石泉水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)位于陜(shan)西(xi)石泉縣漢(han)江(jiang)上(shang)游,是(shi)漢(han)江(jiang)上(shang)游河段梯級開發(fa)的(de)第2個梯級電(dian)站(zhan),是(shi)陜(shan)西(xi)電(dian)網的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)調(diao)峰電(dian)廠。水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)擴機工(gong)程(cheng)屬陜(shan)西(xi)省“九五”重(zhong)點(dian)建(jian)設項目(mu),“二十項興陜(shan)項目(mu)”工(gong)程(cheng)之(zhi)一。控制流(liu)(liu)域(yu)面積(ji)24000平方公里,多年平均(jun)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)372立方米(mi)/秒,設計洪水(shui)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)21500立方米(mi)/秒。總庫容(rong)為4.4億立方米(mi),設計灌溉面積(ji)0.4萬畝,裝機容(rong)量(liang)(liang)13.5萬千瓦。以發(fa)電(dian)為主(zhu),兼(jian)有灌溉、防(fang)洪、漁業等綜合效益。
工程概況
石泉水力發電廠位于漢江上游陜西省石泉縣境內,是70年代漢江上游建成的首座中型(xing)水電廠。 電廠于(yu)1971年(nian)動工,1973年(nian)第一臺機(ji)組(zu)發電,到(dao)1975年(nian)3臺單機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)為4.5萬千瓦(wa)的水力機(ji)組(zu)全部投產發電,總裝機(ji)容(rong)量(liang)達到(dao)13.5萬千瓦(wa),設計年(nian)均發電量(liang)6.5億千瓦(wa)時(shi)。工程總投資(zi)1.94億元,已(yi)于(yu)1981年(nian)收回全部投資(zi)。現有職工人數602人。
石泉水(shui)電站擴機工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)屬(shu)陜西省(sheng)“九(jiu)五”重點建設項目(mu)。“二十項興陜項目(mu)”工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)之一。1998年(nian)9月29日(ri)主體工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)全面開(kai)工(gong)(gong),2000年(nian)8月23日(ri)首臺機組發電,2002年(nian)1月通過工(gong)(gong)程(cheng) 竣工(gong)(gong)安全鑒定。
所在河流(liu)(liu)為(wei)漢水(shui),控制流(liu)(liu)域面(mian)積24000平方(fang)公里,多年平均流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)372立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒,設計洪水(shui)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)21500立(li)方(fang)米(mi)/秒。總庫容為(wei)4.4億立(li)方(fang)米(mi),設計灌溉面(mian)積0.4萬畝(mu),裝機(ji)容量(liang)(liang)13.5萬千瓦(wa)。主(zhu)壩(ba)(ba)壩(ba)(ba)型為(wei)混(hun)凝土(tu)空腹(fu)重力壩(ba)(ba),最大(da)壩(ba)(ba)高65米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂長度(du)353米(mi),壩(ba)(ba)基巖(yan)石(shi)為(wei)石(shi)英片巖(yan)。壩(ba)(ba)體工(gong)程量(liang)(liang) 37萬立(li)方(fang)米(mi),主(zhu)要(yao)泄洪方(fang)式為(wei)壩(ba)(ba)頂溢流(liu)(liu)。
建筑設計
錨索加固工程
石泉水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站二期工程(cheng)發(fa)電廠房為(wei)岸邊式,機坑(keng)開挖(wa)深(shen)度約(yue) 42米(mi)(mi)。在機坑(keng)開挖(wa)過程(cheng)中,邊坡(po)表層發(fa)生了2 次崩塌(ta)性破壞,在廠房和邊坡(po)之間(jian)形(xing)成一(yi)個“月牙(ya)”形(xing)空(kong)缺(que)(que)。根據(ju)崩塌(ta)后揭露(lu)的(de)(de)(de)地質構(gou)造特性,分(fen)析(xi)了高邊坡(po)的(de)(de)(de)崩塌(ta)機理(li)。在此基礎(chu)上,擬(ni)定加(jia)固(gu)方(fang)案(an),并用極限平衡法(fa)優化出合理(li)的(de)(de)(de)錨索錨固(gu)力,用二維接(jie)觸非線性有限元分(fen)析(xi)邊坡(po)巖體與混凝土框架之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)相互作用;根據(ju)數值仿真(zhen)計算結(jie)果(guo),作出了在“月牙(ya)”形(xing)空(kong)缺(que)(que)處修建(jian)混凝土框架結(jie)構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)邊坡(po)綜合治(zhi)理(li)加(jia)固(gu)方(fang)案(an),其目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)是利(li)用混凝土框架結(jie)構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)適度變形(xing)所產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)彈性抗力來增加(jia)邊坡(po)坡(po)腳(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)穩定性。石泉壩(ba)址控制漢(han)江流(liu)域面積2.34萬平方(fang)公(gong)里,多(duo)年平均流(liu)量341立(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)。工程(cheng)按(an)百(bai)年一(yi)遇(yu)洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)設計,500年一(yi)遇(yu)洪水(shui)(shui)(shui)校(xiao)核。水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)正常蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)位410米(mi)(mi),庫(ku)(ku)容3.24億立(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi),有效庫(ku)(ku)容2.27億立(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi),為(wei)不完全季調節水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)(ku)。
Ⅱ等2級工程
大壩(ba)(ba)為混凝土空腹重力壩(ba)(ba)及實體重力壩(ba)(ba),最大壩(ba)(ba)高(gao)5米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂高(gao)程416米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂全長352米(mi)(mi),壩(ba)(ba)頂寬16米(mi)(mi)。電站廠房為壩(ba)(ba)后式,安裝3臺(tai)4.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦混流式水輪發電機(ji)組(zu),總(zong)裝機(ji)容量13.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦;1998年又(you)在(zai)下(xia)游尾水左岸安裝2臺(tai)4.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦機(ji)組(zu),為短洞(dong)引水岸邊式廠房,1洞(dong)2機(ji),利用(yong)石泉大壩(ba)(ba)棄水發電,電站總(zong)裝機(ji)容量22.5萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦。

工程概況
1989年按現行(xing)設(she)計規范(fan)對(dui)石泉水(shui)(shui)電站大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)進行(xing)安(an)全復(fu)核,復(fu)核結果表明當大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)宣(xuan)泄(xie)千年一遇(yu)洪水(shui)(shui)時,左右非溢流(liu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段的(de)(de)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)踵產生拉應(ying)(ying)力。為此決定(ding)采(cai)用(yong)以大噸(dun)位預應(ying)(ying)力錨(mao)索為主、基礎灌(guan)漿消除揚(yang)壓力為輔的(de)(de)加固方案。經過設(she)計計算(suan),需在壩(ba)(ba)(ba)頂安(an)設(she)30束預應(ying)(ying)力錨(mao)索,錨(mao)索分(fen)6000kN和(he)8000kN兩種,總噸(dun)位176.52MN。采(cai)用(yong)如此規模的(de)(de)預應(ying)(ying)力錨(mao)索加固壩(ba)(ba)(ba)體,在國內尚屬首(shou)次。局科研(yan)所于1994年6月(yue)開始(shi),到1995年7月(yue)30日完成29束600噸(dun) 級、1束800噸(dun)級預應(ying)(ying)力錨(mao)索的(de)(de)施工(gong),有7束錨(mao)索中做了(le)試驗。
施工情況
在(zai)大壩(ba)頂(ding)面鉆(zhan)深度(du)最大達75米(mi)錨索孔(kong)(kong)(kong),既要(yao)確保鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)垂(chui)直度(du),又不能破(po)壞壩(ba)體(ti)(ti)。鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)使用 SGZ-Ⅲ鉆(zhan)機(ji),鋼(gang)(gang)粒鉆(zhan)進。鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)中對(dui)(dui)鉆(zhan)機(ji)采取特殊固定措施,并使用變徑鉆(zhan)桿(gan)和(he)長鉆(zhan)具,使得孔(kong)(kong)(kong)斜均小于(yu)3‰。錨孔(kong)(kong)(kong)位于(yu)基巖的(de)(de)部分還進行了(le)帷幕和(he)固結灌漿(jiang)。錨索索體(ti)(ti)每束(shu)分別由33根或(huo)43高根鋼(gang)(gang)絞線組(zu)成,長度(du)為43.5~77 米(mi),重(zhong)量為1.5~3.2噸(dun)。下(xia)束(shu)前,對(dui)(dui)束(shu)體(ti)(ti)按設(she)(she)計要(yao)求進行了(le)臨(lin)時和(he)長期防(fang)腐處(chu)理。臨(lin)時處(chu)理主要(yao)是對(dui)(dui)處(chu)于(yu)錨孔(kong)(kong)(kong)水中的(de)(de)束(shu)體(ti)(ti),用石灰水(pH值(zhi)大于(yu)12)浸(jin)泡。長期防(fang)腐是用專(zhuan)門(men)配制的(de)(de)防(fang)腐漆涂在(zai)鋼(gang)(gang)絞線上。下(xia)束(shu)時,用專(zhuan)門(men)設(she)(she)計的(de)(de)下(xia)束(shu)車替代大型吊車和(he)汽車,放束(shu)入孔(kong)(kong)(kong)。
錨孔內錨固段注(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)漿(jiang)(jiang)液為(wei)早強、高強、微膨脹漿(jiang)(jiang)液,要求28天(tian)的(de)強度(du)為(wei)500#。通過試驗確(que)定漿(jiang)(jiang)液的(de)水(shui)灰比為(wei)0.34,使用525號中熱硅酸鹽大壩水(shui)泥(ni),另加適量的(de)外加劑(ji)。為(wei)確(que)保錨根長(chang)度(du),采用按孔徑估算漿(jiang)(jiang)量、注(zhu)漿(jiang)(jiang)時實測漿(jiang)(jiang)面和(he)漿(jiang)(jiang)體初凝后(hou)取樣等方法,綜合確(que)定實際(ji)灌漿(jiang)(jiang)長(chang)度(du),并(bing)達到設計要求。
在錨根段漿體(ti)待凝(ning)14天(tian)、混凝(ning)土墊座(zuo)澆筑1個月后,開始錨索張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)拉(la)。張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)拉(la)時(shi),先用(yong)YCW-20Q型千斤頂進行預調(diao),再用(yong)YCW-650和YKD-600型千斤頂串聯進行整束(shu)張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)拉(la),這樣可以解(jie)決長錨索變形大、張(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)拉(la)困難的問題,而且獲(huo)得(de)的數據更加精確。
在(zai)(zai)錨(mao)(mao)索(suo)施工(gong)中,還在(zai)(zai)7根錨(mao)(mao)索(suo)中做了錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)可靠(kao)性、錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)安(an)全度、群錨(mao)(mao)效應、外錨(mao)(mao)頭墊座混(hun)凝土承壓、錨(mao)(mao)固(gu)效果、錨(mao)(mao)索(suo)體內鋼絞線受(shou)力不均(jun)勻性等試驗,還在(zai)(zai)束(shu)體上貼應變片測定預(yu)應力。其(qi)目(mu)的(de)是確保能安(an)全有(you)效地施加預(yu)應力,并(bing)監測錨(mao)(mao)索(suo)在(zai)(zai)施工(gong)和(he)運(yun)行(xing)中的(de)情(qing)況。
施工規劃
2007年8月(yue)(yue)28日 ,隨著(zhu)石泉電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)大(da)壩監(jian)測系統(tong)自動化工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)觀(guan)測孔(kong)(kong)(kong)造孔(kong)(kong)(kong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)完成,不僅展示(shi)了(le)水(shui)電(dian)三(san)局(ju)基礎工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)分局(ju)在(zai)大(da)口徑觀(guan)測孔(kong)(kong)(kong)鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)方面(mian)的實力,也標志著(zhu)石泉水(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)大(da)壩監(jian)測系統(tong)更新改(gai)造工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)大(da)口徑雙金屬標鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)獲(huo)得成功。 該工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)共有兩個觀(guan)測孔(kong)(kong)(kong),施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)部(bu)位分別(bie)位于(yu)石泉電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)大(da)壩右(you)岸壩頭和左岸下游修配廠,設(she)計孔(kong)(kong)(kong)深(shen)分別(bie)為25米和20米,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期60天,合(he)同金額29.7萬元(yuan)。 基礎工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)分局(ju)于(yu)5月(yue)(yue)18日進(jin)點,投入設(she)備5臺套,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)員9人(ren),管理人(ren)員2人(ren)。經過緊張(zhang)的前期準備工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,于(yu)5月(yue)(yue)27日正式開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。
該工程是石泉電站大壩監測自動化系(xi)統(tong)更新(xin)改(gai)造總體規劃的重要組成(cheng)部分,工程量雖小,但工期緊,質(zhi)量要求(qiu)嚴(yan),技術含量高,首先是大口徑(jing),開孔孔徑(jing)達(da)(da)到275毫米(mi)(mi),終孔孔徑(jing)達(da)(da)到225毫米(mi)(mi)。其次,孔斜(xie)率要求(qiu)較高,千米(mi)(mi)孔斜(xie)率控制(zhi)在1米(mi)(mi)以下。
基礎(chu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程分局(ju)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會主席、石泉(quan)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)項目負責人(ren)王勇(yong)社介紹說,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)前期,由(you)于設計不(bu)合理,孔(kong)位(wei)離邊墻較近,無法施工(gong)(gong)(gong),經(jing)過與甲方(fang)協(xie)商(shang),后對施工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案進行了(le)(le)修(xiu)改,確保了(le)(le)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)正常進行。施工(gong)(gong)(gong)中參(can)戰人(ren)員(yuan)先后克服了(le)(le)材料不(bu)到位(wei)、資金(jin)不(bu)到位(wei)、運輸(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具不(bu)到位(wei)等困(kun)難,嚴(yan)把安全關、質量關,始終保持著較快(kuai)的施工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度。
施工要求
為(wei)了保證(zheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工質量(liang),施(shi)(shi)(shi)工人員嚴格按照技(ji)(ji)術(shu)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工,開工前(qian)以(yi)及施(shi)(shi)(shi)工過程中多(duo)次召(zhao)開技(ji)(ji)術(shu)交底會,由于孔(kong)(kong)(kong)斜率(lv)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)較(jiao)高,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工人員每班(ban)至少進行兩次測斜,并及時采取糾斜措(cuo)施(shi)(shi)(shi),使孔(kong)(kong)(kong)斜率(lv)控(kong)制(zhi)在1‰以(yi)內(nei)。在鉆孔(kong)(kong)(kong)階(jie)段,有效孔(kong)(kong)(kong)徑(jing)達(da)不(bu)到設計(ji)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),有可能造成廢(fei)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)。同時,由于汛(xun)期地下水(shui)(shui)位變化較(jiao)大,孔(kong)(kong)(kong)內(nei)滲(shen)(shen)水(shui)(shui)嚴重,要(yao)保證(zheng)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)內(nei)無滲(shen)(shen)漏,難以(yi)控(kong)制(zhi)。為(wei)了解決這(zhe)一難題(ti),施(shi)(shi)(shi)工人員采用了多(duo)種方案處理,均效果(guo)不(bu)理想,后使用先進的(de)(de)堵漏材料,加之(zhi)多(duo)年(nian)的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工經(jing)驗,順利解決了這(zhe)一施(shi)(shi)(shi)工技(ji)(ji)術(shu)難題(ti)。

2008年5月16日,檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)組對對石(shi)(shi)泉水(shui)電(dian)站大壩安全進行了檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)。受(shou)四川地震(zhen)影響出現壩體裂縫(feng)(feng)、滲水(shui)和泄水(shui)設施(shi)、附屬工程(cheng)等不同程(cheng)度受(shou)損,雖然(ran)石(shi)(shi)泉境內各水(shui)電(dian)站大壩安全沒(mei)有(you)受(shou)到(dao)地震(zhen)影響,但也積極做好各類抗(kang)震(zhen)措施(shi),認(ren)真檢(jian)查(cha)(cha),做到(dao)有(you)備無患,防(fang)御災害發生(sheng)。檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)結果表明(ming),未出現壩體裂縫(feng)(feng)、滲水(shui)和泄水(shui)的現象(xiang)。
為(wei)確保水庫、水電(dian)站大(da)壩安全(quan),做好防大(da)汛(xun)、抗(kang)大(da)災的各項準備工作,確保了水庫安全(quan)度(du)汛(xun),確保生(sheng)產安全(quan),為(wei)地(di)方經(jing)濟和(he)社(she)會發展做出(chu)了新的貢獻。
運行效益
電站安裝3臺4.5萬千瓦混流(liu)式水輪發(fa)電機(ji)組,總裝機(ji)容(rong)量13.5萬千瓦;
1998年又(you)在(zai)下游尾水(shui)左岸安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)2臺4.5萬千(qian)(qian)瓦機組,為(wei)(wei)短洞引(yin)水(shui)岸邊式廠(chang)房,1洞2機,利用石泉大壩棄水(shui)發(fa)電(dian),電(dian)站總裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)22.5萬千(qian)(qian)瓦。控(kong)制流域面積24000平(ping)方(fang)(fang)公(gong)里,多年平(ping)均流量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)372立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒,設計(ji)洪水(shui)流量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)21500立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒。總庫容(rong)為(wei)(wei)4.4億立方(fang)(fang)米(mi),設計(ji)灌(guan)溉面積0.4萬畝,裝(zhuang)(zhuang)機容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)13.5萬千(qian)(qian)瓦。以發(fa)電(dian)為(wei)(wei)主,兼有灌(guan)溉、防洪、漁業等綜合(he)效(xiao)益(yi)。
