海陽四(si)中(zhong)(zhong)是海陽市級高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)。創建于1957年(nian),1979年(nian)被確定為(wei)縣高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong),原(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)址在小紀(ji)鎮駐地,2001年(nian)9月搬(ban)至東村原(yuan)海陽中(zhong)(zhong)等職(zhi)業中(zhong)(zhong)等學校(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)址,2007年(nian)搬(ban)至原(yuan)東村初中(zhong)(zhong)校(xiao)(xiao)址,學校(xiao)(xiao)投資(zi)千萬余(yu)元(yuan),改造(zao)了餐廳(ting),建造(zao)了氣勢恢(hui)宏的(de)規范化學生公(gong)(gong)寓大(da)樓(lou)(lou)(lou),另一座(zuo)(zuo)綜合(he)(he)實(shi)驗(yan)大(da)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)正(zheng)在緊鑼密鼓的(de)籌(chou)備建設中(zhong)(zhong);在強(qiang)化標注化校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建設的(de)同時,積極引進的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學儀器,每個(ge)(ge)班級都(dou)配有(you)多媒體教(jiao)(jiao)學設備,每個(ge)(ge)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工都(dou)配有(you)一臺辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)(gong)筆記本電腦。現如今擁有(you)兩(liang)座(zuo)(zuo)教(jiao)(jiao)學樓(lou)(lou)(lou)、一座(zuo)(zuo)辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)(gong)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)、一座(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)驗(yan)樓(lou)(lou)(lou)、一座(zuo)(zuo)學生公(gong)(gong)寓,一個(ge)(ge)標準田徑賽場和(he)籃球場,校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)布局合(he)(he)理(li),動靜分(fen)明,分(fen)為(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)學、生活、運動、綜合(he)(he)服(fu)務四(si)大(da)區(qu)域;環(huan)境優美,綠(lv)樹(shu)成蔭(yin),花(hua)草(cao)遍地;整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)宛如一幅優美校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)風情畫。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)堅持以教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科研為(wei)(wei)(wei)先導,從改革課(ke)(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)入手(shou)(shou),不(bu)斷探索“減(jian)負增效”、實施素質教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的路子。我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)是山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)“學(xue)(xue)(xue)生能力培養(yang)研究”實驗基地,承接了多(duo)項課(ke)(ke)題的研究任務;課(ke)(ke)題“學(xue)(xue)(xue)案(an)導學(xue)(xue)(xue)、任務驅動法”獲(huo)(huo)得山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)基礎教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科研優(you)秀(xiu)成(cheng)果一等獎。自建(jian)校(xiao)(xiao)以來,涌(yong)現一批國(guo)家、省(sheng)、市(shi)(shi)級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)能手(shou)(shou)和(he)(he)優(you)質課(ke)(ke)執(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)者(zhe)。其中有2人(ren)(ren)(ren)次(ci)(ci),10多(duo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)次(ci)(ci)獲(huo)(huo)省(sheng)級(ji)獎,30多(duo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)次(ci)(ci)獲(huo)(huo)市(shi)(shi)一等獎。在(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工作者(zhe)、模范教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)、師(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)標兵、優(you)秀(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)、創新(xin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)物、名(ming)校(xiao)(xiao)長、名(ming)師(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)政府特殊津貼、有突出貢獻的優(you)秀(xiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才等評選中,有2位(wei)(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)受表彰,5位(wei)(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)受省(sheng)級(ji)表彰,10余名(ming)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)受地市(shi)(shi)級(ji)表彰。在(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)組織形式上(shang),實行班內分(fen)層次(ci)(ci)、全部(bu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生導師(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)、特長生點(dian)對點(dian)輔導制(zhi)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)困生手(shou)(shou)把手(shou)(shou)輔導制(zhi)等多(duo)形式教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)。我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)自1993年以來,連(lian)續(xu)八次(ci)(ci)被(bei)評為(wei)(wei)(wei)海(hai)陽市(shi)(shi)“教(jiao)(jiao)書(shu)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)”和(he)(he)海(hai)陽市(shi)(shi)“十佳文明(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)”;學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)黨支部(bu)連(lian)續(xu)七次(ci)(ci)被(bei)評為(wei)(wei)(wei)海(hai)陽市(shi)(shi)“黨支部(bu)”。1993年被(bei)評為(wei)(wei)(wei)“煙(yan)臺市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)”“煙(yan)臺市(shi)(shi)基層組織”;1993年、1995年兩次(ci)(ci)榮獲(huo)(huo)“煙(yan)臺市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)書(shu)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)”;1997年被(bei)評為(wei)(wei)(wei)“煙(yan)臺市(shi)(shi)黨支部(bu)”;高(gao)考本科上(shang)線率一直名(ming)列前茅。

自四(si)中(zhong)(zhong)建校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)以(yi)來,海陽四(si)中(zhong)(zhong)學習實(shi)(shi)踐科學發展(zhan)(zhan)觀,落(luo)實(shi)(shi)素質(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)、落(luo)實(shi)(shi)課程方(fang)案、規范辦(ban)(ban)學行(xing)為。以(yi)“培(pei)養可(ke)持(chi)續(xu)發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)學生,早就可(ke)持(chi)續(xu)勝任的(de)(de)教(jiao)師,創(chuang)辦(ban)(ban)可(ke)持(chi)續(xu)攀高的(de)(de)學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),實(shi)(shi)施(shi)可(ke)持(chi)續(xu)提(ti)升的(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)”為辦(ban)(ban)學宗旨,牢固樹立大(da)安全(quan)觀和大(da)質(zhi)量(liang)觀,學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)工作逐步走上(shang)規范化(hua)(hua)、精細(xi)化(hua)(hua)、人(ren)文化(hua)(hua)軌道,內部(bu)發展(zhan)(zhan)潛力得到(dao)深入挖掘。學校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)(shi)行(xing)扁平化(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)模式,把全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)分為南北兩(liang)部(bu),每(mei)部(bu)各有(you)三級(ji),縮短管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)鏈條,做到(dao)“人(ren)人(ren)都管(guan)(guan)(guan)事,事事有(you)人(ren)管(guan)(guan)(guan)”,同(tong)一(yi)級(ji)部(bu)一(yi)分為二,合作中(zhong)(zhong)有(you)競爭,極大(da)調(diao)動了(le)廣大(da)教(jiao)師的(de)(de)積極性,提(ti)高了(le)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)質(zhi)量(liang)。
