擴機(ji)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)屬(shu)陜西省“九(jiu)五”重點建設項目。“二十(shi)項興陜項目”工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)之(zhi)一。1998年(nian)(nian)9月(yue)(yue)29日(ri)主體工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)全面開工(gong),2000年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)23日(ri)首臺(tai)機(ji)組發電,2002年(nian)(nian)1月(yue)(yue)通過工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng) 竣工(gong)安全鑒定(ding)。
所在(zai)河流為(wei)(wei)漢(han)水(shui)(shui),控制流域面積24000平方公里,多年平均流量(liang)372立方米(mi)/秒,設(she)計(ji)洪水(shui)(shui)流量(liang)21500立方米(mi)/秒。總庫容為(wei)(wei)4.4億(yi)立方米(mi),設(she)計(ji)灌(guan)溉(gai)面積0.4萬畝,裝(zhuang)機容量(liang)13.5萬千瓦。主壩(ba)壩(ba)型為(wei)(wei)混凝土空腹重(zhong)力壩(ba),最大壩(ba)高65米(mi),壩(ba)頂長度353米(mi),壩(ba)基巖石為(wei)(wei)石英片巖。壩(ba)體(ti)工程量(liang) 37萬立方米(mi),主要泄洪方式為(wei)(wei)壩(ba)頂溢流。
建筑設計
錨索加固工程
石泉水電站二(er)期工(gong)程發電廠房為(wei)岸邊式(shi),機(ji)坑開挖深(shen)度(du)約 42米。在(zai)機(ji)坑開挖過程中,邊坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)表層發生了2 次崩塌(ta)性(xing)(xing)破壞,在(zai)廠房和(he)邊坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)之間形成一個(ge)“月(yue)牙(ya)”形空缺。根(gen)據崩塌(ta)后揭露的(de)(de)地質構造特性(xing)(xing),分(fen)析了高邊坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)的(de)(de)崩塌(ta)機(ji)理。在(zai)此基礎上(shang),擬定(ding)加固方(fang)(fang)案(an),并用(yong)極限平衡法(fa)優化出合理的(de)(de)錨(mao)索錨(mao)固力(li),用(yong)二(er)維(wei)接觸(chu)非線性(xing)(xing)有限元分(fen)析邊坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)巖體(ti)與混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)框架之間的(de)(de)相互作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong);根(gen)據數值(zhi)仿真計算結(jie)(jie)果,作(zuo)(zuo)出了在(zai)“月(yue)牙(ya)”形空缺處修建(jian)混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)框架結(jie)(jie)構的(de)(de)邊坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)綜(zong)合治理加固方(fang)(fang)案(an),其目的(de)(de)是利用(yong)混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)框架結(jie)(jie)構的(de)(de)適度(du)變形所產(chan)生的(de)(de)彈性(xing)(xing)抗力(li)來增加邊坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)坡(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)腳的(de)(de)穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)。石泉壩址控(kong)制(zhi)漢江流域(yu)面積2.34萬(wan)平方(fang)(fang)公里(li),多年平均(jun)流量341立方(fang)(fang)米/秒。工(gong)程按(an)百年一遇洪水設計,500年一遇洪水校核(he)。水庫正常蓄水位410米,庫容3.24億立方(fang)(fang)米,有效庫容2.27億立方(fang)(fang)米,為(wei)不完全季調節水庫。
Ⅱ等2級工程
大壩(ba)為混(hun)凝土(tu)空腹重力壩(ba)及實體重力壩(ba),最大壩(ba)高5米(mi),壩(ba)頂高程(cheng)416米(mi),壩(ba)頂全長352米(mi),壩(ba)頂寬16米(mi)。電(dian)(dian)站廠(chang)房(fang)為壩(ba)后式,安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)3臺4.5萬(wan)(wan)千瓦混(hun)流式水(shui)(shui)輪(lun)發電(dian)(dian)機組,總(zong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機容量(liang)13.5萬(wan)(wan)千瓦;1998年又在下游(you)尾水(shui)(shui)左(zuo)岸(an)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)2臺4.5萬(wan)(wan)千瓦機組,為短(duan)洞引水(shui)(shui)岸(an)邊式廠(chang)房(fang),1洞2機,利用石泉(quan)大壩(ba)棄水(shui)(shui)發電(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)站總(zong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機容量(liang)22.5萬(wan)(wan)千瓦。

工程概況
1989年按現行設(she)計規(gui)范對石泉(quan)水電站(zhan)大壩(ba)(ba)進行安(an)全復(fu)核,復(fu)核結果表明當大壩(ba)(ba)宣泄千年一遇洪水時,左(zuo)右非溢流壩(ba)(ba)段的壩(ba)(ba)踵(zhong)產生拉應(ying)力(li)(li)。為此決(jue)定(ding)采(cai)用以(yi)大噸位預(yu)應(ying)力(li)(li)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo)(suo)為主、基礎灌漿消(xiao)除(chu)揚壓(ya)力(li)(li)為輔的加固方案。經過設(she)計計算,需在(zai)壩(ba)(ba)頂安(an)設(she)30束(shu)預(yu)應(ying)力(li)(li)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo)(suo),錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo)(suo)分6000kN和8000kN兩種(zhong),總(zong)噸位176.52MN。采(cai)用如此規(gui)模的預(yu)應(ying)力(li)(li)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo)(suo)加固壩(ba)(ba)體,在(zai)國內尚屬首次。局科研所于1994年6月開始,到1995年7月30日完成(cheng)29束(shu)600噸 級、1束(shu)800噸級預(yu)應(ying)力(li)(li)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo)(suo)的施工,有7束(shu)錨(mao)(mao)(mao)索(suo)(suo)中做了試驗(yan)。
施工情況
在大(da)(da)壩頂面鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)深度(du)(du)最大(da)(da)達(da)75米(mi)(mi)錨(mao)索(suo)孔(kong)(kong)(kong),既要確保鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)垂(chui)直度(du)(du),又不能破(po)壞壩體。鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)使用(yong) SGZ-Ⅲ鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)機(ji)(ji),鋼粒鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)進。鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)中對(dui)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)機(ji)(ji)采取(qu)特(te)殊固定措(cuo)施,并(bing)使用(yong)變徑鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)桿和長鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)具,使得孔(kong)(kong)(kong)斜(xie)均小于(yu)3‰。錨(mao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)位(wei)于(yu)基巖(yan)的(de)部分還(huan)進行了帷幕和固結灌(guan)漿(jiang)。錨(mao)索(suo)索(suo)體每束(shu)(shu)分別由33根(gen)或43高根(gen)鋼絞線組成(cheng),長度(du)(du)為43.5~77 米(mi)(mi),重量為1.5~3.2噸。下(xia)束(shu)(shu)前,對(dui)束(shu)(shu)體按設計要求進行了臨時(shi)和長期防(fang)(fang)腐處理(li)。臨時(shi)處理(li)主要是對(dui)處于(yu)錨(mao)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)水中的(de)束(shu)(shu)體,用(yong)石灰水(pH值大(da)(da)于(yu)12)浸(jin)泡。長期防(fang)(fang)腐是用(yong)專門配制的(de)防(fang)(fang)腐漆涂在鋼絞線上(shang)。下(xia)束(shu)(shu)時(shi),用(yong)專門設計的(de)下(xia)束(shu)(shu)車替(ti)代大(da)(da)型(xing)吊車和汽車,放束(shu)(shu)入孔(kong)(kong)(kong)。
錨孔(kong)內錨固(gu)段注(zhu)漿(jiang)漿(jiang)液(ye)(ye)為(wei)(wei)早強(qiang)(qiang)、高強(qiang)(qiang)、微膨脹漿(jiang)液(ye)(ye),要(yao)求(qiu)28天的強(qiang)(qiang)度為(wei)(wei)500#。通過試驗確(que)定漿(jiang)液(ye)(ye)的水(shui)灰比為(wei)(wei)0.34,使用525號中熱硅酸鹽大壩水(shui)泥,另加(jia)(jia)適量(liang)的外加(jia)(jia)劑。為(wei)(wei)確(que)保錨根長(chang)度,采用按孔(kong)徑估(gu)算漿(jiang)量(liang)、注(zhu)漿(jiang)時實測漿(jiang)面(mian)和漿(jiang)體初凝后取樣等(deng)方法,綜合確(que)定實際灌漿(jiang)長(chang)度,并達(da)到設(she)計要(yao)求(qiu)。
在錨根段漿體待凝14天、混凝土墊座澆筑(zhu)1個月后,開始錨索(suo)張拉。張拉時,先用YCW-20Q型千(qian)斤(jin)頂進行預調(diao),再(zai)用YCW-650和YKD-600型千(qian)斤(jin)頂串(chuan)聯進行整束張拉,這(zhe)樣可以解決長(chang)錨索(suo)變形大、張拉困(kun)難(nan)的問題(ti),而且獲(huo)得的數據更(geng)加精確。
在錨(mao)(mao)索施(shi)工中,還在7根錨(mao)(mao)索中做了(le)錨(mao)(mao)固可靠性、錨(mao)(mao)固安全度、群錨(mao)(mao)效(xiao)應(ying)(ying)、外錨(mao)(mao)頭墊座混凝土承壓、錨(mao)(mao)固效(xiao)果、錨(mao)(mao)索體內(nei)鋼絞線(xian)受力不均勻性等(deng)試驗,還在束(shu)體上貼應(ying)(ying)變片測(ce)(ce)定預應(ying)(ying)力。其目(mu)的(de)是確保能安全有效(xiao)地施(shi)加(jia)預應(ying)(ying)力,并(bing)監測(ce)(ce)錨(mao)(mao)索在施(shi)工和(he)運行中的(de)情況。
施工規劃
2007年8月(yue)28日 ,隨著石泉(quan)電(dian)站大壩(ba)監測系(xi)統(tong)(tong)自動化工程(cheng)觀測孔(kong)造(zao)孔(kong)施工完成,不僅展示了水電(dian)三局(ju)基礎工程(cheng)分(fen)局(ju)在大口(kou)徑(jing)觀測孔(kong)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)方面(mian)的(de)實力,也標(biao)志著石泉(quan)水電(dian)站大壩(ba)監測系(xi)統(tong)(tong)更新(xin)改造(zao)工程(cheng)大口(kou)徑(jing)雙金屬標(biao)鉆(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)獲得成功。 該工程(cheng)共(gong)有兩個觀測孔(kong),施工部(bu)位(wei)分(fen)別(bie)位(wei)于石泉(quan)電(dian)站大壩(ba)右岸壩(ba)頭(tou)和左岸下(xia)游修配(pei)廠,設(she)(she)計孔(kong)深分(fen)別(bie)為25米(mi)和20米(mi),施工工期(qi)60天,合同(tong)金額29.7萬(wan)元。 基礎工程(cheng)分(fen)局(ju)于5月(yue)18日進(jin)點,投(tou)入設(she)(she)備(bei)5臺套(tao),施工人員9人,管理(li)人員2人。經過緊(jin)張的(de)前(qian)期(qi)準備(bei)工作,于5月(yue)27日正式開(kai)工。
該工程是石泉電站大(da)壩監測自動(dong)化(hua)系統更新改(gai)造(zao)總體(ti)規劃的重要(yao)組(zu)成部分(fen),工程量(liang)(liang)雖小,但工期(qi)緊(jin),質量(liang)(liang)要(yao)求(qiu)嚴,技術含量(liang)(liang)高,首先是大(da)口徑(jing),開孔(kong)孔(kong)徑(jing)達到275毫米(mi),終孔(kong)孔(kong)徑(jing)達到225毫米(mi)。其(qi)次(ci),孔(kong)斜(xie)率要(yao)求(qiu)較高,千米(mi)孔(kong)斜(xie)率控制(zhi)在1米(mi)以(yi)下。
基礎(chu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程分(fen)局工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會主席、石泉(quan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)項(xiang)目負(fu)責人(ren)王勇社介紹說(shuo),施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)前期,由(you)于(yu)設計不合理(li),孔位(wei)離邊墻較近,無法施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),經過與甲(jia)方協(xie)商(shang),后(hou)(hou)對施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方案(an)進行了修改,確保(bao)了施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)正常進行。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中參(can)戰人(ren)員(yuan)先后(hou)(hou)克服(fu)了材料不到位(wei)、資金不到位(wei)、運(yun)輸工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)具不到位(wei)等困(kun)難,嚴把安全關、質量關,始終保(bao)持著較快的施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進度。
施工要求
為了保證施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)質(zhi)量,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)人員嚴(yan)(yan)格按照技術要(yao)(yao)求施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),開工(gong)前(qian)以及(ji)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)過程(cheng)中(zhong)多(duo)(duo)次召開技術交底會,由(you)于(yu)孔(kong)斜率要(yao)(yao)求較(jiao)高,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)人員每班至(zhi)少進行兩次測斜,并及(ji)時采(cai)取(qu)糾斜措施(shi)(shi)(shi),使孔(kong)斜率控(kong)制在1‰以內。在鉆孔(kong)階段(duan),有效(xiao)孔(kong)徑達不(bu)到設(she)計要(yao)(yao)求,有可(ke)能造成廢孔(kong)。同(tong)時,由(you)于(yu)汛期地下水位變化較(jiao)大(da),孔(kong)內滲(shen)水嚴(yan)(yan)重,要(yao)(yao)保證孔(kong)內無(wu)滲(shen)漏(lou),難以控(kong)制。為了解決這一(yi)(yi)難題,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)人員采(cai)用了多(duo)(duo)種方案處理,均(jun)效(xiao)果(guo)不(bu)理想(xiang),后使用先(xian)進的堵漏(lou)材料,加之多(duo)(duo)年的施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)經驗(yan),順利(li)解決了這一(yi)(yi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)技術難題。
安全檢查
2008年5月(yue)16日(ri),檢(jian)查(cha)組對(dui)對(dui)石泉(quan)水電(dian)站大壩(ba)(ba)安全進行了檢(jian)查(cha)。受四川地震影響出現(xian)(xian)壩(ba)(ba)體裂(lie)縫、滲水和泄水設施、附屬工程(cheng)等不同程(cheng)度受損(sun),雖然(ran)石泉(quan)境(jing)內各水電(dian)站大壩(ba)(ba)安全沒有受到(dao)地震影響,但也(ye)積(ji)極(ji)做好各類抗震措施,認真檢(jian)查(cha),做到(dao)有備無患,防(fang)御災害發(fa)生(sheng)。檢(jian)查(cha)結(jie)果表(biao)明,未(wei)出現(xian)(xian)壩(ba)(ba)體裂(lie)縫、滲水和泄水的現(xian)(xian)象。
為(wei)確保水庫、水電站大壩安全,做好(hao)防大汛(xun)、抗大災的各項準(zhun)備(bei)工(gong)作,確保了(le)水庫安全度汛(xun),確保生(sheng)產安全,為(wei)地方經(jing)濟和社會(hui)發展做出了(le)新的貢獻。
運行效益
電(dian)站安(an)裝(zhuang)3臺(tai)4.5萬千(qian)瓦混(hun)流式水輪發(fa)電(dian)機組,總裝(zhuang)機容量13.5萬千(qian)瓦;
1998年又(you)在下游尾水(shui)(shui)左岸安裝2臺4.5萬(wan)千(qian)瓦機(ji)組,為(wei)短洞引水(shui)(shui)岸邊式廠(chang)房,1洞2機(ji),利用石泉大壩棄水(shui)(shui)發(fa)電,電站總裝機(ji)容(rong)量22.5萬(wan)千(qian)瓦。控制流(liu)域(yu)面(mian)積24000平(ping)方公里,多年平(ping)均流(liu)量372立(li)方米/秒,設計(ji)洪(hong)水(shui)(shui)流(liu)量21500立(li)方米/秒。總庫容(rong)為(wei)4.4億立(li)方米,設計(ji)灌(guan)溉(gai)面(mian)積0.4萬(wan)畝,裝機(ji)容(rong)量13.5萬(wan)千(qian)瓦。以(yi)發(fa)電為(wei)主,兼有灌(guan)溉(gai)、防洪(hong)、漁業(ye)等綜合效(xiao)益。
