廣(guang)州(zhou)沙(sha)(sha)灣(wan)直(zhi)升(sheng)機(ji)場(chang)位于(yu)廣(guang)州(zhou)市番禺區沙(sha)(sha)灣(wan)古鎮(zhen)附(fu)近,其凈(jing)空(kong)條件優良(liang),天(tian)氣(qi)良(liang)好,每年可飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行的時間(jian)超過(guo)三(san)百天(tian)以上。沙(sha)(sha)灣(wan)機(ji)場(chang)經批準(zhun)的訓(xun)練(lian)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行空(kong)域范圍為番禺區范圍內(nei)(nei)高度600英(ying)尺以下,緊急機(ji)動任務隨(sui)報(bao)隨(sui)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)。機(ji)場(chang)場(chang)道安(an)裝配備有夜航(hang)(hang)設(she)備,可晝夜飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行。主(zhu)要經營內(nei)(nei)容:國(guo)內(nei)(nei)外(wai)私用直(zhi)升(sheng)機(ji)駕駛員執(zhi)照(zhao)培訓(xun)、航(hang)(hang)空(kong)攝影、空(kong)中(zhong)拍照(zhao)、空(kong)中(zhong)廣(guang)告、空(kong)中(zhong)巡查、海洋監(jian)測、公路航(hang)(hang)測、航(hang)(hang)空(kong)器代管業務、氣(qi)象(xiang)探測、科學(xue)實驗(yan)、漁業飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行、城市消防、航(hang)(hang)空(kong)護林(lin)、醫療救(jiu)護、防治農林(lin)業病蟲(chong)(chong)害(hai)、防治衛生害(hai)蟲(chong)(chong)、直(zhi)升(sheng)機(ji)外(wai)載荷飛(fei)(fei)(fei)行以及(ji)航(hang)(hang)空(kong)探礦等,遇搶險救(jiu)災按民用航(hang)(hang)空(kong)局有關規定執(zhi)行。
2014年沙灣機(ji)(ji)場(chang)采納了(le)通用(yong)航空為其(qi)定制的(de)機(ji)(ji)場(chang)解決方案(an),完成了(le)傳統筆紙運(yun)行向(xiang)通航云(yun)信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)運(yun)行的(de)華麗轉身,成為全(quan)國率(lv)先進入(ru)通用(yong)航空智能(neng)化(hua)管理的(de)機(ji)(ji)場(chang)。在機(ji)(ji)場(chang)內(nei)(nei)記者看到,機(ji)(ji)場(chang)內(nei)(nei)機(ji)(ji)聲隆(long)隆(long),只見兩架(jia)小型直(zhi)升機(ji)(ji)有序起降(jiang),地勤人員(yuan)也忙著為飛機(ji)(ji)加(jia)油檢修(xiu)。在機(ji)(ji)庫(ku)里(li)一字排(pai)開的(de)各種(zhong)樣式的(de)直(zhi)升面為近10架(jia)。
據機場負(fu)責(ze)人介紹,沙灣機場經過多年(nian)(nian)長足的(de)發(fa)展,迎來了好(hao)“年(nian)(nian)景”。尤其是(shi)“中國低(di)空(kong)(kong)空(kong)(kong)域(yu)(yu)今(jin)年(nian)(nian)開放”,這條消息(xi)從今(jin)年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)初開始一直到(dao)年(nian)(nian)底,終于等來了確切消息(xi)。在11月(yue)22日閉幕的(de)全國低(di)空(kong)(kong)空(kong)(kong)域(yu)(yu)管理(li)改革工作會(hui)議上提出,改革進(jin)入深(shen)水區(qu)和攻(gong)堅期(qi),要(yao)以(yi)促(cu)進(jin)通航產(chan)業發(fa)展和滿(man)足社會(hui)公眾需求為目標(biao),完善(shan)法規(gui)制(zhi)度,最(zui)大(da)限度盤活低(di)空(kong)(kong)空(kong)(kong)域(yu)(yu)資源,促(cu)進(jin)通用航空(kong)(kong)產(chan)業快速健康發(fa)展。會(hui)議確定真高一千米以(yi)下空(kong)(kong)域(yu)(yu)實(shi)行分類管理(li)有序放開。
